The invention relates to an underground traction device for avoiding pressure difference from being blocked in cable logging in the petroleum drilling industry, which comprises a motor, a motor gear, a reduction gear, an incomplete gear, a rack, a push rod, a swing sheet, a sensor and the like. When the sensor is in contact with the borehole wall or mud cake, a signal is transmitted to the motor. The logging cable provides power for the motor to drive the motor gear to rotate. The motor gear and the reduction gear are bevel gears and are in meshing transmission. The rack is made to reciprocate by the uniform rotation of the incomplete gear coaxial with the reduction gear, and the swing rod is driven by the push rod to apply thrust to the well wall or mud cake by the swing sheet, so that the traction device is far away from the well wall or mud cake, and the pressure difference of the logging device is prevented from being blocked. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and novel originality. The combination of the incomplete gear, the rack, the push rod, the swing rod and the swing sheet ensures the distance between the device and the mud cake, is favorable for avoiding the pressure difference from blocking and ensures the completion of cable logging.

The speed reduction gear, the gear shaft, the incomplete gear, the rack, the push rod, the sensor, the swinging piece and the swinging rod form a transmission mechanism, and three transmission mechanisms are distributed around the device at intervals of 120 degrees between every two transmission mechanisms.
The motor gear is fixed on the motor shaft through key connection.
The number of teeth of the motor gear is less than that of the reduction gear, and the two gears are both bevel gears, so that the force transmission direction is changed through meshing transmission.
The reduction gear and the incomplete gear are fixedly connected on the gear shaft through keys, and the two gears realize coaxial rotation.
The incomplete gear is only provided with gear teeth on a 180-degree circular surface, and internal teeth are uniformly distributed at two ends of the incomplete gear in the length direction of the rack. The gear is embedded in the rack, and the two components are in internal meshing transmission. Because the gear is an incomplete gear, the gear teeth of the incomplete gear can only be in meshed transmission with one side of the rack. Therefore, when the incomplete gear rotates at a constant speed, the rack can do reciprocating motion along the length direction.
The rack, the push rod, the swing rod and the swing sheet are hinged through slotted cylinder head screws. When the rack moves upwards, the push rod moves upwards, so that the swing rod moves inwards; when the rack moves downwards, the push rod moves downwards, so that the swing rod moves outwards to enable the swing sheet to apply thrust to the well wall. The reaction force of the well wall keeps the device away from the well wall so as to prevent the logging instrument from sinking into mud cakes.
The swing rod is hinged with the swing rod support through a slotted cylinder head screw. The swing rod support is fixed on the base through a support screw. The end covers are connected into a whole through four end cover screws on the ribbed plate; the base is connected into a whole through four base screws distributed at two ends; the end cover and the base are connected into a whole through three pairs of fastening screws distributed on the periphery of the device at intervals of 120 degrees.
The invention has the following advantages: the invention provides a brand-new design scheme of a cable logging underground traction device. When the cable logging is carried out, the motor drives the motor gear to rotate at a constant speed, so that the three swing rods distributed around the device continuously swing, and the distance between the device and the well wall is kept. The logging instrument is prevented from sinking into a well wall mud cake of the open hole section, so that the logging instrument is prevented from being blocked due to pressure difference in the open hole section. Meanwhile, the invention has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and easy installation and operation.
