When the baffle 11 is opened, the transmission motor 234 starts to work to drive the conveyor belt 233 to operate, the garbage enters the conveyor belt 233 of the garbage collection device 2 along with the rainwater, the rainwater flows out of the second through hole 233a of the conveyor belt 233, the remaining garbage such as leaves and the like is transported to the garbage collection box 22 along with the operation of the conveyor belt 233, and the excess rainwater flows into the sewer along the groove of the drainage plate 21. The waste in the waste collection bin 22 can be periodically cleaned by a cleaning person.
