Description

All-cotton moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric and processing technology thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of moisture absorption quick-drying fabric preparation processes, and particularly relates to a processing process for obtaining moisture absorption quick-drying characteristics by taking all-cotton fabric as a processing object and a fabric product thereof.
Background
The development of products with the concept of moisture absorption and quick drying dates back to the 80 th century. As early as 1982, the company of Imperial Japan began the study of water-absorbent polyester fibers, and as of 1986, a patent was officially released on the first generation of hollow microporous fibers and named Wellkey; in 1986, DuPont company in the United states firstly introduced moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing polyester fiber named as 'Coolmax', the fiber surface has 4 sweat-releasing grooves, sweat can be rapidly taken out and released into the air, the prepared clothes are almost completely dried after being washed for 30min, and the skin can still be kept dry and comfortable when being worn in summer; dupont introduced an upgraded Coolmax Aim series of cloths in 1999.
After Coolmax with moisture absorption and sweat releasing functions is provided from DuPont, a plurality of fiber manufacturers in Taiwan of China successively invest huge investment to develop related products with moisture absorption and sweat releasing functions by virtue of technical advantages of the fiber manufacturers, such as Topcool cross-shaped moisture absorption and sweat releasing fibers successfully developed in far east textile, cross-shaped cross-section Coolplus novel high-tech functional modified polyester fibers produced in Huazhongxing textile, and Technoline moisture absorption and sweat releasing polyester fibers developed by Taiwan luxury and high-grade group. At present, products made of moisture absorption and sweat releasing fibers such as Coolmax of DuPont, Topcool of far east textile, Technoline of Homey, Coolplus of Zhongxing textile and the like are put into the market.
By the principle, the moisture absorption of the moisture absorption quick-drying fabric refers to the characteristic that the surface or the interior of the fiber absorbs or absorbs gas-phase moisture, and the moisture desorption refers to the characteristic that the fiber releases moisture to the external environment after absorbing moisture. The fabric can absorb moisture quickly and discharge the moisture in time so as to keep the dry state of the human body.
It is worth mentioning that the prior fabrics with moisture absorption and quick drying functions are chemical fiber products, and the technology and products that 100% of cotton fabrics (namely all cotton fabrics meeting the national standard of 'identification of textile fiber content' (GB/T29862 and 2013)) have moisture absorption and quick drying functions (all moisture absorption and quick drying expressions in the invention are products meeting the requirements of moisture absorption performance and quick drying performance in 'evaluation of textile moisture absorption and quick drying' of Chinese national standard GB/T21655.1-2008 'evaluation of part 1 single combination test method for textile moisture absorption and quick drying') belong to the blank. Because it is difficult for those skilled in the art to combine these two properties with a pure cotton fabric.
Specifically, the moisture absorption and quick drying function principle of the chemical fiber fabric is realized by leading out moisture to the surface of the fabric and evaporating the moisture by utilizing the characteristics that the chemical fiber does not absorb water, the fiber section can be processed into a special shape (such as a triangle, a Y shape), a groove (such as Coolmax) and the like. However, chemical fibers have certain irritation to skin, poor moist heat comfort and are not suitable for people to stay in, so that the use scene is limited.
The cotton fiber is the best raw material of the textile product which is worn in the body, and because cellulose macromolecules of the cotton fiber have a plurality of free hydrophilic groups (hydroxyl groups) which can absorb and lock water, the cotton fiber has a natural moisture absorption function (official moisture regain of 8.4%), but the moisture absorption performance of the untreated cotton fiber is far less than the moisture absorption requirement of people on moisture absorption quick-drying products.
In addition, for the cotton fiber with natural moisture absorption performance, how to reduce the locking of hydrophilic groups to water molecules and improve the escape rate of the water molecules is a worldwide problem, and the solution difficulty of quick drying is very high, so that the technical people in the field basically have no hope of adopting pure cotton fabrics to process and obtain the moisture absorption quick drying performance, and even have strong technical bias.
In addition, in the prior art, only the technology for achieving a good moisture absorption effect by performing moisture absorption finishing on cotton fibers or cotton textiles is described, but the quick drying technology is not disclosed. At present, only chemical fiber products can meet the standard requirement of quick-drying performance.
