The invention provides an environment-friendly antibacterial anticorrosive paint and a production process thereof, wherein the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: bisphenol F type epoxy resin: 30-40 parts of polyurethane acrylic resin: 20-30 parts of tributyl phosphate: 15-25 parts of dibutyl phthalate: 10-15 parts of fumed silica: 5-10 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose: 10-15 parts, calcium carbonate: 10-15 parts of ammonium polyphosphate: 5-10 parts of kaolin: 5-10 parts of wetting agent: 1-5 parts of a curing agent: 1-5 parts of a leveling agent: 1-5 parts of an emulsifier: 1-5 parts of a bactericide: 1-5 parts of deionized water: 40-60 parts. The coating has the advantages of reasonable component design, good antibacterial and anticorrosive effects, long service life, long storage period in a sealed state, environment-friendly materials, low production cost and good economic benefit.
Description
Technical Field

The graphene has excellent mechanical properties, particularly higher hardness and strength, and the tin dioxide nanoparticles have good conductivity. However, the conductive anticorrosive paint provided by the patent focuses on the conductive anticorrosive performance, but has general antibacterial performance.
