The working principle of the invention is as follows: the injection molding manipulator takes the injection molded housing 70 out of the mold and places the housing on the positioning component, the lifting cylinder 271 on the material taking slide 27 is opened, the lifting plate 272 drives the pressing plate 29 to move downwards, the pressing roller 293 is pressed against the upper surface of the housing 70, the motor 22 drives the material taking slide 27 to move backwards, the pressing roller 293 rolls from the front end to the rear end of the housing 70 to press the housing 70 on the positioning component, the first cylinder 421, the second cylinder 511 and the third cylinder 521 respectively control the first positioning block 42, the second positioning block 51 and the third positioning block 52 to open outwards and pull the housing 70, so that the housing 70 is fixed under the action of pulling force, the feeding cylinder 31 is opened, the feeding base 30 moves forwards to the lower part of the punching mechanism, the punching cylinder 61 is opened to push the upper knife mounting base 60 and the upper knife 66 to move downwards, the upper knife 66 cuts off the water gap on the housing 70, the feeding cylinder 31 is condensed, the punched shell sleeve 70 retreats to the initial position along with the feeding seat 30, the lifting cylinder 271 is opened again, the lifting plate 272 drives the material suction plate 28 to move downwards, the suction disc 281 sucks the punched shell sleeve 70 and moves backwards under the driving of the motor 22, and the punched shell sleeve 70 is placed at the next station to complete the punching operation of the water gap of the shell sleeve 70.
It should be noted that the injection molded casing 70 may also be removed from the mold by a material removal robot and placed on the positioning assembly.

The automatic die cutting machine for shell casings as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning assembly includes a fixed positioning block, a first positioning block, a second positioning block and a third positioning block corresponding to four inner corners of the shell casing, the feeding base is provided with a first cylinder for controlling the first positioning block to move vertically to the side of the shell casing, and a second cylinder and a third cylinder for controlling the second positioning block and the third positioning block to move obliquely along the corresponding inner corners of the shell casing, the frame is provided with a second slide rail, the feeding base is mounted on the second slide rail through a slide block, the driving mechanism includes a feeding cylinder, and a movable joint of the feeding cylinder is connected with the feeding base.
