The conveying belt comprises a belt, a driving roller and a hydraulic motor; one end of the cleaning tank is provided with a feeding platform, and the other end of the cleaning tank is provided with a discharging platform; and the feeding platform and the discharging platform are provided with driving rollers through bearing seats, wherein the driving roller positioned at the feeding end is provided with a transmission gear, and the transmission gear is connected with a power output gear on an output shaft of the hydraulic motor through a chain.
The spraying device comprises a row of multiple spraying heads, an oil pump and an oil storage tank; the liquid outlet end of the oil pump is connected with the spray header, the liquid inlet end is arranged in the oil storage tank, a condensation circulating pipe is arranged in the oil storage tank, and a liquid inlet and outlet of the condensation circulating pipe are connected with a condenser through a pipeline.
The oil storage tank forms two areas through the vertical insertion plate, a filter frame is arranged in one area, and the rear side of the oil storage tank is provided with the vertical filter insertion plate; the two areas form a height drop, so that the oil suction port of the oil pump is relatively clean, and the oil storage tank is connected with the cleaning tank.
And an oil level observer is arranged on the side surface of the oil storage tank.
And a drain valve is arranged at the bottom of the oil storage tank.
One side of the discharging platform of the cleaning tank is provided with a steel ball discharging frame, and a discharging frame movable inserting plate is installed on the outer side of the top of the steel ball discharging frame.

The conveying belt 2 comprises a belt 2-1, a transmission roller 2-2 and a hydraulic motor 2-3; one end of the cleaning tank 1 is provided with a feeding platform 1-1, and the other end is provided with a discharging platform 1-2; the feeding platform 1-1 and the discharging platform 1-2 are provided with driving rollers 2-2 through bearing seats 2-4, wherein the driving roller at the feeding end is provided with a transmission gear 2-5, and the transmission gear 2-5 is connected with a power output gear on an output shaft of a hydraulic motor 2-3 through a chain.
The spraying device 3 comprises a row of a plurality of spraying heads 3-1, an oil pump 3-2 and an oil storage tank 3-3; the liquid outlet end of the oil pump 3-2 is connected with the spray header 3-1, the liquid inlet end is arranged in the oil storage tank 3-3, a condensation circulating pipe 7-1 is arranged in the oil storage tank 3-3, and a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet of the condensation circulating pipe 7-1 are connected with the condenser 7 through a pipeline.
The oil storage tank 3-3 forms two areas through a vertical inserting plate 3-4, wherein a filtering frame 3-5 is arranged in one area, and a vertical filtering inserting plate 3-6 is arranged at the rear side of the oil storage tank 3-3; the two areas form a height drop to ensure that the oil suction port of the oil pump 3-2 is relatively clean, and the oil storage tank 3-3 is connected with the cleaning tank 1.
And an oil level observer 3-7 is arranged on the side surface of the oil storage tank 3-3.
And a drain valve 3-8 is arranged at the bottom of the oil storage tank 3-3.
A steel ball discharging frame 8 is arranged on one side of a discharging platform 1-2 of the cleaning tank 1, and a discharging frame movable inserting plate 8-1 is arranged on the outer side of the top of the steel ball discharging frame 8.
The oil coating and rust preventing equipment is also provided with an electric control cabinet 9, and the electric control cabinet 9 is electrically connected with the oil pump 3-2, the hydraulic motor 2-3, the oil mist concentration alarm 6 and the oil mist processor 5.

The steel ball oiling and rust preventing equipment is characterized by comprising a cleaning tank, a conveyor belt, a spraying device, a protective cover, an oil mist processor, a condenser, an oil mist concentration alarm and a steel ball discharging frame; the cleaning tank is of a rectangular structure, a conveying belt penetrates through the cleaning tank, two stages of spraying devices are arranged on the cleaning tank along the conveying direction of the conveying belt, protective covers are arranged outside the spraying devices and the cleaning tank, and a transparent observation window is arranged at the front part of each protective cover; the top of the protective cover is provided with an oil mist processor and an oil mist concentration alarm; the spraying device is connected with the condensing machine.
