In an alternative embodiment, the parts of the apparatus that come into contact with the feedstock are made of a corrosion resistant material.
It should be noted that, the parts in the device which contact with the raw materials are made of corrosion-resistant materials, so that the service life of the device is prolonged.

1. A polyaluminium chloride diluting device for sewage treatment based on automatic monitoring is characterized by comprising a base (1), a plurality of supporting rods (3), a device box (4), a feeding box (6), a feeding pipe (8) and a discharging pipe (25); the plurality of supporting rods (3) are vertically arranged at the top of the base (1); the device box (4) is arranged at the top of the plurality of supporting rods (3); the feeding box (6) is arranged at the top of the device box (4); a feeding hole (11) is arranged on the feeding box (6); a device bin (5) is arranged in the device box (4); the device bin (5) comprises a stirring tank (9) and a plurality of supporting columns (24);
a plurality of supporting columns (24) are vertically arranged at the bottom of the device bin (5); the stirring tank (9) is arranged at the top of the plurality of supporting columns (24); one end of the feeding pipe (8) is connected with the feeding box (6), and the other end of the feeding pipe (8) is connected with the stirring tank (9); a material feeding pipe (8) is provided with a material falling control device (12) for controlling the falling of the raw materials; the blanking control device (12) comprises a baffle (13), a fixing piece (15), a spring (16), a pull rope (17) and a rocking handle (18); a through hole for inserting the baffle (13) is arranged on the feeding pipe (8); the inner wall of the feeding pipe (8) is provided with a groove (14) for inserting the baffle (13); one end of the baffle (13) is horizontally inserted into the through hole and the groove (14) and is arranged on the feeding pipe (8); the fixing piece (15) is a U-shaped piece with an opening facing the feeding pipe (8), and the opening end of the fixing piece (15) facing the baffle (13) is arranged on the feeding pipe (8); one end of the spring (16) is connected with one end of the baffle (13), and the other end of the spring (16) is arranged on the fixing piece (15); one end of a pull rope (17) is connected with the baffle (13), and the other end of the pull rope (17) is wound on a rocking handle (18); the rocking handle (18) is arranged outside the feeding box (6); a stirring device (20) is arranged in the stirring tank (9);
the stirring device (20) comprises a stirring shaft (21) and a plurality of stirring paddles (22); the stirring shaft (21) is horizontally arranged in the stirring tank (9); a plurality of stirring paddles (22) are arranged along the periphery of the stirring shaft (21); a first power mechanism (23) for driving the stirring shaft (21) to rotate is arranged on the stirring tank (9); a water adding device (7) for adding water is arranged on the feeding box (6);
the water adding device (7) comprises a supporting plate (26), a connecting plate (27), a fixing plate (28), a water adding barrel (29), a piston (31), an expansion rod (32) and a guide pipe (34); the supporting plate (26) and the fixing plate (28) are horizontally arranged in parallel; one end of the supporting plate (26) is arranged on the feeding box (6); two ends of the connecting plate (27) are respectively connected with the supporting plate (26) and the fixing plate (28); the opening of the water adding barrel (29) is upwards arranged between the supporting plate (26) and the fixing plate (28); a water inlet pipe (30) is arranged on the water adding barrel (29); the piston (31) is horizontally arranged in the water adding barrel (29); one end of the telescopic rod (32) is arranged at the top of the piston (31), and the other end of the telescopic rod (32) is arranged at the bottom of the fixing plate (28); a second power mechanism (33) for driving the telescopic rod (32) to do telescopic motion is arranged on the fixed plate (28); one end of the guide pipe (34) is connected with the water adding barrel (29), and the other end of the guide pipe (34) is arranged on the stirring tank (9);
one end of the discharge pipe (25) is arranged on the stirring tank (9), and the other end of the discharge pipe (25) is arranged outside the device box (4).

The polyaluminium chloride diluting device for sewage treatment based on automatic monitoring as claimed in claim 1, comprising a water feeding pipe (35) and a connecting piece (36); the water adding pipe (35) is horizontally arranged in the stirring tank (9); one end of the connecting piece (36) is connected with the water adding pipe (35), and the other end of the connecting piece (36) is arranged on the stirring tank (9); a plurality of water filling holes are arranged on the water filling pipe (35).
3. The polyaluminium chloride diluting device for sewage treatment based on automatic monitoring as claimed in claim 2, wherein control valves are arranged on the guide pipe (34), the discharge pipe (25) and the water inlet pipe (30).
4. The polyaluminium chloride diluting device for sewage treatment based on automatic monitoring as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the base (1) is provided with a moving device (2).
5. The polyaluminium chloride diluting device for sewage treatment based on automatic monitoring as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding box (6) and the water adding barrel (29) are made of transparent materials.
6. The polyaluminium chloride diluting device for sewage treatment based on automatic monitoring as claimed in claim 5, wherein scales are arranged on the feeding box (6) and the water adding barrel (29).
7. The polyaluminium chloride diluting device for sewage treatment based on automatic monitoring as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing cover is rotatably arranged on the feeding port (11).
8. The polyaluminium chloride diluting device for sewage treatment based on automatic monitoring as claimed in claim 1, wherein a protective sleeve is arranged on the rocking handle (18).
9. The polyaluminium chloride diluting device for sewage treatment based on automatic monitoring as claimed in claim 1, wherein the length of the baffle plate (13) is larger than the inner diameter of the feeding pipe (8).
