While not timely withdrawing the infusion needle may not present a life hazard, the appearance of venous return may present a level of disconcerting to patients who do not have substantial medical knowledge, affecting the normal functioning of the hospital. The electronic automatic infusion alarm can give an alarm in time when liquid drops are reduced to a certain amount, prompts a caregiver to pull out an infusion tube, relieves the burden of a patient and a bed partner, improves the nursing management level of a hospital and accelerates the modernization process.

There are also 2 principles that are not particularly broadly applicable: (1) the principle of electrode conduction. Because the liquid medicine has electric conductivity, when the liquid medicine is used up, the electric conductivity disappears, thereby realizing the purpose of checking whether the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle is used up. The method is low in cost, but certain potential safety hazards exist, for example, whether the medicine property of the medicine liquid is affected after the medicine liquid is electrified, and in addition, the work of disinfecting the medicine liquid by using an electrode every time is too complicated, so the method only stays at a theoretical level, the productivity cannot be formed, and the principle of the ultrasonic sensor is adopted, but a device based on the principle is expensive, complicated installation and debugging are needed, the reliability cannot be guaranteed, and the method is difficult to be widely applied to the detection of the liquid drops of the intravenous infusion.

The voltage signal amplified by the operational amplifier is transmitted into the signal input end of a Schmitt trigger circuit built by an NE555 timer through a lead. The Schmitt trigger can reshape and convert the amplified and slightly changed voltage signal into a step signal, generate logic '0' and logic '1', simply complete A/D conversion and generate a jump threshold alarm voltage. The NE555 timer used by people belongs to a bipolar type, and the timer of the type has strong driving capability and can completely drive the alarm part to normally work.
The moment of occurrence of a logic "1" is the moment of operation of the alarm portion. Because the threshold alarm voltage is not changed during the operation of the device, the operational amplifier part controls the output voltage of the operational amplifier by adjusting the voltage amplification factor through different resistance values so as to reach the time interval of the threshold alarm voltage, thereby equivalently setting the quality of the alarm liquid with different ranges and achieving the effect of alarming corresponding to different liquid qualities. The corresponding relation between the resistance value and the quality of the alarm liquid is fit by multiple test measurements to deduce an empirical formula.
The alarm circuit of the invention is formed by connecting a buzzer and a flash lamp in parallel (as shown in figures 2 and 3). The buzzer and the flash lamp are arranged outside the shell, when infusion is completed, the alarm effect is more obvious, and the output end of the NE555 timer outputs a step voltage signal generated by the control part and is connected in series with the alarm circuit. When logic '1' appears, the circuit works, the diode changes color and flashes, the buzzer sounds to alarm, and a patient is reminded to replace an infusion bottle.

When the infusion bottle begins to drip liquid, the liquid quality changes, the stress of a sensor connected with the infusion bottle hook changes along with the change of the liquid quality, and a weak voltage signal is output to the operational amplifier. The operational amplifier amplifies the incoming voltage by corresponding times according to the gear set by the multi-control switch at first. The amplified voltage signal is transmitted into an NE555 timer, and a Schmitt trigger circuit formed by the NE555 timer carries out shaping transformation on the voltage waveform, and the voltage waveform is converted into a step signal and then is transmitted into an alarm circuit. The alarm circuit judges the transmitted step signal, and for logic '0', the alarm circuit does not work and returns to a liquid dropping state; for logic '1', the alarm circuit is switched on, the buzzer sounds, the flash lamp flickers, and the device gives an alarm. And (4) the user turns off the main switch after the infusion is finished, the empty infusion bottle is taken down, and the alarm finishes one-time infusion alarm and finishes. If the device is to be used again, the above steps are repeated again.
