Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent calling system based on an RFID radio frequency circuit, which comprises a medical infusion support, an infusion bottle and a general service desk, wherein the infusion bottle is provided with an RFID label and a proximity switch arranged in a warning area of the infusion bottle; the medical infusion support comprises a medical support, a medical hook, an auxiliary hook, a driving motor, a central control device and a base; the central control device comprises a display interface, an RFID reader, a control mechanism, a central control system, a display module, a storage module, a power module, a key control module, a wireless communication module and a motor driving module, wherein the display module, the storage module, the power module, the key control module, the wireless communication module and the motor driving module are connected with the central control system. The system is in wireless signal connection with the RFID tag through the RFID reader, so that an infusion bottle, a medical infusion support and a general service desk form an infusion system; meanwhile, the proximity switch and the ultrasonic distance sensor arranged on the infusion bottle can be used for monitoring the liquid level height of the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle, so that medical staff at a general service desk can be automatically reminded.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical infusion, in particular to an intelligent calling system based on an RFID radio frequency circuit.
Background
In the existing hospital, the medical rack adopts an old-fashioned fixed hanging bracket, and due to the lack of flexibility, simple function and single structure, the medical rack causes certain troubles for the transfusion of patients or the replacement of the transfusion water for the patients by nurses.
At present, most patients are accompanied by family members during transfusion, the family members pay attention to the liquid level change condition in a transfusion pipeline in real time during the transfusion process of the patients, and when the medicine needs to be changed or the liquid medicine in the transfusion pipeline reaches a warning line, the family members need to inform nurses of changing the medicine or pulling out needles in time. At present, along with the popularization of intelligent equipment, the bed head of each sickbed is provided with a notification alarm button, when finding that the medicine needs to be changed or the liquid medicine reaches a warning line, a patient and family members can press the alarm button, and a nurse timely pulls out a needle according to a corresponding bed position number.
However, in most cases, the family members may not be around the patient in time, or the patient may not accompany the family members, or after the alarm button is pressed, the nurse may not reach the designated hospital bed in time due to a large number of patients, and the patient or the family members may not close the liquid stop valve on the infusion pipeline in time, so that air enters the vein of the patient, and the patient may be dangerous.

The invention provides an intelligent calling system based on an RFID radio frequency circuit, which can be connected with an RFID label through an RFID reader in a wireless signal way, so that an infusion bottle, a medical infusion support and a general service desk form an infusion system; meanwhile, an auxiliary hook is added to indirectly provide water hanging assistance for nurses; in addition, the proximity switch and the ultrasonic distance sensor arranged on the infusion bottle can be used for monitoring the liquid level height of the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle, so that medical staff at a general service desk can be automatically reminded.

the central control device comprises a display interface, an RFID reader, a control mechanism, a central control system, a display module, a storage module, a power module, a key control module, a wireless communication module and a motor driving module, wherein the display module, the storage module, the power module, the key control module, the wireless communication module and the motor driving module are connected with the central control system; the proximity switch is electrically connected with the central control system through the wireless communication module.
Furthermore, the bottom of the infusion bottle is provided with an ultrasonic distance sensor which is used for monitoring the liquid level height of the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle and is electrically connected with the central control system through a wireless communication module.
Preferably, the RFID reader is in wireless signal connection with the RFID tag, and the display interface is controlled by the RFID reader.
Preferably, the wireless communication module transmits signals through WIFI and GSM/GPRS.
Preferably, the driving motor is a servo motor.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when receiving the signal sent by the infusion person through the control mechanism, the nurse can send the corresponding infusion bottle to the infusion person for continuing infusion; before infusion, the RFID tag is scanned and checked through the RFID reader, and after the check is finished, the auxiliary hook is automatically put down, so that a nurse is allowed to hang a correct infusion bottle, and meanwhile, related infusion information can be displayed on a display interface, and medical common knowledge is provided for an infusion person; when the proximity switch monitors that the liquid level of the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle reaches the warning area, the proximity switch sends a signal to the central control system, and the central control system controls an alarm in the main service desk to give an alarm through the wireless communication module; when the ultrasonic distance sensor monitors that the liquid level of the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle reaches a warning value, the proximity switch sends a signal to the central control system, and the central control system controls an alarm in the service desk to give an alarm through the wireless communication module.
Compared with the prior art, the infusion bottle, the medical infusion support and the general service desk form an infusion system through the radio signal connection of the RFID reader and the RFID label; meanwhile, an auxiliary hook is added to indirectly provide water hanging assistance for nurses; in addition, the proximity switch and the ultrasonic distance sensor arranged on the infusion bottle can be used for monitoring the liquid level height of the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle, so that medical staff at a general service desk can be automatically reminded.
