when an infusion bottle is hung on the hook, the gravity of the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle is larger than the elastic force of the reset spring, the lifting plate moves downwards, and the control touch button is separated from the touch rod;
when no liquid medicine is in the medicine bottle on the hook, the elastic force of the reset spring is larger than the gravity of the medicine bottle, the lifting plate is pushed to move upwards, and the control touch button is in contact with the touch rod.
