The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the invention discloses an electronic device, which includes a first display screen 100, a second display screen 200, an optical device 300 and a light guide 400.
The first display screen 100 and the second display screen 200 can be used for displaying, and the first display screen 100 and the second display screen 200 can be arranged back to back, that is, the first display screen 100 and the second display screen 200 are arranged on two opposite sides of the electronic device, so that the electronic device becomes a double-sided screen structure. Specifically, the first display screen 100 may be a front screen, and the second display screen 200 may be a rear screen.
The optical device 300 is disposed between the first display screen 100 and the second display screen 200, and the optical device 300 includes a light sensing chip 310, where the light sensing chip 310 has a first light sensing area 311 and a second light sensing area 312. The shape of the photo-sensing chip 310 may be a rectangle, a circle, an ellipse, etc., and the shapes of the first photo-sensing region 311 and the second photo-sensing region 312 may be a rectangle, a circle, an ellipse, etc., which are not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. The first photosensitive region 311 and the second photosensitive region 312 may be used for photosensitive, so that an optical signal may be converted into an electrical signal, so as to implement the optical function of the optical device 300. Alternatively, the photosensitive chip 310 may be electrically connected to a motherboard of the electronic device through a flexible circuit board, so as to facilitate transmission of electrical signals between the photosensitive chip 310 and the motherboard.
The light guide 400 is disposed between the first display screen 100 and the second display screen 200, the light guide 400 has a first reflecting surface 410 and a second reflecting surface 420, the first reflecting surface 410 faces the first photosensitive area 311, and the second reflecting surface 420 faces the second photosensitive area 312. The light guide 400 can guide light, and specifically, light entering the light guide 400 can be reflected by the first reflecting surface 410 and the second reflecting surface 420 respectively and reach the first photosensitive region 311 and the second photosensitive region 312 respectively. Here, the first reflecting surface 410 and the second reflecting surface 420 may be disposed obliquely with respect to the first display screen 100, thereby achieving reflection of light.
The first reflecting surface 410 may reflect the light passing through the first display 100 to the first photosensitive area 311 of the photo chip 310, and the second reflecting surface 420 may reflect the light passing through the second display 200 to the second photosensitive area 312 of the photo chip 310, so that the first photosensitive area 311 of the photo chip 310 may sense the light passing through the first display 100, and the second photosensitive area 312 may sense the light passing through the second display 200. As can be seen, the light sensing chip 310 of the electronic device can sense the light passing through the first display screen 100 and the second display screen 200 at the same time, so that the user can perform operations related to the optical device 300 on both sides of the electronic device, and thus the operability of the electronic device is enhanced.
Optionally, the light guide member 400 may be a prism, and the prism may reflect light by using a total reflection principle, so that the prism has a better light guide effect, so that more light may reach the first photosensitive region 311 and the second photosensitive region 312 through the light guide member 400, and the photosensitive effect of the photosensitive chip 310 is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the optical device 300 may be a fingerprint recognition module, in which case, the first display screen 100 has the first recognition area 110, the second display screen 200 has the second recognition area 210, the first reflection surface 410 faces the first recognition area 110, and the second reflection surface 420 faces the second recognition area 210. Referring to the light path direction shown by the arrow line in fig. 3, when the finger 500 of the user is placed in the first identification area 110, after the light passing through the first display screen 100 reaches the finger 500 of the user, because the fingerprint of the finger 500 has fingerprint valleys and fingerprint ridges, the light can be reflected to different degrees, so that the reflected light carries the fingerprint information of the user, the light enters the light guide 400, and reaches the first photosensitive area 311 of the photosensitive chip 310 after being reflected by the first reflection surface 410, the photosensitive chip 310 can convert the optical signal into an electrical signal, and perform an operation process, and finally obtain the fingerprint information of the user, which can be compared with the fingerprint information pre-stored in the electronic device, thereby determining whether the access of the user is legal. Similarly, when the finger 500 of the user is placed in the second identification area 210, the light passing through the second display screen 200 reaches the finger 500 of the user and is reflected, the reflected light carries the fingerprint information of the user, the light enters the light guide member 400 and is reflected by the second reflecting surface 420 and reaches the second photosensitive area 312 of the photosensitive chip 310, the photosensitive chip 310 can convert the optical signal into an electrical signal and perform operation processing, and finally the fingerprint information of the user is obtained, and the fingerprint information can be compared with the fingerprint information prestored in the electronic device, so that whether the access of the user is legal or not is judged. After adopting this scheme, no matter the user operates first display screen 100 or second display screen 200, all can realize fingerprint identification for electronic equipment's fingerprint identification operation is more convenient.
In order to allow more light to enter the light guide 400, the light guide 400 may be located between the first identification region 110 and the second identification region 210. That is, the light guide 400 is disposed opposite to the first identification region 110 and the second identification region 210, so that the light guide 400 can receive more light rays emitted from the first identification region 110 and the second identification region 210, thereby improving the fingerprint identification efficiency.
In another embodiment, the optical device 300 may be a camera, in which case, the first display screen 100 has a first light-transmitting area, the second display screen 200 has a second light-transmitting area, the first reflective surface 410 faces the first light-transmitting area, and the second reflective surface 420 faces the second light-transmitting area. Here, the first light transmission region and the second light transmission region can both allow light to pass through, so that light in the external environment can enter the light guide 400 through the first light transmission region and be reflected to the first light sensing region 311 of the light sensing chip 310 by the first reflection surface 410, thereby implementing a photographing operation on the side where the first display screen 100 is located; light rays in the external environment enter the light guide 400 through the second light transmission region and are reflected to the second light sensing region 312 of the light sensing chip 310 by the second reflecting surface 420, so that the photographing operation of the side where the second display screen 200 is located is realized. After the scheme is adopted, the user can more conveniently realize the shooting operation of the side where the first display screen 100 is located and the side where the second display screen 200 is located, so that the shooting operation of the electronic equipment is more convenient.
Of course, the optical device 300 may be other devices besides the fingerprint identification module and the camera, for example, an infrared fill light.
The light guide 400 may include two parts arranged separately, and the two parts are respectively provided with the first reflecting surface 410 and the second reflecting surface 420, but such a structure may increase the number of parts included in the electronic device, resulting in more cumbersome assembly of the electronic device, and may also result in a larger space occupied by the whole light guide 400, which is not favorable for stacking the parts in the electronic device. Based on this, the light guide 400 can be configured as an integrated structure, and the first reflective surface 410 is connected to the second reflective surface 420. Specifically, the first reflecting surface 410 and the second reflecting surface 420 may be connected to form a V-shaped structure. At this time, the light guide 400 as a whole has a more compact structure, thereby simplifying the assembly operation of the electronic device and facilitating the stacking of parts in the electronic device.
Alternatively, in order to more conveniently arrange the light sensing chip 310, the plane on which the light sensing chip 310 is located may be perpendicular to the first display screen 100, that is, perpendicular to the second display screen 200. At this time, the photosensitive chip 310 extends along the thickness direction of the electronic device, and the occupied space is small, so that the photosensitive chip 310 is convenient to arrange, and meanwhile, the arrangement of other parts in the electronic device is also convenient. In addition, after the light sensing chip 310 is disposed in this way, the propagation direction of light between the first display screen 100, the second display screen 200 and the light guide 400 is more controllable, thereby facilitating the structural design of the electronic device.
In order to optimize the light guiding effect of the light guiding member 400, both the first reflecting surface 410 and the second reflecting surface 420 can be planes, an included angle formed by the plane where the photosensitive chip 310 is located and the first reflecting surface 410 is 45 °, and an included angle formed by the plane where the photosensitive chip 310 is located and the second reflecting surface 420 is 45 °. With such a structure, the light passing through the first display screen 100 and the light passing through the second display screen 200 can be reflected by the first reflecting surface 410 and the second reflecting surface 420 more, so that more light reaches the first photosensitive area 311 and the second photosensitive area 312, and thus the light guiding effect of the light guiding member 400 is better, and the photosensitive effect of the photosensitive chip 310 is improved accordingly.
In a further embodiment, the optical device 300 may further include a light distribution element 320, and the light distribution element 320 is disposed between the light guide 400 and the light sensing chip 310. Optionally, the light distribution element 320 may include at least one of a lens, a collimator, and a filter, and of course, the light distribution element 320 may also include other elements having a light distribution function, which is not limited herein. The light distribution element 320 can change the propagation direction of the light, so as to achieve the functions of gathering, filtering and the like of the light, and the light reaching the photosensitive chip 310 is more beneficial to the light sensing of the photosensitive chip 310. In a specific embodiment, the number of the light distribution elements 320 may be one, or may be multiple, and specifically, may be flexibly selected according to the light distribution requirement.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first display 100 and the second display 200 may both adopt a liquid crystal display, and may also adopt an organic light emitting display. When the first display panel 100 and the second display panel 200 are organic light emitting display panels, at least one of the first display panel 100 and the second display panel 200 includes a first substrate 101, a second substrate 102, and an organic light emitting layer 103, the organic light emitting layer 103 is disposed between the first substrate 101 and the second substrate 102, the organic light emitting layer 103 may include a plurality of display pixels 103a, and the display pixels 103a may be controlled by a program to emit light. The first substrate 101 and the second substrate 102 may be glass plates, and both of them may protect the organic light emitting layer 103 and may also be a base for disposing other components of the first display panel 100 and the second display panel 200. In contrast, the organic light emitting display panel has better display effect, and the gap between the display pixels 103a of the organic light emitting layer 103 allows light to pass through, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the optical device 300 below the first display panel 100, and thus improving the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device. Further, at least one of the first display screen 100 and the second display screen 200 may be an AMOLED (Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) display screen.
Alternatively, the first photosensitive region 311 and the second photosensitive region 312 of the photosensitive chip 310 may be separately disposed, but in order to facilitate processing of the photosensitive chip 310, and simultaneously reduce the size of the photosensitive chip 310 as much as possible in the case of forming the same photosensitive area, the first photosensitive region 311 and the second photosensitive region 312 may form an integrated photosensitive region together. That is, the first photosensitive region 311 directly contacts the second photosensitive region 312, and the corresponding portions of the two regions may be integrally formed. At this time, the photo sensor chip 310 further has a trace region 313, the trace region 313 may be disposed with a trace structure of the photo sensor chip 310, which may be located at the edge of the whole photo sensor chip 310, and the trace region 313 surrounds the integrated photo sensor region.
The electronic device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be a smart phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader or a wearable device. Of course, the electronic device may also be other devices, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the difference between the embodiments is mainly described, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as they are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in view of brevity of the text.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
