Abstract
The invention discloses a method, a system and a terminal for displaying classified data, wherein the method comprises the following steps: determining a characteristic value of class data to be viewed; looking up class data with the characteristic value in a data table; and marking and displaying the class data with the characteristic value in the data table. The invention can realize automatic highlighting of the same kind of data.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to data display technologies, and in particular, to a method, a system, and a terminal for displaying classified data.
Background
When the spreadsheet is used for checking a list with large data volume, if the data volume is large, the checked data is easy to see wrong rows, and in order to conveniently check the data, the data can be classified, and the classified required data is marked prominently.
If the detailed data of each sales order is viewed, the data of the sales orders are classified according to the current viewing mode, such as classifying according to date, classifying according to sold commodities, classifying according to sales order numbers, and the like, and the data required to be viewed is selected from the classified data to be highlighted, for example, one or more data required to be viewed are marked with different colors from other data: or select one or more data to be viewed with a mouse/keyboard to distinguish from other data. As shown in fig. 1, an excel table containing a plurality of sales orders is classified by sales order number, and if data corresponding to a certain sales order number (e.g., S _0008) is to be viewed, the data to be viewed can be highlighted by selecting the data to be viewed with a mouse to distinguish it from other data in order to avoid serial viewing.
The operation needs manual intervention, and is complex and inefficient.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a method, a system and a terminal for displaying classified data, which can realize automatic highlighting of the same kind of data.
To achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention provides a method of displaying classified data, the method comprising:
determining a characteristic value of class data to be viewed;
looking up class data with the characteristic value in a data table;
and marking and displaying the class data with the characteristic value in the data table.
As an optional implementation manner, the labeling and displaying the class data with the characteristic value in the data table includes one or more of the following:
class data having the characteristic value is colored in a data table.
As an alternative embodiment, there are multiple eigenvalues of the class data.
As an optional implementation, the determining a feature value of class data to be viewed includes:
receiving a characteristic value of class data to be viewed input through an input device; or
Receiving one piece of data in the class data to be viewed selected through an input device, and determining the characteristic value of the class data according to the characteristic value of the data.
The invention also provides a system for displaying classified data, comprising:
the classification module is used for determining a characteristic value of class data to be viewed;
the searching module is used for searching the class data with the characteristic value in the data table;
and the display module is used for marking and displaying the class data with the characteristic value in the data table.
As an optional embodiment, the display module is configured to implement label display on class data with the characteristic value in the data table by one or more of the following ways:
class data having the characteristic value is colored in a data table.
As an alternative embodiment, the classification module is configured to determine a feature value of class data to be viewed, and includes:
receiving a characteristic value of class data input through an input device; or
Receiving one piece of data in the class data to be viewed selected through an input device, and determining the characteristic value of the class data according to the characteristic value of the data.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the method of displaying assortment data as described above.
The invention also provides a terminal for displaying the classified data, which comprises:
a memory to store instructions;
a processor for executing the instructions to perform the steps of the method of displaying assortment data as described above.
Compared with the prior art, the method comprises the steps of determining the characteristic value of class data to be viewed; looking up class data with the characteristic value in a data table; and marking and displaying the class data with the characteristic value in the data table. The embodiment of the invention can realize the purpose of automatically highlighting the same kind of data.

The objectives and other advantages of the invention will be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in the written description and claims hereof as well as the appended drawings.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The steps illustrated in the flow charts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions. Also, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for displaying classified data, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, determining a characteristic value of class data to be viewed;
the class data is a set of data with common characteristics, the characteristic value of the class data is the value of the common characteristics, and the common characteristics of the class data can be 1 or more; a single piece of data may also be a piece of class data;
an excel table containing a plurality of sales orders is shown in FIG. 1, and the 7 th to 10 th data in the table have the following common characteristics: the date and the sales order number, wherein the collection of the 7 th to 10 th data is a class data;
s202, searching class data with the characteristic value in a data table;
s203, the class data with the characteristic value in the data table is labeled and displayed.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, step S201 may be implemented by:
receiving a characteristic value of class data to be viewed input through an input device, wherein the input device can be a keyboard or a mouse; for example, the characteristic value of the class data input by a keyboard is received through a dialog box, or the characteristic value of the class data selected by clicking or double clicking a mouse is received;

receiving one piece of data in class data to be viewed selected through an input device, and determining a characteristic value of the class data according to the characteristic value of the data;

By coloring the selected class data, the selected class data can be distinguished from other data, and the data is convenient to look up.
The embodiment of the invention can realize the purpose of automatically highlighting the same kind of data.

Take an excel table with a plurality of sales orders as an example, as shown in fig. 1.
Application example 1
Classifying data (sales orders) in the excel table by sales order numbers, wherein each data comprises { number of commodities of the date sales order number and the amount of remarks } attribute; suppose that the user wants to view all sales orders with sales order number "S _ 0008";
receiving a characteristic value of class data input by clicking a sales order number S _0008 by a user through a mouse;
looking up the sales order with the sales order number of 'S _ 0008' in the data table;
after the sales order with the sales order number of S _0008 is found, the found sales order is highlighted in a coloring mode.
And when the sales order numbers of other values are received, continuously searching the sales orders with the sales order numbers of other values in the data table, and coloring and highlighting the found sales orders after finding the corresponding sales orders.
The effects presented to the user are: when the user selects the cell (B8), the data (items 7 to 10) identical to the sales order number (S _0008) of the data corresponding to the cell are marked. When the user newly selects the cell (B11), the data (the 11 th data) identical to the sales order number (S _0009) of the data corresponding to the cell is marked.
Application example 2
Classifying data (sales orders) in the excel table by sales order numbers, wherein each data comprises { number of commodities of the date sales order number and the amount of remarks } attribute; suppose that the user wants to view all sales orders with sales order number "S _ 0008";
receiving common characteristics of the sales order to be viewed, which is input by a user through a keyboard: a sales order number;
when detecting that a user clicks a cell of an excel table through a mouse, inquiring data corresponding to the cell, and inquiring that the numerical value of a sales order number in the data is S _ 0008;
looking up the sales order with the sales order number of 'S _ 0008' in the data table;
after finding the sales order with the sales order number "S _ 0008", the found sales order is color-highlighted as shown in FIG. 3.
The effects presented to the user are: when the user selects the cell (C8), the data (items 7 to 10) identical to the sales order number (S _0008) of the data corresponding to the cell are marked. When the user newly selects the cell (C11), the data (the 11 th data) identical to the sales order number (S _0009) of the data corresponding to the cell is marked. The highlighted class data can dynamically change along with the change of the cell selected by the user, and dynamic classified browsing is realized.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for displaying classified data, as shown in fig. 4, the system includes:
a classification module 401, configured to determine a feature value of class data to be viewed;
the class data is a set of data with common characteristics, the characteristic value of the class data is the value of the common characteristics, and the common characteristics of the class data can be 1 or more; a single piece of data may also be a piece of class data;
an excel table containing a plurality of sales orders is shown in FIG. 1, and the 7 th to 10 th data in the table have the following common characteristics: the date and the sales order number, wherein the collection of the 7 th to 10 th data is a class data;
a searching module 402, configured to search the class data having the feature value in the data table;
and a display module 403, configured to label and display the class data with the characteristic value in the data table.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the classification module 401 is configured to determine a feature value of class data to be viewed, and includes:
receiving a characteristic value of class data input through an input device; or
Receiving one piece of data in the class data to be viewed selected through an input device, and determining the characteristic value of the class data according to the characteristic value of the data.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the displaying module 403 is configured to implement labeling and displaying the class data having the feature value in the data table in one or more of the following manners, including:
class data having the characteristic value is colored in a data table.
By coloring the selected class data, the selected class data can be distinguished from other data, and the data is convenient to look up.

Embodiments of the present invention further provide a computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer-executable instructions, and when executed by a processor, the computer-executable instructions implement the following steps of a method for displaying classified data:

and marking and displaying the class data with the characteristic value in the data table.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, when executed by a processor, the computer-executable instructions implement the following steps of displaying class data with the feature value in a data table by labeling:
class data having the characteristic value is colored in a data table.
As an alternative implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, the computer executable instructions, when executed by the processor, implement the following steps of determining a feature value of class data to be viewed:
receiving a characteristic value of class data input through an input device; or
Receiving one piece of data in the class data to be viewed selected through an input device, and determining the characteristic value of the class data according to the characteristic value of the data.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a terminal for displaying the classified data, which comprises:
a memory to store instructions;
a processor for executing the instructions to perform the steps of the method for displaying assortment data as described in the previous embodiment.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or some of the steps of the methods, systems, functional modules/units in the devices disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. In a hardware implementation, the division between functional modules/units mentioned in the above description does not necessarily correspond to the division of physical components; for example, one physical component may have multiple functions, or one function or step may be performed by several physical components in cooperation. Some or all of the components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a digital signal processor or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Claims (9)
1. A method of displaying assortment data, comprising:
determining a characteristic value of class data to be viewed;
looking up class data with the characteristic value in a data table;
and marking and displaying the class data with the characteristic value in the data table.
2. The method for displaying classified data according to claim 1, wherein the labeling and displaying the class data with the characteristic value in the data table comprises one or more of the following:
class data having the characteristic value is colored in a data table.
3. The method of displaying assortment data according to claim 1 or 2,
there are a plurality of characteristic values for the class data.
4. The method of displaying categorized data according to claim 1, wherein said determining a characteristic value of the category data to be viewed comprises:
receiving a characteristic value of class data to be viewed input through an input device; or
Receiving one piece of data in the class data to be viewed selected through an input device, and determining the characteristic value of the class data according to the characteristic value of the data.
5. A system for displaying assortment data, comprising:
the classification module is used for determining a characteristic value of class data to be viewed;
the searching module is used for searching the class data with the characteristic value in the data table;
and the display module is used for marking and displaying the class data with the characteristic value in the data table.
6. The system for displaying classified data according to claim 5, wherein the display module is configured to label and display the class data with the characteristic value in the data table by one or more of the following manners:
class data having the characteristic value is colored in a data table.
7. The system for displaying categorized data according to claim 5, wherein the categorization module, for determining the characteristic values of the categorized data to be viewed, comprises:
receiving a characteristic value of class data input through an input device; or
Receiving one piece of data in the class data to be viewed selected through an input device, and determining the characteristic value of the class data according to the characteristic value of the data.
8. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of a method of displaying assortment data according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
9. A terminal for displaying classified data, comprising:
a memory to store instructions;
a processor for executing the instructions to perform the steps of the method of displaying assortment data according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
