Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种补气装置,具体用于对混合气体开关设备进行精准智能补气。本发明不仅适用于采用混合气体的断路器、GIS、充气电缆、充气输电管道等高压电器设备中,还适用于现有的SF6充气设备,实现精准、智能补气作业。
背景技术
由于SF6气体具有良好的绝缘和灭弧性能,被广泛应用于断路器、GIS、充气电缆、充气输电管道等高压电器设备中。但是在较底的环境温度下,一定压力下的SF6气体会液化,压力或密度降低,其绝缘和灭弧性能下降。为了解决以上问题,目前采用的最好方法是在SF6气体中混入一定比例的CF4或N2气体。
目前混气开关设备的使用越来越广泛,新安装的混气开关设备充气或未达到额定压力的混气设备需要补气时,传统的充补方法是首先通过额定压力值、混气比例和设备实际压力值来计算SF6气体对应的补气压力,先补SF6气体到补气压力值,再充补CF4(或N2)直至压力达到额定压力值。该方法需要补气人员时刻观察压力指示表,并手动控制气瓶阀门的开关,难以实现精准补气,影响补气工作效率和混气比例,严重时影响开关设备灭弧和绝缘性能,降低设备安全稳定性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种混气开关气体智能充补装置,能实现混气开关设备的补气工作,并能保证混合气体的补气比例和补气量,完成精准、智能补气工作。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
混气开关气体智能充补装置,包含用于和混气开关连接的充气管路;充气管路上依次安装有充气阀和用于计算混气量的数据处理单元;数据处理单元上同时通过供气管路分别连接六氟化硫气瓶和四氟化碳气瓶;所述供气管路上均设置有减压阀和电磁阀;
还包含压力传感器单元,压力传感器单元两端通过监测管路与所述充气管路和数据处理单元气路连通;
所述压力传感器单元内集成有接触器单元;
还包含为所述接触器单元、压力传感器单元、电磁阀供电的电源模块;电源模块的供电电路上空气开关。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式:所述电源模块提供纹波系数小、谐波小、输出稳定的直流电源;数据处理单元根据输入的额定压力值、混气比例和设备压力值来计算各气体的补气压力值;压力传感器单元监测设备内部混气压力,当压力达到数据处理单元输出的压力值时发出信号,压力传感器单元的量程范围大于混合压力;接触器单元从压力传感器单元获取信号,控制连接电磁阀和光声报警器;电磁阀被接触器控制,分别导通或闭合SF6+CF4、或者SF6+N2气瓶的供气管路。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式:所述电源模块采用重量2.25KG、额定容量为3.5AH的HB-240305充电蓄电池;数据处理单元采用采样精度为99.7%,采样频率1500次/s,且响应时间为60ms的JSK-211数据处理器;压力传感器单元采用压力量程为-100kPa~100MPa,精度等级为0.1%FS的CYYZ11压力传感器;接触器单元采用寿命为1000万次,操作频率1200次/小时的CJX2-1210接触器;电磁阀采用最高动作频率5次/秒,五口二位的4V210-06电磁阀。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式:用于监测开关气体压力的压力传感器与接触器单元和数据处理单元相连,在接触器单元后连接用于控制供气管路导通或闭合的电磁阀;所述四氟化碳气瓶用于存储四氟化碳气体或者氮气。
本发明有益效果是:
本发明公开的混气开关气体智能补气装置能够实现自动换算补气量的同时完成智能补气至设定压力值,准确把握SF6与CF4(或N2)补气比例和补气量,提高开关设备的补气效率和安全稳定性。当混气开关设备需要补气时,将SF6气瓶和CF4(或N2)气瓶分别连接到混气开关气体智能充补装置的气体输入口,将该装置的输出口跟开关设备连接;按下该装置的“控制电源”按钮,在装置上输入开关设备的额定压力和混合气体的充气比例,并打开气瓶阀门,即可实现混气开关气体的智能充补,当压力达到设定值时,发出补气工作完毕信号,提醒工作人员及时拆除装置的连接管路,最终实现自动、精准补气作业。

本发明主要由电源模块、数据处理单元、压力传感器单元、接触器单元、电磁阀等组成。电源模块主要是为各个单元提供纹波系数小、谐波小、输出稳定的直流电源,给各单元的稳定运行提供保障,为实现便于携带,对运行环境要求较低,更加适合现场应用,最终使用重量2.25KG,额定容量为3.5AH的HB-240305充电蓄电池。数据处理单元根据输入的额定压力值、混气(SF6+CF4或SF6+N2)比例和设备实际压力值来计算各气体的补气压力值,为确保数据采集精准,处理迅速,最终选择采样精度为99.7%,采样频率1500次/s,且响应时间为60ms的JSK-211数据处理器。压力传感器单元监测设备内部混气压力,当压力达到数据处理单元输出的压力值时发出信号,应选用量程范围大于混合压力,且工作温度范围较大的传感器,最终选择压力量程为-100kPa~100MPa,精度等级为0.1%FS的CYYZ11压力传感器。接触器单元从压力传感器单元获取信号,从而控制电磁阀和光声报警器,为保证长时间可靠使用,最终选择寿命为1000万次,操作频率1200次/小时的CJX2-1210接触器。电磁阀被接触器控制,分别导通或闭合SF6和CF4(或N2)气瓶的充气管路,为满足可靠动作,抗腐蚀性强,工作温度范围大的需求,最终选用最高动作频率5次/秒,五口二位的4V210-06电磁阀。
本发明在具体使用时,当混气开关设备需要补气时,将SF6气瓶和CF4(或N2)气瓶分别连接到混气开关气体智能充补装置的气体输入口,将该装置的输出口跟开关设备连接;按下该装置的“控制电源”按钮,在装置上输入开关设备的额定压力和混合气体的充气比例,并打开气瓶阀门,即可实现混气开关气体的智能充补,当压力达到设定值时,发出补气工作完毕信号,提醒工作人员及时拆除装置的连接管路,最终实现自动、精准补气作业。
综上,本发明混气开关气体智能充补装置包括电源模块、数据处理单元、压力传感器单元、接触器单元、电磁阀。用于监测开关气体压力的压力传感器,压力传感器与接触器和数据处理单元相连,在接触器单元后连接用于控制补气管路导通或闭合的电磁阀,数据处理单元、接触器和压力传感器均与电源模块相连。由于实行上述技术方案,本申请能实现混气开关设备的补气工作,并能保证混合气体的补气比例和补气量,当压力达到设定值时发出补气工作完毕信号,提醒工作人员及时拆除装置的连接管路,最终完成精准、智能补气工作。具体的,如图1所示,用于监测开关气体压力的压力传感器,压力传感器与接触器和数据处理单元相连,在接触器单元后连接用于控制补气管路导通或闭合的电磁阀,数据处理单元、接触器和压力传感器均与电源模块相连。所述压力传感器监测设备内部混气压力,当压力达到数据处理单元输出的压力值时发出信号。所述数据处理根据输入的额定压力值、混气(SF6+CF4或SF6+N2)比例和设备实际压力值来计算各气体的补气压力值,以备压力传感器接收。所述接触器从压力传感器单元获取信号,从而控制电磁阀和光声报警器。所述电磁阀是被接触器控制,分别导通或闭合SF6和CF4(或N2)气瓶的充气管路。所述电源模块为各个单元提供纹波系数小、谐波小、输出稳定的直流电源,给各单元的稳定运行提供保障。
上面结合附图对本发明优选实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施方式,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化,这些变化涉及本领域技术人员所熟知的相关技术,这些都落入本发明专利的保护范围。
不脱离本发明的构思和范围可以做出许多其他改变和改型。应当理解,本发明不限于特定的实施方式,本发明的范围由所附权利要求限定。
Claims (4)
1.混气开关气体智能充补装置,其特征在于:包含用于和混气开关连接的充气管路;充气管路上依次安装有充气阀和用于计算混气量的数据处理单元;数据处理单元上同时通过供气管路分别连接六氟化硫气瓶和四氟化碳气瓶;所述供气管路上均设置有减压阀和电磁阀;
还包含压力传感器单元,压力传感器单元两端通过监测管路与所述充气管路和数据处理单元气路连通;
所述压力传感器单元内集成有接触器单元;
还包含为所述接触器单元、压力传感器单元、电磁阀供电的电源模块;电源模块的供电电路上空气开关。
2.如权利要求1所述的混气开关气体智能充补装置,其特征在于:所述电源模块提供纹波系数小、谐波小、输出稳定的直流电源;数据处理单元根据输入的额定压力值、混气比例和设备压力值来计算各气体的补气压力值;压力传感器单元监测设备内部混气压力,当压力达到数据处理单元输出的压力值时发出信号,压力传感器单元的量程范围大于混合压力;接触器单元从压力传感器单元获取信号,控制连接电磁阀和光声报警器;电磁阀被接触器控制,分别导通或闭合SF6+CF4、或者SF6+N2气瓶的供气管路。
3.如权利要求2所述的混气开关气体智能充补装置,其特征在于:所述电源模块采用重量2.25KG、额定容量为3.5AH的HB-240305充电蓄电池;数据处理单元采用采样精度为99.7%,采样频率1500次/s,且响应时间为60ms的JSK-211数据处理器;压力传感器单元采用压力量程为-100kPa~100MPa,精度等级为0.1%FS的CYYZ11压力传感器;接触器单元采用寿命为1000万次,操作频率1200次/小时的CJX2-1210接触器;电磁阀采用最高动作频率5次/秒,五口二位的4V210-06电磁阀。
4.如权利要求1所述的混气开关气体智能充补装置,其特征在于:用于监测开关气体压力的压力传感器与接触器单元和数据处理单元相连,在接触器单元后连接用于控制供气管路导通或闭合的电磁阀;所述四氟化碳气瓶用于存储四氟化碳气体或者氮气。
