Abstract
The invention provides a tussah silk degumming and bleaching method, which comprises the following steps: (1) pre-dipping; (2) high-temperature high-pressure treatment: putting the tussah silk cut cocoons presoaked in the step (1) into a sealed tank with a stirring shaft, raising the pressure to 0.7-0.9MPa, raising the temperature to 100-120 ℃, keeping high-temperature and high-pressure treatment for 2-3 min, then removing the pressure and keeping the temperature, and starting the stirring shaft to turn over the tussah silk cut cocoons for 6-8 min; (3) degumming and bleaching; (4) and (5) washing and dehydrating. The invention greatly shortens the presoaking time, combines cocoon cooking and bleaching into one step, saves the steps of fully washing, completely washing and drying between presoaking and cocoon cooking and between cocoon cooking and bleaching, simplifies the processing technology and saves nearly 1/4 water in the whole procedure. The residual gum rate is controlled to be between 3% and 5%, and the residual oil rate is reduced to be below 0.5%, so that high breaking strength and high cleanliness are ensured, and the adhesion and hardening of silk are avoided.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a tussah silk degumming and bleaching method, which greatly shortens the presoaking time, combines cocoon cooking and bleaching into one step, saves the steps of fully washing, completely draining and drying between presoaking and cocoon cooking and between cocoon cooking and bleaching, simplifies the processing technology, saves about 1/4 water in the whole procedure, controls the residual gum rate between 3 percent and 5 percent, reduces the residual oil rate below 0.5 percent, ensures high breaking strength and high cleanliness, and avoids the adhesion and hardening of silk.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: a tussah silk degumming and bleaching method comprises the following steps:

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the silk fiber is subjected to preliminary expansion and loosening through presoaking, the silk fiber is further expanded and loosened through high-temperature high-pressure treatment, meanwhile, a pre-immersion liquid remained on the surface of the silk fiber enters the expanded sericin, so that subsequent degumming and bleaching are facilitated, then, the pressure is removed, the temperature is kept for 6-8 min, the water entering the silk fiber enters and is partially evaporated, and a stirring shaft is adopted for stirring, so that on one hand, the water vapor is quickly discharged, and part of water is discharged, so that the degumming and bleaching liquid can enter a sericin structure, and the subsequent degumming and bleaching are accelerated; on the other hand, local overheating of tussah silk cut cocoons is avoided.
Compared with the degumming and bleaching process in CN103757713B, the method greatly shortens the presoaking time, combines cocoon cooking and bleaching into one step, saves the steps of fully washing, completely draining and fully drying between presoaking and cocoon cooking as well as between cocoon cooking and bleaching, simplifies the processing process, and saves nearly 1/4 water in the whole process.

(2) high-temperature high-pressure treatment: placing the tussah silk cut cocoons pre-soaked in the step (1) into a sealing tank with a stirring shaft, raising the pressure to 0.7MPa, raising the temperature to 100 ℃, keeping high-temperature and high-pressure treatment for 3min, then removing the pressure and keeping the temperature, and starting the stirring shaft to turn over the tussah silk cut cocoons for 8 min;
(3) degumming and bleaching: placing the tussah silk cut cocoons processed in the step (2) into degumming bleaching liquid, heating to 100 ℃, controlling an air inlet valve, and performing air-starting bleaching for 40 min; the degumming bleaching liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.3 part of sodium carbonate, 0.45 part of sodium silicate, 6.0 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.3 part of pancreas bleaching T and 100 parts of water, wherein the weight ratio of the tussah silk cut cocoons to the degumming bleaching solution is 0.9: 10;
(4) washing and dehydrating: and (4) fishing out the tussah silk cut cocoons in the step (3), fully washing and drying.

(3) degumming and bleaching: placing the tussah silk cut cocoons processed in the step (2) into degumming bleaching liquid, heating to 100 ℃, controlling an air inlet valve, and performing air-starting bleaching for 50 min; the degumming bleaching liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5 part of sodium carbonate, 0.7 part of sodium silicate, 8.5 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.4 part of pancreas bleaching T and 100 parts of water, wherein the weight ratio of the tussah silk cut cocoons to the degumming bleaching solution is 1: 10;
(4) washing and dehydrating: and (4) fishing out the tussah silk cut cocoons in the step (3), fully washing and drying.

(2) high-temperature high-pressure treatment: putting the tussah silk cut cocoons presoaked in the step (1) into a sealing tank with a stirring shaft, raising the pressure to 0.8MPa, raising the temperature to 120 ℃, keeping high-temperature and high-pressure treatment for 2min, then removing the pressure and keeping the temperature, and starting the stirring shaft to turn over the tussah silk cut cocoons for 6 min;
(3) degumming and bleaching: placing the tussah silk cut cocoons processed in the step (2) into degumming bleaching liquid, heating to 100 ℃, controlling an air inlet valve, and performing air-starting bleaching for 45 min; the degumming bleaching liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.45 part of sodium carbonate, 0.6 part of sodium silicate, 7.0 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.32 part of pancreas bleaching T and 100 parts of water, wherein the weight ratio of the tussah silk cut cocoons to the degumming bleaching solution is 0.95: 10;
(4) washing and dehydrating: and (4) fishing out the tussah silk cut cocoons in the step (3), fully washing and drying.
Example four
A tussah silk degumming and bleaching method comprises the following steps:
(1) pre-dipping: placing the tussah silk cut cocoon to be treated into the pre-soaking solution, heating to 53 deg.C, stirring continuously, and soaking for 50 min; the pre-immersion liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.11 part of sodium carbonate, 0.10 part of 105 detergent, 100 parts of water, 9-10 of pH value, and the weight ratio of the tussah silk cut cocoons to be treated to the pre-immersion liquid is 0.9: 10;
(2) high-temperature high-pressure treatment: putting the tussah silk cut cocoons presoaked in the step (1) into a sealing tank with a stirring shaft, raising the pressure to 0.8MPa, raising the temperature to 115 ℃, keeping high-temperature and high-pressure treatment for 2.5min, then removing the pressure and keeping the temperature, and starting the stirring shaft to turn over the tussah silk cut cocoons for 7 min;
(3) degumming and bleaching: placing the tussah silk cut cocoons processed in the step (2) into degumming bleaching liquid, heating to 100 ℃, controlling an air inlet valve, and performing air-starting bleaching for 44 min; the degumming bleaching liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.4 part of sodium carbonate, 0.5 part of sodium silicate, 8.0 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.35 part of pancreas bleaching T and 100 parts of water, wherein the weight ratio of the tussah silk cut cocoons to the degumming bleaching solution is 0.9: 10.
(4) Washing and dehydrating: and (4) fishing out the tussah silk cut cocoons in the step (3), fully washing and drying.
Comparative example 1

when the sericin content of the silk exceeds 5%, the luster of the silk can be influenced, the formed product is easy to decolor, harden and yellow, the sericin content is lower than 3%, the tensile force of silk fibers is insufficient, the silk is brittle and easy to break, and the service life of the product is influenced; the oil content of silk is over 0.5%, the spinnability is poor, and the silk is easy to be bonded, hardened and drawn.
As can be seen from the table, the preparation method of the invention controls the residual gum rate to be between 3% and 5%, and reduces the residual oil rate to be below 0.5%, thereby ensuring high breaking strength and high cleanliness, and avoiding the adhesion and hardening of silk. The residual gum rate, the breaking strength and the cleanliness of the first to fourth examples are basically the same as those of the second comparative example, and the differences are not great, but the residual oil rate is reduced to below 0.5 percent compared with that of the second comparative example; compared with the degumming and bleaching process in CN103757713B, the degumming and bleaching preparation method greatly shortens the presoaking time, combines cocoon cooking and bleaching into one step, saves the steps of fully washing, completely cleaning and drying between presoaking and cocoon cooking and between cocoon cooking and bleaching, simplifies the processing process, and saves nearly 1/4 water in the whole process. Although the breaking strength of the examples one to four of the present invention is slightly reduced compared to the comparative example one, the residual gum rate is reduced to 5% or less, the residual oil rate is reduced to 0.5% or less, and the cleanliness of silk is mentioned to be 95 or more.
