Detailed Description
To further illustrate the present invention, a specific embodiment of a finishing device for warp-knitted fabrics will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the following examples are illustrative of the present invention and the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
As shown in figure 1, the warp knitting fabric processing and finishing device comprises a processing and material conveying support 1, a feeding rotating roller 2, a material guiding rotating roller 3, a material pulling rotating roller 4, a discharging rotating roller 5, a material conveying motor 6, a radial drafting mechanism 7 and a latitudinal drafting mechanism 8, wherein the feeding rotating roller 2, the material guiding rotating roller 3 and the material pulling rotating roller 4 are sequentially and horizontally connected with the processing and material conveying support 1 along the horizontal direction in a rotating manner, the radial drafting mechanism 7 is horizontally arranged on the processing and material conveying support 1 between the feeding rotating roller 2 and the material guiding rotating roller 3, the latitudinal drafting mechanism 8 is horizontally arranged on the processing and material conveying support 1 between the material guiding rotating roller 3 and the material pulling rotating roller 4, the material conveying motor 6 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the processing and material conveying support 1 at one side of the material pulling rotating roller 4, the material conveying motor 6 is in transmission connection with the material pulling rotating roller 4 by adopting the material pulling belt 9, the material discharging rotating roller 5 is horizontally and rotatably connected with the processing and material conveying support 1 at the lower side of the material, the upper side of the feeding rotary roller 2 is horizontally provided with a feeding compression roller 10, and the upper side of the material guiding rotary roller 3 is horizontally provided with a material guiding compression roller 11. The lower side of the middle part of the front push plate swing rod 18 is vertically and rotatably connected with a front push plate roller 66, the front push plate roller 66 rolls along the outer side surface of the front rotating cam 14, the lower side of the middle part of the rear push plate swing rod 19 is vertically and rotatably connected with a rear push plate roller 67, and the rear push plate roller 67 rolls along the outer side surface of the rear rotating cam 15, so that the front push plate swing rod 18 and the rear push plate swing rod 19 can smoothly and reciprocally swing. A plurality of cloth pressing guide rods 68 are vertically and fixedly arranged on the upper side of a rotating roller support 47, the cloth pressing guide rods 68 are arranged on a reciprocating translation guide plate 46 in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, a limiting baffle plate 69 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the upper ends of the cloth pressing guide rods 68, and a cloth pressing spring 70 is sleeved on the cloth pressing guide rods 68 between the reciprocating translation guide plate 46 and the rotating roller support 47, so that the pressing fit degree of a damping rotating roller 48 and a warp-knitted fabric can be accurately adjusted according to the size specification of the warp-knitted fabric and the weaving material, the situations of over-drafting and insufficient drafting of the warp-knitted fabric are avoided, and the accurate and smooth drafting processing of the warp-. The outer side surfaces of the damping rotating rollers 48 at the lower side of the rotating roller bracket 47 are provided with the drafting rubber layer 71 in an attaching mode, so that the efficiency and the quality of the drafting processing of the warp knitting fabric can be improved. The upper side of the cloth guide bearing plate 38 of the weft drafting mechanism 8 is provided with the hard metal plate 72 with a smooth surface, so that the bonding friction force between the lower side of the warp knitting fabric and the cloth guide bearing plate 38 can be reduced, the warp knitting fabric can be stably and smoothly conveyed, and the efficient and ordered drafting processing of the warp knitting fabric can be realized.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the warp knitting fabric processing and finishing device is used, the warp knitting fabric is sequentially and horizontally connected with the processing material conveying support 1 in a rotating mode along the horizontal direction through the feeding rotating roller 2, the material guiding rotating roller 3 and the material pulling rotating roller 4, the radial drafting mechanism 7 is horizontally arranged on the processing material conveying support 1 between the feeding rotating roller 2 and the material guiding rotating roller 3, the latitudinal drafting mechanism 8 is horizontally arranged on the processing material conveying support 1 between the material guiding rotating roller 3 and the material pulling rotating roller 4, the drafting mechanism 7, the material guiding rotating roller 3, the latitudinal drafting mechanism 8, the drawing material rotating roller 4 and the discharging rotating roller 5 are used for conveying, a radial drafting mechanism 7 is used for drafting the warp-knitted fabric along the conveying direction, a latitudinal drafting mechanism 8 is used for drafting the warp-knitted fabric along two sides which are vertical to the conveying direction, the warp-knitted fabric can be sequentially drafted and tidied along the radial direction and the latitudinal direction in the conveying process, so that the sufficient drafting and processing of the warp-knitted fabric are realized, a feeding compression roller 10 is horizontally arranged on the upper side of a feeding rotating roller 2, a feeding compression spring 62 is vertically arranged between the upper sides of feeding compression plates 61 at two ends of the feeding compression roller 10 and a processing material conveying bracket 1, a guide compression roller 11 is horizontally arranged on the upper side of the guide rotating roller 3, a guide compression spring 65 is vertically arranged between the upper sides of guide compression plates 64 at two ends of the guide compression roller 11 and the processing material conveying bracket 1, so that the feeding compression roller 10 and the feeding rotating roller 2 can be tightly pressed and attached, and the, the device can ensure that two sides of the warp knitting fabric can be limited, pressed and conveyed in the process of drawing the warp knitting fabric along the radial direction, stable and orderly drawing processing of the warp knitting fabric is realized, the lower side of a processing material conveying support 1 is sequentially and horizontally
