Please refer to fig. 1, 3 and 4, a new water tank 8 and a recycling water tank 10 are respectively installed on a bottom plate of the platform frame 1, one side of the new water tank 8 close to the L-shaped stay bar 2 is connected with a booster pump 9 through a water pipe, an output end of the booster pump 9 extends to the top of the L-shaped stay bar 2 through a water pipe and is connected with a transition water tank 5, the transition water tank 5 is fixed at the head end of the horizontal section of the L-shaped stay bar 2, one side of the transition water tank 5 is connected with an automatic pipeline retracting and releasing device 6 through a water pipe, the automatic pipeline retracting and releasing device 6 is fixed on the side wall of the L-shaped stay bar 2 through bolts, the head of the lower water pipe of the automatic pipeline retracting and releasing device 6 is connected with a manual nozzle 6a, a slope water collecting tank 1a-1 is arranged at a vertex angle of one side close to the L-shaped stay bar 2 in the working tank 1a, a plurality of through holes 1, and a plurality of through holes 1a-2 penetrate through the top flat plate of the platform frame 1 and are communicated with the top of the recovery water tank 10. Please refer to fig. 1 and 3, a foot switch 3b and a button switch 7a-1 are respectively installed at the corresponding vertex angles of the bottom plate and the platform plate of the platform frame 1, the foot switch 3b is electrically connected with the first electric telescopic rod 3 through a lead, the button switch 7a-1 is electrically connected with the two second electric telescopic rods 7a through leads, and the infinitely variable speed switch 4a-1 is electrically connected with a driving motor in the electric drilling machine 4 through a lead. In the embodiment, a worker puts ceramic products in place and then presses the button switch 7a-1 to extend the two second electric telescopic rods 7a, pushes the two movable clamping blocks 7b to clamp the ceramic products, then holds the handle 4a of the electric drilling machine 4 with a single hand to rotate and adjust the position, simultaneously presses the foot switch 3b with feet to extend the first electric telescopic rod 3, moves the electric drilling machine 4 downwards, presses the position to be drilled with a drill bit, finally presses the stepless speed change switch 4a-1 with a hand holding the handle 4a to rotate the drill bit on the electric drilling machine 4, and cooperates with the foot switch 3b pressed with feet to enable the electric drilling machine 4 to obtain downward pressure and drill the ceramic products.
Please refer to fig. 2 again, the inner side surfaces of the two movable clamping blocks 7b are symmetrically provided with arc-shaped clamping grooves 7b-1, and rubber spacers 7b-2 are glued on the inner arc walls of the two arc-shaped clamping grooves 7 b-1. In the embodiment, the arc-shaped clamp fixing grooves 7b-1 are formed in the two movable clamping blocks 7b, so that the contact area between the arc-shaped clamp fixing grooves 7b-1 and a ceramic product is increased, the clamping stability is improved, and the rubber spacers 7b-2 are glued in the two arc-shaped clamp fixing grooves 7b-1, so that the surface of the ceramic product is protected, and meanwhile, the friction force during contact is increased, and the ceramic product cannot easily slide.
The specific process of the invention is as follows:
firstly, a worker starts a booster pump 9 to send tap water in a new water barrel 8 into a transition water tank 5 for preparation, then ceramic products are placed in a working groove 1a, then a button switch 7a-1 is pressed to enable two second electric telescopic rods 7a to extend, two movable clamping blocks 7b are pushed to clamp the ceramic products, marks are made at the drilling positions of the ceramic products after clamping is completed, then the worker can hold a handle 4a of an electric drilling machine 4 with one hand in a sitting or standing posture, then the worker can step on a foot pedal switch 3b with one foot to enable a first electric telescopic rod 3 to extend, the electric drilling machine 4 moves downwards, in the descending process, the hand holding the handle 4a rotates the electric drilling machine 4 in a rotating connection mode through a rotating shaft sleeve 4c on the rotating rod 4b and a bearing with a seat 3a on the first electric telescopic rod 3, the drill bit is abutted after being aligned with the mark position, then the drill bit on the electric drilling machine 4 is rotated by pressing the stepless speed change switch 4a-1 by a hand holding the handle 4a, the electric drilling machine 4 obtains downward pressure and performs drilling work on the ceramic product by matching with the pedal switch 3b stepped on the foot, meanwhile, the manual spray head 6a is held by the other hand, the water pipe wound in the automatic pipeline winding and unwinding device 6 is pulled out by aligning with the drilling position, the manual spray head 6a is pressed to guide tap water in the transition water tank 5 to perform small amount of gradual spraying, the ceramic product is cooled, and the cooled water flow uniformly flows to the slope water collecting tank 1a-1 in the working tank 1a and is discharged into the recovery water barrel 10 with the through lower end through a plurality of through holes 1a-2 for recovery and reuse.
