技术领域
本发明涉及矿渣的铁、渣分选领域,特别涉及一种矿渣渣铁分选***。
背景技术
采用矿渣作铸钢原料,较大降低铸钢原料成本。但矿渣原料含铁量低(含铁量60%左右)直接进炉炼钢夹渣太多,使炼钢成本增加得不偿失。因此,需要一种提纯***,大幅度降低铸钢原料成本,同时保证了铸钢产品质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种矿渣渣铁分选***,高效、快速实现渣铁分选,得铁率高。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种矿渣渣铁分选***,包括上料漏斗、给料机,破碎机,皮带运输机一,双层振动筛,皮带运输机二,磁滑轮,皮带运输机三,粉末干选机;上料漏斗的出料口下方设有给料机,给料机的下方设有破碎机,破碎机的出料口侧设有皮带运输机,皮带运输机的出料端的下方设有双层振动筛,双层振动筛的上层出料口的下方设有块铁接料斗,双层振动筛的中层出料口下方设有皮带运输机二,双层振动筛的下层出料口下方设有皮带运输机三,皮带运输机二和皮带运输机三并排设置,皮带运输机二的出料端的辊轮为磁滑轮,磁滑轮的下方设有粒铁接料斗和废渣接料斗,皮带运输机三的出料端的下方设有粉末干选机,粉末干选机的第一出料口下方设有铁粉接料斗,粉末干选机的第二出料口连接废渣接料斗。
所述的给料机为惯性振动给料机。
所述的破碎机为圆筒锤式破碎机。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
矿渣渣铁分选***对矿渣渣铁分离效率高,可将含铁量60%以下的矿渣提纯到含铁量达95%渣铁。含铁量达95%的渣铁加入炼钢炉炼钢进行铸钢生产,大幅度降低铸钢原料成本也保证了铸钢产品质量。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进一步说明:
如图1-2,一种矿渣渣铁分选***,包括上料漏斗1、惯性振动给料机2,圆筒锤式破碎机3,皮带运输机一4,双层振动筛5,皮带运输机二6,磁滑轮7,皮带运输机三8,粉末干选机9;上料漏斗1的出料口下方设有惯性振动给料机2,惯性振动给料机2的下方设有圆筒锤式破碎机3,圆筒锤式破碎机3的出料口侧设有皮带运输机,皮带运输机的出料端的下方设有双层振动筛5,双层振动筛的上层筛为粗筛,下层筛为细筛。双层振动筛5的上层出料口的下方设有块铁接料斗10,双层振动筛5的中层出料口下方设有皮带运输机二6,双层振动筛5的下层出料口下方设有皮带运输机三8,皮带运输机二6和皮带运输机三8并排设置,皮带运输机二6的出料端的辊轮为磁滑轮7,磁滑轮7的下方的斜后方设有粒铁接料斗11,斜前方设有废渣接料斗12,皮带运输机三8的出料端的下方设有粉末干选机8,粉末干选机8的第一出料口下方设有铁粉接料斗13,粉末干选机8的第二出料口连接废渣接料斗12。
一种矿渣渣铁分选***的工作过程:
将铁渣混合物料用天车抓斗装入上料漏斗1内,再通过惯性振动给料机2均匀的将铁渣混合物给入圆筒锤式破碎机3,圆筒锤试破碎机3高速旋转锤头将铁渣打碎并实现铁、渣干净分离,然后将捶打分离后的铁渣混合物由圆筒锤式破碎机3出来进入皮带运输机一4,皮带运输机一4将捶打分离后的铁、渣混合物运输到双层振动筛5内,双层振动筛5将铁、渣混合物进行筛分,较大的铁块由粗筛筛上直接筛出,进入块铁接料斗10。粗筛筛下、细筛筛上筛出的粒铁和矿渣经皮带运输机二6运输,到出料端的磁滑轮7位置,磁滑轮7将粒铁和矿渣分离,粒铁进入磁滑轮7下方的粒铁接料斗11内,矿渣进入废渣接料斗12内。双层振动筛5细筛筛下的粉末铁和矿渣经皮带运输机三8运送到粉末干选机9内,粉末干选机9将铁粉和渣粉进行分离,铁粉进入铁粉接料斗13内、渣粉进入废渣接料斗12内。完成渣、铁提纯工作。将铁粉接料斗13、粒铁接料斗11、铁块接料斗10的铁料直接运到炼钢炉做炼钢原料进行直接使用。
