发明领域
本发明涉及一种充气子午线轮胎中的冠带层增强带,其为具有高分特棉纬纱的即用型平纹织物。
发明背景
在子午线轮胎中,已知冠带层增强带通过与赤道面成小角度而缠绕在带束层组合件上以形成冠带层,这改进了子午线轮胎的性能,尤其是在高速下。
将尼龙6.6、PET (聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、混合(芳族聚酰胺+尼龙6.6、芳族聚酰胺+ PET)帘子线作为冠带层增强层(作为条带)螺旋地缠绕在的带束层组合件上已经被若干轮胎公司应用了多年,以改进充气子午线轮胎中的高速耐用性和操作性能。所述帘子线带通过将压延(涂胶)的帘布层切割成条带或在没有纬纱的挤出过程中将平行的单个帘子线涂胶成一定宽度而获得。
用于生产轮胎帘布层的低线密度(100-300 dtex)纬纱对轮胎性能没有任何影响并且使用这些纬纱的唯一目的是将经纱或帘子线彼此平行地保持在一起。
棉纬纱的使用是现有技术中已知的,JP 2009067323专利公开了棉纬纱的使用,其线密度在200 dtex和400 dtex之间变化。但是该专利文献没有被认为其涉及增强带。
日本专利文献号JP2016138345,现有技术中已知的一项申请,公开了纬纱的使用,该纬纱由聚酯或聚酯被棉线覆盖的复合纱构成,其线密度在100和400 dtex之间变化。而且,在所述专利文献中公开的所述应用不被认为其涉及增强带。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于充气子午线轮胎的冠带层增强带,其通过将经向帘子线与具有高线密度的棉纬纱平纹编织而获得。
本发明的另一个目的是防止在热定形过程中轮胎帘布层的宽度过度变窄。当与卷曲变形尼龙纬纱相比时,具有高线密度的棉纬纱的窄化为卷曲变形尼龙纬纱的窄化的一半。
本发明的还有另一目的是在条带制备的切割(纵切)过程期间和在带束层组合件上的条带缠绕过程期间提供来自纬纱的侧向(横向)的经向帘子线分离(边缘磨损)阻力。
发明详述

一种冠带层增强带(1),其螺旋地缠绕在子午线轮胎的带束层组合件上,使得其将与赤道面成0°至5°并且其与胎面橡胶直接接触,其特征在于
-多根彼此平行的棉纬纱(2),所述棉纬纱具有在400 dtex和2000 dtex之间变化的线密度,和
-条带表面上的粘合剂含量为至少10重量%且最大60重量%。
本发明的冠带层增强带(1)包括在其外表面上的粘合剂浸渍,这是轮胎生产过程所需要的,其消除了压延和条带制备阶段并且能够通过避免在其上进行涂胶的需要而降低轮胎的滚动阻力和燃料消耗。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,棉纬纱(2)和经纱用粘合剂浸渍材料彼此固定,并因此在棉纬纱(2)和经向帘子线(3)的接触点上形成强结合,并且防止条带(1)中的经向帘子线(3)向旁边移位和分离。在本发明的一个实施方案中使用的粘合材料是RFL (间苯二酚甲醛胶乳),但是也可以使用无RF粘合剂。
棉纬纱(2)由于其亲水性质而比聚酰胺卷曲变形纱更容易吸收粘合材料,这增加了动态条件下轮胎中冠带层增强带(1)的抗性和稳定性。
本发明的冠带层增强带(1)的宽度在5 mm到30 mm之间变化,优选地在8 mm到15mm之间变化。存在于10 mm宽度的冠带层增强带(1)中的经纱(3)的数量可以在3至20之间变化。经向帘子线(3)的捻度在100捻/米(tpm)至800捻/米(tpm)之间,优选地在250 tpm至350tpm之间。如果经向帘子线的捻度小于100捻/米(tpm),则经纱的疲劳性能降低。另一方面,当经向帘子线的捻度超过800捻/米(tpm)时,经纱的断裂强度降低。
用于本发明的冠带层增强带(1)中的经向帘子线(3)可以包括混合帘子线,例如PET-尼龙6.6、芳族聚酰胺-尼龙6.6或芳族聚酰胺-PET,并且它可以包括尼龙6.6、PET (聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)或芳族聚酰胺帘子线。
棉纬纱(2)的线密度可在400 dtex至2000 dtex之间变化,优选在600 dtex至1500dtex之间变化。如果线密度小于400 dtex,则担心棉纬纱不能在切割过程中将经纱或帘子线保持在一起,它们在冠带层增强带形式中彼此平行。另一方面,当线密度超过2000 dtex时,冠带层增强带获得过量的粘合剂含量,则担心在轮胎制造过程中频繁出现空气空隙。
用作纬纱的棉纱(2)可以是加捻的或未加捻的。棉纬纱(2)的捻度可以是0-600,优选200-500。10 cm长的条带(1)中的棉纬纱(2)的数量可以是5至50,优选10至20。如果10 cm长的条带中的棉纬纱的数量小于5,则担心棉纬纱在切割过程中不能将经向帘子线保持在一起,它们在冠带层增强带形式中彼此平行。另一方面,当10 cm长的条带中的棉纬纱的数目超过50时,冠带层增强带获得过量的粘合剂含量,则担心在轮胎制造过程中频繁出现空气空隙。
在冠带层增强带中的粘合剂浸渍的量在10%重量至60%重量之间,优选地在10%重量至40%重量之间,或更优选地在10%重量至25%重量之间。如果在冠带层增强带中的粘合剂浸渍的量小于10%,则担心在轮胎制造过程中可观察到不耐久的(green)胶粘性性能。另一方面,当冠带层增强带中的粘合剂浸渍的量超过60%时,冠带层增强带获得过量的粘合剂含量,则担心在轮胎制造过程中频繁出现空气空隙。

Claims (14)

1.一种冠带层增强带(1),其螺旋地缠绕在子午线轮胎的带束层组合件上,使得其将与赤道面成0°至5°并且其与胎面橡胶直接接触,所述冠带层增强带包括经纱(3)和棉纬纱(2),其中,所述条带的表面浸渍有粘合材料,其特征在于,
-多根彼此平行的所述棉纬纱(2),其中所述棉纬纱的线密度在400 dtex和2000 dtex之间变化,和
所述条带表面上的所述粘合材料含量为至少10%并且最大60%重量。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,所述棉纬纱(2)的线密度值在600 dtex至1500 dtex之间。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,用作纬纱的所述棉纱(2)是加捻的或未加捻的。
4. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,10 cm长的条带(1)中的所述棉纬纱(2)的数量在5至50之间,优选地在10至20之间。
5. 根据权利要求1-2所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,所述粘合材料是RFL (间苯二酚甲醛胶乳)。
6.根据权利要求1-2所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,所述粘合材料不包含任何间苯二酚甲醛(不含间苯二酚甲醛)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,所述粘合材料含量优选地在10%重量至40%重量之间,或更优选地在10%重量至25%重量之间。
8. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,所述条带的宽度在5 mm至30 mm之间。
9. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,所述条带的宽度在8 mm至15 mm之间。
10. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,在10 mm的宽度中所述经纱或所述帘子线(3)的数量为3至15。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,所述经纱(3)的帘子线捻度在100捻/米(tpm)和800捻/米(tpm)之间。
12. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,所述经纱(3)的帘子线捻度在250 tpm和350 tpm之间。
13. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的冠带层增强带(1),其特征在于,在长度为10cm的条带(1)中所述棉纬纱(2)的数量为5至50,优选地10至20。
