With the development of modern industry, on one hand, the requirements for flexibility and intelligence of the measurement process are continuously improved, and a single sensor cannot meet the measurement requirements for high precision and high efficiency. On the other hand, the complexity of the workpiece is higher and higher, and a single sensor is difficult to obtain complete surface information. The self limitation of the contact and non-contact measuring methods limits the application of the contact and non-contact measuring methods in practical engineering, if a plurality of different measuring sensors are integrated together, and advantages are complemented by using different measuring methods, the flexibility of the measuring system can be greatly improved, the measuring system is not limited by single digital equipment any more, and high-efficiency and high-precision measurement is realized.
