Because the hot air is filled, the air bag 1 wraps the mutual inductor and simultaneously transfers the heat to the mutual inductor, thereby conveniently realizing the functions of heating and heat preservation.
After the heating and heat preservation operation is completed, the heating and air blowing device is detached, the vacuum pump is replaced, the air in the air bag 1 and the air in the sealing and positioning bag 11 is pumped out, the whole air bag 1 and the sealing and positioning bag 11 are automatically shriveled and shrunk, and the instrument transformer is taken down after the shrinkage is completed.
