According to the lamplight structure provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the hole groove structure which is different from the incoming light direction is arranged on the light guide piece and is opposite to the position of the central strong light, so that at least one side wall surface of the hole or groove faces the incoming light direction of the central light, the transmission of the central strong light can be blocked to a certain extent, the hole groove structure is filled with air, the central strong light passes through the light guide material to the air, and then passes through the side wall surface of the hole groove structure twice in the transmission process from the air to the light guide material, so that part of strong light is reflected or absorbed, the light intensity of the central light is reduced, and the brightness difference between the central light and the edge light is reduced. Therefore, the lamplight structure provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can at least partially solve the problem of uneven lamplight in different areas on the electronic equipment, and can realize the technical effect of effectively improving the lamplight uniformity on the basis of not increasing the number of light sources.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates an exemplary application scenario of a light structure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. It should be noted that fig. 1 illustrates only an example of an application scenario in which the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to help those skilled in the art understand the technical content of the present disclosure, but it does not mean that the embodiments of the present disclosure may not be applied to other devices, systems, environments, or scenarios.
As shown in fig. 1, the light structure 100 of the embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to an intelligent sound box 1, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a light emitting member may be disposed inside the intelligent sound box 1, for example, the light emitting member may be an LED lamp, a part of the light guiding member may be hidden inside the intelligent sound box 1, and a part of the light guiding member is exposed to the external environment, so that a user can see the light to be guided out, and the ring marked 100 in fig. 1 is the part of the light guiding member exposed to the external environment in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
The lighting structure of the embodiment of the disclosure can display the on-off state of the intelligent sound box 1 through the on-off state of the light, for example, when the intelligent sound box 1 is turned on, the light is turned on to prompt a user that the sound box is turned on. In addition, interaction with the user can be realized by utilizing the mode of changing the light color or changing the light position, for example, the voice algorithm of the intelligent sound box 1 can be positioned at the position of the speaker, correspondingly, one or more LED lamps positioned at one side of the speaker are lighted, and the LED lamps at other positions are in a closed state, so that the user senses interaction with the intelligent sound box through the light position.
The light of a larger area can be realized by uniformly arranging a plurality of LED lamps under the normal condition.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a smart sound box 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, when the number of light sources (e.g., LED lamps) is small, there is no effective intersection between the lights emitted from two adjacent light sources (see the area outlined by the dashed line frame in fig. 2) due to the limitation of the light angle, so that the area between the two light sources is dark.
Meanwhile, the brightness of the light emitted by the LED lamp is uneven.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a schematic view of outgoing light according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the brightness of the light center area C emitted by the LED lamp is larger, the brightness of the edge area E is smaller, and the light displayed to the user has the same brightness distribution through light conduction, which further causes the problem of uneven light. It should be noted that, the brightness of the light emitted from the light source is uniformly transited from the center to the edge, and the boundary between the two light portions in fig. 3 is only for schematically showing that the brightness of the center area is large, and the brightness of the edge area is relatively small, but in reality, the light emitted from the light source has no boundary.
In order to avoid the problem of uneven light, the traditional solution is to add enough LED lamps to ensure that the firing angles of adjacent lights can effectively intersect, but the number of the needed LED lamps is large, the cost is high, and the problem of uneven brightness of the LED lamps still exists.
According to the lamplight structure provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the light guide piece is arranged on the periphery of the light emitting piece and used for adjusting lamplight, the vertical hole groove structure is arranged on the light guide piece and opposite to the central strong light C, so that at least one side wall surface of the hole or groove faces the incoming light direction of the central strong light C, the transmission of the central strong light C can be blocked to a certain extent, the central strong light C passes through the light guide material to the air, and then passes through the side wall surface of the hole groove structure twice in the transmission process from the air to the light guide material, so that part of strong light is reflected or absorbed, the light intensity of the central light C is reduced, and the brightness difference between the central light C and the edge light E can be reduced.
It can be understood that the application scenario in fig. 1 is only an example, and the light structure can be applied to other devices requiring light, such as computers, mobile phones, or intelligent home devices such as air purifiers and air conditioners, and also can be applied to simple lighting facilities besides the intelligent sound box 1.
Fig. 4A schematically illustrates a structural schematic of a light structure 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Fig. 4B schematically illustrates a light propagation schematic of a light structure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Fig. 5 schematically illustrates a perspective view of a light structure 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4A to 5, the light structure 100 includes a light guide 110 and at least one light emitting member 120, and each light emitting member 120 emits light including a central light C and an edge light E to the light guide 110, wherein the central light C has a brightness greater than the edge light E, and wherein: the light guide 110 is provided with holes 111 at positions corresponding to the central light C of each light emitting element, and at least one side wall surface of the holes 111 faces the incoming direction of the central light C for weakening the brightness of the central light C.
Specifically, the light emitting surface of the light emitting member 120 may face the light guide member 110, as shown in fig. 4A and 4B, and the light emitting member 120 emits light toward the light guide member 110. The light emitting member 120 may emit light in other directions, wherein a portion of the light in the lateral direction is incident into the light guiding member 110.
It should be noted that, the light emitted by each light emitting element 120 to the light emitting element 110 includes a central light C and an edge light E, and the brightness of the light emitted by the light emitting element 120 from the center to the edge is uniformly transited, and the clear demarcation between the central light C and the edge light E in fig. 4B is only for schematically illustrating that the brightness of the central light C is larger, and the brightness of the edge light E is relatively smaller, but in reality, the light emitted by the light emitting element 120 is without demarcation. In addition, the proportion of the central light C and the edge light E is not limited, so long as the brightness of the central light C is ensured to be greater than the brightness of the edge light E on both sides thereof, for example, if the emission angle full angle of the light emitted from the light emitting element 120 is 90 degrees, the central light C may occupy 30 degrees or 45 degrees of the central portion thereof, and the regions on both sides of the central light C are the edge light E. The axis of the central light C may be coincident with the axis of the emission angle full angle, or may be offset from the central axis of the emission angle full angle by an angle within a certain range in a certain direction.
The light emitting member 120 may be an RGB three-color light emitting diode, i.e., an LED lamp, or a cold cathode fluorescent lamp, a halogen lamp, or the like. In the case that the light emitting member 120 is an LED lamp, different colors of light can be emitted according to different instructions, so that interaction with a user is enhanced, and meanwhile, interestingness is increased.
The light guide 110 may be made of a light-transmitting material such as glass, resin, acryl, etc. polymer material, PC, light-transmitting stone, etc. In addition, light guide points with high reflectivity can be arranged on certain surfaces or inside the light-transmitting material, when light rays are emitted to each light guide point, reflected light can be diffused to various angles, part of the light can be diffused to the area where the angle between two adjacent LED lamps is not intersected, and the darkest part of the area in the middle is lightened, so that the light guide member 110 can further uniformly emit light through various light guide points with different densities and sizes, and meanwhile, the use efficiency of the light is improved.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the light of the light emitting member 120 is refracted when it is incident on the surface of the light guiding member 110, that is, the angle of the light is changed, and for simplifying the following figures, the refraction process of the light is not shown, and the light is represented by a straight line, but is not a straight line in actual cases, but is a broken line.
The light guide 110 is provided with a hole 111 at a position corresponding to the central light C of each light emitting element, and the hole 111 may be a hole or a groove provided at a position opposite to the center of each light emitting element, i.e. the axis of the hole 111 may coincide with the axis of the light emitting element, and in other embodiments, the two may deviate from each other by an angle within a certain range. Since light is refracted during transmission, the length L of the hole 111 may be comparable to the width of the central light C at the location of the hole 111, or the length L of the hole 111 may be slightly smaller or slightly larger than the width of the central light C at the location of the hole 111.
At least one side wall surface of the hole 111 faces the incoming light direction of the central light C, i.e. at least one side wall surface is blocked in the transmission direction of the central light C, the light of the central light C will strike the wall surface of the hole 111, and the plane where at least one side wall surface of the hole 111 is located forms an included angle with each transmission direction of the light of the central light C. The two side walls of the hole 111 may be parallel or non-parallel. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the center light C passes through both front and rear side wall surfaces of the hole 111.
The length L of the hole 111 may be appropriately adjusted according to the distance between the light emitting member 120 and the light guiding member 110. For example, on the basis of fig. 4B, the distance between the light emitting element 120 and the light guiding element 110 is reduced, and the length L of the hole 111 is correspondingly reduced, and if the distance between the light emitting element 120 and the light guiding element 110 is increased, the length L of the hole 111 is correspondingly increased.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the hole groove structure which is different from the incoming light direction is arranged on the light guide member at the position which is opposite to the central strong light, so that at least one side wall surface of the hole or the groove faces the incoming light direction of the central light, the transmission of the central strong light can be blocked to a certain extent, the hole groove structure is filled with air, the central strong light passes through the light guide material to the air, and then passes through the side wall surface of the hole groove structure twice in the transmission process of the air to the light guide material, so that part of the strong light is reflected or absorbed, and the reflected light is attenuated or absorbed in the reverse transmission process, so that the light intensity of the central light is reduced, and the brightness difference with the edge light is reduced. And the structure is simple, and the manufacturing is easy. Therefore, the lamplight structure provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can at least partially solve the problem of uneven lamplight in different areas on the electronic equipment, and can realize the technical effect of effectively improving the lamplight uniformity on the basis of not increasing the number of light sources.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the hole 111 is located on the propagation path of the central light C, and the opening direction H of the hole 111 is different from the propagation direction of the central light C so that the central light C passes through both side wall surfaces of the hole 111.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, if the direction of the opening of the hole 111 is different from the propagation direction of the central light C, and if all the outgoing lights of the light emitting element 120 form a cone shape, and the light emitting direction of the central axis of the cone is parallel to the Y axis, the opening direction H of the hole 111 is a direction different from the Y axis, for example, parallel to the Z axis, or parallel to the X axis, or any direction capable of forming an included angle with the Y axis, so that both side walls of the hole 111 can be ensured to be on the transmission path of the central light C. In addition, the light emitted from the light emitting element 120 may also form a cylindrical shape, i.e. all the light emitted are parallel.
The hole 111 may be a straight cylindrical hole, that is, two side walls of the hole 111 are parallel, or may be a tapered hole, that is, a plane where two side walls of the hole 111 are intersected.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the purpose of weakening the brightness of the central light C can be achieved by only ensuring that the opening direction H of the hole 111 is different from the propagation direction of the central light C, the opening direction is flexible, the requirement on the process is low, and the cost is low.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a light blocking layer is attached to at least one sidewall surface of the hole 111 for reflecting or absorbing part of the center light C.
Specifically, a light blocking layer may be attached to a side wall surface or two opposite side wall surfaces through which the light passes, and the light blocking layer may be, for example, a light reflecting layer or an absorbing layer, so that the proportion of the central light reflected or absorbed is increased, and the intensity of the central light transmitted through the hole 111 is further reduced. Materials with different reflectivities or absorptivity can be selected according to actual conditions.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the brightness difference between the central light C and the edge light E is large, the light blocking layer can increase the proportion of the reflected light, so as to further ensure that the intensity of the transmitted light in the central area is consistent with that of the edge light.
In addition, some microstructures, such as small protrusions or grooves, can be arranged on one side wall surface or two opposite side wall surfaces through which light passes, and the probability of light reflection is increased by utilizing the structures of the wall surfaces.
Fig. 6 schematically illustrates a perspective view of a light structure 100 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the number of the light emitting members 120 is plural, and the plurality of light emitting members 120 are arranged in a ring shape; the light guide member 110 is annular and is disposed concentrically with the annular shape in which the plurality of light emitting members 120 are disposed, and the cross section of the hole 111 is arc-shaped.
Specifically, in the case of requiring annular light, the light guide member 110 may be disposed in an annular shape, and accordingly, the plurality of light emitting members 120 are also disposed in an annular arrangement, as shown in fig. 6, the light emitting members 120 emit light to the annular outer side where they are disposed, and the central axes of all the cone-shaped emitted lights may extend radially outwards, and the annular shape where the plurality of light emitting members 120 are disposed is concentric with the light guide member 110, and the light guide member 110 is disposed at the outer side where they are disposed, so as to receive the light emitted by the light emitting members 120. Accordingly, the holes 111 for attenuating the intensity of the central light C provided on the circular ring-shaped light guide are arc-shaped, and the holes 111 are uniformly arranged on the circular ring-shaped light guide 110 in the circumferential direction.
Fig. 7A schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of relative positions of a light emitting member and a light guiding member according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Fig. 7B schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of relative positions of a light emitting member and a light guiding member according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7A and 7B, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the light emitting member 120 is horizontally disposed with the light guiding member 110, and the hole 111 is disposed on the light guiding member 110 in a vertical direction or in an oblique direction; or the light emitting member 120 is disposed below the light guiding member 110, and the hole 111 is disposed on the light guiding member 110 in a horizontal direction or in an oblique direction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7A, the light emitting member 120 and the light guiding member 110 may be disposed horizontally, and the hole 111 may penetrate the light guiding member 110 in a vertical direction or may penetrate the light guiding member 110 obliquely. In addition, the hole 111 may not penetrate the light guide member, but may be a groove formed on the surface of the light guide member 110, or a hollow structure completely hidden inside the light guide member, so long as it is ensured that the central light of the light emitting member 120 can penetrate at least one side wall surface of the hole 111.
As shown in fig. 7B, the light emitting member 120 may be disposed below the light guiding member 110, and the hole 111 may be disposed on the light guiding member 110 along a horizontal direction or an oblique direction, and may or may not penetrate the light guiding member 110.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the design structure of the hole or the groove is simple, and there is no strict limitation on the positions of the light emitting element 120 and the light guiding element 110, so that the relative positions of the light emitting element 120 and the light guiding element 110 can be flexibly set according to practical situations.
