本发明公开了一种防渗透烟用接装纸原纸的生产方法,包括如下步骤:S1按重量配比的漂白针叶浆15‑40%、漂白阔叶浆60‑85%混合磨浆,浆度:55‑70ºSR,湿重1.5‑3.5g;助剂添加:脱气剂吨纸用量在0.5‑1.5kg;浆内胶选用阳离子淀粉,吨纸用量在5‑15kg;施胶剂AKD吨纸用量在5‑15kg;填料选用碳酸钙,砷含量≤0.5mg/kg,吨纸用量100‑200kg;S2、上网抄造;S3、压榨、烘缸干燥;S4、表面施胶,印刷面选用阳离子淀粉挂胶量在0.5‑1.0g/m2,非印刷面选用阴离子淀粉和食品级防渗透剂,淀粉与防渗透剂的比例为1:1‑3;挂胶量在0.5‑1.0g/m2;S5、烘缸干燥、压光;S6、卷取包装。本发明具有如下的有益效果:能制成不同口味的香烟且有效保留烟味,接装纸透气性好卷接时卷接牢靠。

防渗透烟用接装纸原纸的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防渗透烟用接装纸原纸的生产方法。
背景技术
随着现代吸烟的人们对香烟口味的需求不同,要求香烟具有各种水果的味道,因此细支爆珠烟也就应运而生;爆珠烟就是在香烟的过滤嘴中放入爆珠,它包裹了不同类型香料的液体,吸烟者可以在吸烟过程中捏爆,使珠内液体流出,使香烟的口味更丰富,吸烟者可根据自己的喜好选择不同口味的爆珠烟。
因 "爆珠"内的液体是油性物质,在捏爆后,油性物质会渗透到普通的烟用接装纸的外面,导致爆珠烟的油性物质流失,味道变淡,因此需要在烟用接装原纸反面涂一层防油层,防止"爆珠"内的液体渗透到外面而流失掉。
现市场上有在非印刷表面涂PVA加食品级防渗透剂的纸张,但因PVA的阻隔性太强,降低了接装纸的透气性,从而在接装纸卷接时存在卷接不牢的现象,影响后需的加工使用。
发明内容
本发明根据以上不足,提供了一种防渗透烟用接装纸原纸的生产方法。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种防渗透烟用接装纸原纸的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
S1 按重量配比的漂白针叶浆15-40%、漂白阔叶浆60-85%混合磨浆,浆度:55-70ºSR,湿重1.5-3.5g;
助剂添加:
脱气剂吨纸用量在0.5-1.5kg;
浆内胶选用阳离子淀粉,吨纸用量在5-15kg;
施胶剂AKD吨纸用量在5-15kg;
填料选用碳酸钙,砷含量≤0.5mg/kg,吨纸用量100-200kg;
S2、上网抄造;
S3、压榨、烘缸干燥;
S4、表面施胶,印刷面选用阳离子淀粉挂胶量在0.5-1.0g/m2,非印刷面选用阴离子淀粉和食品级防渗透剂,淀粉与防渗透剂的比例为1:1-3;挂胶量在0.5-1.0g/m2;淀粉与纸张结合更牢固,比光用或者是使用PVA加食品级防油剂要牢固;更能提高纸张的防渗透性,需要说明的是,因淀粉是水溶性物质,与食品级防渗透剂相互配合使用,能有效的提高防渗透剂在纸张上的保留率。另一方面,与PVA加防渗透剂相比,使用淀粉加防渗透剂生产的接装纸原纸在后续卷接时不会有卷接不牢的现象,不影响后续的使用;
S5、烘缸干燥、压光;需要说明的是,本发明通过两次烘干,在本次烘干前,在步骤S3中还有一次预先的烘干,步骤S3中通常增加1-2个烘箱进行预烘干,使表面有一定的强度后再进入步骤S5,以免防渗透层被破坏。
S6、卷取包装。
所述步骤S2中上网抄造的浓度为0.3-0.8%。
所述步骤S3中,紧度:≥0.85g/cm3
所述步骤S5中,平滑度正面≥500s,反面≥50s。
所述步骤S5中,吸水性:印刷面:20-30g/m2;非印刷面:10-20g/m2
所述步骤S5中非印刷面防油等级:≥5级。
本发明具有如下的有益效果:能制成不同口味的香烟且有效保留烟味,接装纸透气性好卷接时卷接牢靠。

实施例1:
按重量配比的漂白针叶浆15%、漂白阔叶浆85%混合磨浆,浆度:55ºSR,湿重1.5g;助剂添加:脱气剂吨纸用量在0.5kg;浆内胶选用阳离子淀粉,吨纸用量在5kg;施胶剂AKD吨纸用量在5kg;
填料选用碳酸钙,砷含量≤0.5mg/kg,吨纸用量100kg; 上网抄造;上网抄造的浓度为0.3%;表面施胶,印刷面选用阳离子淀粉挂胶量在0.5g/m2,非印刷面选用阴离子淀粉和食品级防渗透剂,淀粉与防渗透剂的比例为1:1;挂胶量在0.5g/m2
实施例2:
按重量配比的漂白针叶浆40%、漂白阔叶浆60%混合磨浆,浆度: 70ºSR,湿重3.5g;助剂添加:脱气剂吨纸用量在1.5kg;浆内胶选用阳离子淀粉,吨纸用量在15kg;施胶剂AKD吨纸用量在15kg;
填料选用碳酸钙,砷含量≤0.5mg/kg,吨纸用量200kg; 上网抄造;上网抄造的浓度为0.8%;表面施胶,印刷面选用阳离子淀粉挂胶量在1.0g/m2,非印刷面选用阴离子淀粉和食品级防渗透剂,淀粉与防渗透剂的比例为1: 3;挂胶量在1.0g/m2
实施例3:
按重量配比的漂白针叶浆28%、漂白阔叶浆72%混合磨浆,浆度:62ºSR,湿重2.5g;助剂添加:脱气剂吨纸用量在1kg;浆内胶选用阳离子淀粉,吨纸用量在10kg;施胶剂AKD吨纸用量在10kg;
填料选用碳酸钙,砷含量≤0.5mg/kg,吨纸用量150kg; 上网抄造;上网抄造的浓度为0.55%;表面施胶,印刷面选用阳离子淀粉挂胶量在0.75g/m2,非印刷面选用阴离子淀粉和食品级防渗透剂,淀粉与防渗透剂的比例为1:2;挂胶量在0.75g/m2

1.一种防渗透烟用接装纸原纸的生产方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
S1 按重量配比的漂白针叶浆15-40%、漂白阔叶浆60-85%混合磨浆,浆度:55-70ºSR,湿重1.5-3.5g;
助剂添加:
脱气剂吨纸用量在0.5-1.5kg;
浆内胶选用阳离子淀粉,吨纸用量在5-15kg;
施胶剂AKD吨纸用量在5-15kg;
填料选用碳酸钙,砷含量≤0.5mg/kg,吨纸用量100-200kg;
S2、上网抄造;
S3、压榨、烘缸干燥;
S4、表面施胶,印刷面选用阳离子淀粉挂胶量在0.5-1.0g/m2,非印刷面选用阴离子淀粉和食品级防渗透剂,淀粉与防渗透剂的比例为1:1-3;挂胶量在0.5-1.0g/m2
S5、烘缸干燥、压光;
S6、卷取包装。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防渗透烟用接装纸原纸的生产方法,其特征是,所述步骤S2中上网抄造的浓度为0.3-0.8%。
