背景技术：
现有技术中T/R双面压光保暖绒面料保暖性差，颜色呆板,作为多季服装面料，应用上受限。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种通过染色后的后整理加工，大大提升面料的保暖性和布面光泽，使面料档次大幅提升的压光保暖绒染整工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是，提供一种压光保暖绒染整工艺，包括以下步骤，
首先，用50％人棉、50％涤织造成T/R双面面料；
接着，染涤、酸性还原后染棉，加起毛剂出缸；
然后，干布后抓毛，只抓涤面，起绒要求短密；
最后，过压光机，让人造棉面具有光泽性。
其中，染涤时，按质量百分比计，加入0.5％除油剂3302、1％冰醋酸、4.15％4.15％红玉S-2GL、0.38％芷青S-2GL升温到135℃后保持40分钟，不放水直接加入1.2％传化酸性还原剂TF-288B，95℃下保持20分钟后洗水染棉。
另外，染棉时按质量百分比计，加入0.5％D-450匀染剂、1.0％TF-113BA螯合分散剂、15％元明粉、9.6％Na2CO3在60℃下保持40分钟，继续加入0.5％冰醋酸继续保持6分钟，然后加入1.0％无泡皂洗剂DC升温到90℃保持10分钟，最后加入0.2％柠檬酸、9％色软S300(传化)和3％涤纶用起毛剂在40℃下保持20分钟。
本发明的有益效果是：将普通T/R双面布通过染色后的后整理加工，大大提升面料的保暖性和布面光泽，使面料档次大幅提升。

本发明将普通T/R双面布通过染色后的后整理加工，大大提升面料的保暖性和布面光泽，使面料档次大幅提升。

1.一种压光保暖绒染整工艺，其特征在于：包括以下步骤，
首先，用50％人棉、50％涤织造成T/R双面面料；
接着，染涤、酸性还原后染棉，加起毛剂出缸；
然后，干布后抓毛，只抓涤面，起绒要求短密；
最后，过压光机，让人造棉面具有光泽性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压光保暖绒染整工艺，其特征在于：染涤时，按质量百分比计，加入0.5％除油剂3302、1％冰醋酸、4.15％4.15％红玉S-2GL、0.38％芷青S-2GL升温到135℃后保持40分钟，不放水直接加入1.2％传化酸性还原剂TF-288B，95℃下保持20分钟后洗水染棉。
