the conveying assembly and the pickling assembly are both arranged inside the outer shell; the conveying assembly comprises a guide rail box, a roller, a rolling shaft, a driving chain, a driving gear, a driven gear, a driving motor, a hanging rod, a hanging plate, a hanging rope and a hanging hook;
the guide rail box is a cuboid which is hollow inside and has two open ends; the guide rail box comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, a first side plate and a second side plate, wherein the top plate and the bottom plate are opposite, and the first side plate and the second side plate are oppositely arranged; the guide rail box is fixedly attached to the inner surface of the top wall through the top plate; the roller capable of rolling along the length direction of the guide rail box is arranged in the guide rail box; the rolling shaft penetrates through the wheel center of the roller; a bearing is arranged between the rolling shaft and the roller;

the pickling assembly comprises a bottom spraying assembly and a side spraying assembly; the bottom spray assembly comprises a bottom spray nozzle; the bottom nozzle is vertically arranged in the middle of the bottom wall; the spraying direction of the bottom nozzle is upward; the side spray assembly comprises a plurality of side spray bars; a plurality of said side spray bars are symmetrically disposed on the inner surface of said first side wall and the inner surface of said second side wall; the lateral spray rods are vertically arranged; a plurality of lateral nozzles are arranged on the lateral spray rod at equal intervals; the spraying direction of the lateral nozzle is towards the middle position of the inner part of the outer shell;
when the rust removal operation is started, the transformer shell is turned over to enable the opening of the transformer shell to face downwards, and the edges of four corners of the transformer shell are hung by a hanger; the transformer shell is suspended and conveyed to the interior of the outer shell under the action of the conveying assembly;
the number of the lateral spray rods is 6; the inner surface of the first side wall is provided with 3 lateral spray bars, and the inner surface of the second side wall is provided with 3 lateral spray bars;

5. The automatic rust removing equipment for the transformer as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of top nozzles are arranged on the top wall; the spraying direction of the top nozzle is downward.
6. The automatic rust removing equipment for the transformer as claimed in claim 5, wherein the lateral nozzles, the top nozzle and the bottom nozzle are all narrow-angle solid conical nozzles.
7. The automatic rust removing equipment for the transformer as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first baffle is arranged at the inlet; a second baffle is arranged at the outlet; the first baffle, the second baffle, the first side wall and the second side wall are formed with water collection grooves;
a liquid discharge pipe penetrates through the lower part of the second baffle; the liquid discharge pipe is communicated with a liquid discharge pump; and the outlet end of the liquid discharge pump is communicated with a waste liquid recovery box.
8. The automatic rust removing device for the transformer as claimed in claim 7, wherein the position of the spray hole of the bottom nozzle is higher than the position where the liquid discharge pipe penetrates through the second baffle.
9. The automatic rust removing apparatus for the transformer according to claim 1, wherein the rust removing apparatus further comprises a controller; the controller is used for controlling the starting, stopping, positive rotation and reverse rotation of the driving motor.
