Meanwhile, in the existing sewage purification device, the sewage sedimentation speed is low, the treatment effect is relatively poor, the mud-water separation is not thorough, the water content of the discharged mud is high, and the cost of the subsequent filter pressing treatment is greatly increased; in order to improve the solid-liquid separation effect, the mixing and stirring of the liquid medicine and the wastewater are generally carried out by adopting a mechanical mode, and in addition, a mud scraper is also adopted to treat sludge deposition, so that the energy consumption is increased, and the equipment also occupies the installation space.

the box body is also internally provided with a sludge outlet pipe, the lower end of the sludge outlet pipe is arranged at the bottom of the sludge settling chamber, and the upper end of the sludge outlet pipe is connected with a sludge discharge port at the upper part of the box body so as to discharge settled sludge upwards along the sludge outlet pipe;
the side wall of the box body above the sludge discharge port is connected with a circle of overflow groove, and the side wall of the box body at one side of the overflow groove is provided with a clear water port for discharging clear water which passes through the overflow groove after rising.

(3) the sewage after the electromagnetization enters the chemical reaction bin from the top through the water outlet pipe, reacts with the medicament in the chemical reaction bin to generate flocculation precipitation, and is subjected to sterilization, oxidation reduction, decoloration, COD reduction and air flotation solid-liquid separation;
(4) the sewage after the chemical reaction flows downwards along the chemical reaction bin, the area of a water flow passage is gradually increased after passing through the sewage water distributor and the sewage flow divider, the water flow is gradually slowed down, and the magnetized, flocculated and precipitated sewage is subjected to mud-water separation under the action of gravity;
(5) the sludge is settled in a sludge settling chamber below, clear water floats on the upper layer, and rises along the box body along with the increase of the treatment capacity, and the gravity of the clear water generates high pressure on the sludge settled at the bottom, so that the sludge is pressed into the sludge outlet pipe and is discharged upwards along the sludge outlet pipe through the sludge discharge port;
(6) the clean water which gradually rises reaches the overflow groove and is discharged through the clean water port of the overflow groove.
According to the technical scheme, the electromagnetic reaction bin and the chemical reaction bin are used for magnetizing and chemically treating the sewage to replace a traditional mixing sedimentation tank and an air floatation tank, so that energy is saved, the magnetized sewage is high in sedimentation speed and good in sedimentation effect, the requirements of sterilization, oxidation reduction, decoloration, COD reduction and air floatation solid-liquid separation can be met, multiple functions are integrated, and the cost and the occupied area are saved.

the electromagnetic reaction bin 4 is connected with a vertical chemical reaction bin 7 through a water outlet pipe 6, and an unpowered mixing device 15 is arranged in the chemical reaction bin 7 and used for fully mixing sewage and chemical agents;
the lower part of the chemical reaction bin 7 is connected with a sewage distributor 8, a sewage splitter 9 is connected in the box body 1 which is right opposite to the lower part of the sewage distributor 8, and an inverted cone-shaped sludge settling chamber 10 is arranged below the sewage splitter 9 and used for settling sludge after chemical reaction;
a sludge outlet pipe 11 is also arranged in the box body 1, the lower end of the sludge outlet pipe 11 is arranged at the bottom of the sludge settling chamber 10, and the upper end of the sludge outlet pipe is connected with a sludge discharge port 12 at the upper part of the box body 1 so as to discharge settled sludge upwards along the sludge outlet pipe;
a circle of overflow groove 13 is connected on the side wall of the box body 1 above the sludge discharge port 12, and a clear water port 14 is arranged on the side wall of the box body 1 at one side of the overflow groove 13 and used for discharging clear water which passes through the overflow groove after rising.
The electromagnetic generator 5 is a group of electromagnetic coils connected with a voltage-stabilizing direct-current power supply.
An automatic drain valve is arranged between the overflow groove 13 and the clear water port 14, an automatic mud valve is arranged between the mud outlet pipe 11 and the mud outlet 12, the automatic drain valve adopts a caliber of DN 100-200, and the automatic mud valve adopts a caliber of DN 100.
The magnetic precipitation method for purifying sewage by using the device comprises the following specific steps:
(1) introducing the sewage to be treated into a dosing mixing bin 2 to be mixed with the medicines;
(2) the mixed sewage enters an electromagnetic reaction bin 4 through a water inlet pipe 3 and is subjected to electromagnetic reaction under the action of an electromagnetic generator 5;
(3) the sewage after the electromagnetization enters a chemical reaction bin 7 from the top through a water outlet pipe 6, reacts with a medicament in the chemical reaction bin 7 under the action of an unpowered mixing device 15 to generate flocculation precipitation, and is subjected to sterilization, oxidation reduction, decoloration, COD reduction and air flotation solid-liquid separation;
(4) the sewage after the chemical reaction flows downwards along the chemical reaction bin 7, after passing through the sewage water distributor 8 and the sewage flow divider 9, the area of a water flow passage is gradually increased, the water flow is gradually slowed down, and the sewage subjected to the magnetized flocculation precipitation is subjected to mud-water separation under the action of gravity;
(5) the sludge is settled in the sludge settling chamber 10 at the lower part, the clear water floats on the upper layer, along with the increase of the treatment capacity, the clear water rises along the box body 1, and the gravity of the clear water generates high pressure to the sludge settled at the bottom, so that the sludge is pressed into the sludge outlet pipe 11 and is upwards discharged from the sludge outlet 12 along the sludge outlet pipe 11;
(6) the clean water gradually rising up reaches the overflow launder 13 and is discharged through the clean water port 14 of the overflow launder 13.
In the invention, the electromagnetic reaction bin forms an electromagnetic field through the direct-current power supply, sewage passes through the electromagnetic reaction bin to perform a magnetization reaction in the electromagnetic field, the sewage is easier to flocculate and precipitate after being magnetized, pollutants are flocculated, gathered and magnetized, the sludge precipitation speed of the magnetization flocculation is high, and the sludge is automatically discharged through the sludge discharge valve after being settled to the bottom of the equipment; the sewage purification device provided by the invention integrates multiple functions of a traditional stirring tank, a flocculation sedimentation tank, decoloration and the like, greatly saves the occupied area and the investment cost, is simple and efficient, has shorter retention time, better treatment effect and smoother sludge discharge.
