The stepping motor 15 is arranged on the chassis 5 and used for driving the screw rod 13 to drive the half-moon-shaped switch to open and close in a plane manner, so that the opening or closing of the intestinal stoma is controlled. In this embodiment, the stepping motor 15 is an SSM-4029 stepping motor.
The defecation control part is stored with a first preset time corresponding to the excrement being gas and a second preset time corresponding to the excrement being non-gas in advance, and the duration of the second preset time is longer than that of the first preset time.

when the judgment result is that the user is non-gas and the starter is pressed down by the user, the defecation control part controls the stepping motor 15 to drive the screw rod 13 to drive the half-moon-shaped switch to be opened towards two sides, so that the intestinal stoma is conducted, and controls the stepping motor 15 to drive the screw rod 13 to drive the half-moon-shaped switch to be closed towards the middle after second preset time, so that the intestinal stoma is closed.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the excreta containing apparatus 20 is provided outside the body for storing excreta from the artificial intestinal tract 11, and has an outer sleeve 22, a snap ring 21, a containing bag 26, a pollution discharge control device, a containing-side control part, and a containing-side communication part.
The accommodating-side communication part is used for exchanging data information between each component in the excrement accommodating apparatus 20 and the auxiliary defecation apparatus 10, and the accommodating-side control part is used for controlling the operation of each component in the excrement accommodating apparatus 20.
The accommodating bag 26 is used for storing excrement, is detachably arranged on the outer cutting sleeve 22 and is provided with an exhaust port and an exhaust port, and the exhaust port of the accommodating bag 26 is bonded with the clamping ring in the embodiment; a snap ring 21, snap-fitted in a slot between the outer ferrule 22 and the inner ferrule of the chassis, is separable from the receiving pocket 26. The receiving bag 26 is provided with an air hole 24 at one side of the exhaust port for exhausting the air in the receiving bag 26 to keep the internal and external pressures consistent.
The pollution discharge control device is installed at the discharge port, is used for controlling whether the excrement in the containing bag 26 is discharged or not by controlling the opening and closing of the discharge port, and is provided with a containing bag pressure sensor, an electromagnetic switch 23, a pollution discharge judgment part, a pollution discharge control part, a pollution discharge prompting unit and a pollution discharge starter.
The electromagnetic switch 23 is installed at the drainage port, the drainage port is communicated or closed by opening or closing the electromagnetic switch 23, so that the accommodating bag 26 is used for draining or not draining, and the electromagnetic switch 23 is in a normally closed state so that the accommodating bag 26 is in a non-draining state.
The receiving bladder pressure sensor is installed in the receiving bladder 26 for detecting the pressure in the receiving bladder 26 in real time and obtaining a real-time receiving bladder pressure signal.
The pollution discharge judging part is used for judging whether pollution discharge is needed or not according to the real-time accommodating bag pressure signal. The blowdown judging part is pre-stored with blowdown pressure, when the real-time containing bag pressure represented by the real-time containing bag pressure signal is greater than the blowdown pressure, the blowdown judging part judges that blowdown is needed, and when the real-time containing bag pressure represented by the real-time containing bag pressure signal is less than the blowdown pressure, the blowdown judging part judges that blowdown is not needed.
The pollution discharge control part is used for controlling the pollution discharge prompting unit to send a pollution discharge prompt according to the pollution discharge judgment result, controlling the pollution discharge starter to generate a pollution discharge starting signal according to the operation of a user, and jointly controlling the electromagnetic switch 23 to be switched on and off according to the pollution discharge judgment result and the pollution discharge starting signal.
And the pollution discharge prompting unit is used for sending pollution discharge prompting information to a user when the judgment result is that pollution discharge is required. In this embodiment, the defecation prompting unit is one or more of a voice prompter, a light prompter and a display screen.
The blowdown starter is used for generating a blowdown starting signal. In this embodiment, the pollution discharge starter is one or more of a controller, a remote controller or a mobile terminal.
The sewage discharge determination unit stores a third predetermined time in advance.
When the dirt needs to be discharged and the user presses the starter, the dirt discharge judgment part controls the electromagnetic switch 24 to be opened, so that the dirt discharge port is communicated to enable the accommodating bag 26 to discharge dirt, and controls the electromagnetic switch 23 to be closed after a third preset time, so that the dirt discharge port is closed to enable the accommodating bag 26 to finish dirt discharge.

As shown in FIG. 6, the procedure for defecation of the user using the artificial anus in this embodiment is as follows:
in step S1-1, the intestinal pressure sensor 14 detects the pressure in the artificial intestinal tract 11 in real time and generates an intestinal pressure signal, and then the process proceeds to step S1-2.
In step S1-2, the defecation intention judging part judges whether defecation is needed or not according to the real-time intestinal pressure signal, and then the step S1-3 is carried out.
In step S1-3, when it is determined that defecation is required, the excrement determination unit determines the nature of excrement, and proceeds to step S1-4 when the determination result is gas, and proceeds to step S1-5 when the determination result is non-gas.
In step S1-4, the defecation control part controls the defecation prompting unit to send gas defecation prompting information to the user, the starter generates a defecation starting signal after the user presses down the gas defecation prompting unit, and then the step S1-6 is carried out.

In step S1-7, the defecation controlling part controls the stepping motor 15 to drive the half-moon switch 12 to open towards both sides so that the end of the intestinal tract stoma is opened, and drives the half-moon switch 12 to close towards the middle after a second predetermined time, closing the end of the intestinal tract stoma, and then entering the end state.

As shown in fig. 7, the flow of the sewage discharging of the accommodating device in this embodiment is as follows:
in step S2-1, the receiving bag pressure sensor 27 detects the pressure inside the receiving bag 26 in real time and generates a receiving bag pressure signal, and then the process goes to step S2-2.
And S2-2, the sewage discharge judging part judges whether sewage discharge is needed or not according to the real-time containing bag pressure signal, and then the step S1-3 is carried out.
And S2-3, once the sewage drainage is judged to be needed, the sewage drainage control part controls the sewage drainage prompting unit to send a sewage drainage prompt, the starter generates a defecation starting signal under the operation of a user, and then the step S2-4 is carried out.
And step S2-4, the sewage discharge control part controls the electromagnetic switch 23 to be opened so that the discharge port is opened for sewage discharge, controls the electromagnetic switch 23 to be closed after third preset time, ends the sewage discharge and then enters an end state.
In the above embodiment, the defecation starter may also be a switch for controlling the power on and off of the stepping motor 15. When the judgment result is gas, the defecation control part controls the defecation prompting unit to send a gas prompt, so that a user presses the defecation starter to electrify the stepping motor 15, the stepping motor 15 can drive the screw rod 13 to drive the half-moon-shaped switch to be opened towards two sides under the control of the defecation control part to conduct the intestinal canal, and drives the screw rod 13 to drive the half-moon-shaped switch 12 to be closed towards the middle after first preset time to close the intestinal canal,
when the judgment result is non-gas, the defecation control part controls the defecation prompting unit to send out non-gas prompt, so that a user presses the defecation starter to electrify the stepping motor 15, the stepping motor 15 can drive the screw rod 13 to drive the half-moon-shaped switch 12 to be opened towards two sides under the control of the defecation control part, the intestinal stoma is conducted, and the screw rod 13 is driven to drive the half-moon-shaped switch 12 to be closed towards the middle after second preset time, and the intestinal stoma is closed.
In the above embodiment, a manual valve is further installed at the discharge port of the receiving bag 26 for controlling the conduction and the closing of the discharge port, and the manual valve is in a normally closed state so that the receiving bag 26 is in a non-sewage state.
Effects and effects of the embodiments
According to the auxiliary defecation device of the embodiment, the pressure sensor in the defecation control device can detect the pressure in the intestinal tract in real time, the defecation intention judging part can judge whether defecation is needed according to the pressure signal, the content judging unit can judge the property of the content in the intestinal tract, the defecation prompting unit can correspondingly prompt according to the property of the content, the defecation starter can generate the defecation starting signal according to the operation of a user, the defecation control part can control the running of the stepping motor according to the judging result and the defecation starting signal so as to control the on-off time of the intestinal tract and further control the defecation, so that the defecation device can independently and timely effectively judge whether defecation is needed, judge the property of the content according to the judging result so as to control the defecation process, assist the defecation of the user, and the defecation device can completely simulate the defecation process of a human body, the defecation device is convenient for a user to use, solves the problem that the user can not independently control defecation physiologically, enables the user to have complete defecation experience, makes up the missing feeling that the user can not independently defecate mentally, and greatly meets the requirements of the user on physiology and mentality.
Meanwhile, the characteristics of excrement are distinguished, the conduction time of the artificial intestinal tract is controlled according to different characteristics, the functions of human organs are simulated well, and good use experience is brought to users.
Furthermore, the U-shaped interface in the embodiment of the invention is provided with an inner circle and an outer circle, and the gap between the two circles is selected according to the thickness of the intestinal tract of a human body; the U-shaped interface can ensure the blood circulation of the intestinal tract of a human body and avoid complications such as tissue ischemia necrosis and the like; the biological patch is smeared at the interface and has high compatibility with human tissues. Except the artificial intestinal tract, other devices are arranged outside the body, so that rejection reaction of the body to foreign objects is reduced, unnecessary body injury is avoided, replacement and nursing are facilitated, and rejection psychology of a user is reduced to a great extent.
The ultrasonic sensor is used for detecting the properties of the excrement, so that the ultrasonic detection device is convenient to use, simple to operate and capable of timely and effectively judging. The ultrasonic sensor is arranged in the area close to the half-moon-shaped switch, and can accurately detect excrement needing to be discharged.

Claims (10)

1. An auxiliary defecation device, fixed at an enterostomy of an intestinal tract, for assisting a user in defecation, comprising:
the artificial intestinal canal is arranged in the intestinal canal and is used for collecting excrement in the intestinal canal;
the artificial intestinal tract is provided with a U-shaped interface; the U-shaped interface consists of an inner ring and an outer ring; the width of the gap between the inner ring and the outer ring is between 2mm and 6mm
A half-moon switch fixed at the end of the intestinal stoma, the half-moon switch being closed so that the end of the intestinal stoma is in a closed state; and
a defecation control device for controlling defecation,
wherein the defecation control device is provided with: a stepping motor, a screw rod, a ball, an intestinal pressure sensor arranged on the half-moon switch, a defecation intention judging part, a defecation control part, an excrement judging unit, a defecation prompting unit and a defecation starter,
the stepping motor is arranged on the chassis and used for driving the half-moon-shaped switch to be switched on and switched off so as to control the switching on and off of the tail end of the intestinal stoma;
the intestinal pressure sensor detects the pressure in the intestinal tract in real time and obtains a real-time intestinal pressure signal,
the defecation tendency judging part judges whether defecation is needed or not according to the real-time intestinal pressure signal,
when it is determined that defecation is required, the defecation control unit controls the excrement determination unit to determine the properties of the excrement,
when the result of the judgment is gas, the defecation control part controls the defecation prompting unit to send a gas prompt, so that the user presses the defecation starter to send a defecation starting signal,
the defecation control part controls the stepping motor to drive the half-moon-shaped switch to be opened towards two sides of a plane according to the judgment result and the defecation starting signal together so as to open the tail end of the intestinal tract stoma, and controls the stepping motor to drive the half-moon-shaped switch to be closed towards the middle after first preset time so as to close the tail end of the intestinal tract stoma,
when the result of the judgment is non-gas, the defecation control part controls the defecation prompting unit to send out a non-gas prompt, so that the user presses the defecation starter to send out a defecation starting signal,
the defecation control part controls the stepping motor to drive the half-moon-shaped switch to be opened towards two sides of a plane according to the judgment result and the defecation starting signal, so that the tail end of the intestinal tract stoma is opened, and controls the stepping motor to drive the half-moon-shaped switch to be closed towards the middle after second preset time, so that the tail end of the intestinal tract stoma is closed.
2. The auxiliary defecation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein:
wherein the excrement determination unit comprises an ultrasonic wave emitting component, an ultrasonic wave receiving component, a timing control part, a timing part, an ultrasonic wave speed calculation part and an excrement determination part,
once the need for defecation is judged, the ultrasonic wave transmitting component transmits ultrasonic waves,
the timing control section controls the timing section to start timing when the ultrasonic wave is emitted,
when the ultrasonic receiving component receives the ultrasonic wave, the timing control part controls the timing part to stop timing to obtain the total time length,
the ultrasonic velocity calculating part calculates and obtains the ultrasonic velocity according to the width of the artificial intestinal tract and the total duration in real time,
the excrement determination part determines the state of excrement content according to the ultrasonic speed and a preset standard ultrasonic speed.

the intestinal pressure sensor detects the pressure in the intestinal tract in real time and obtains a real-time intestinal pressure signal,
the defecation tendency judging part judges whether defecation is needed or not according to the real-time intestinal pressure signal,
when it is determined that defecation is required, the defecation control unit controls the excrement determination unit to determine the nature of the excrement,
