Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
An upper cover 10 of a cooking apparatus and the cooking apparatus 1 according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.

The present invention provides an upper cover 10 of a cooking apparatus, including: a cover 102, a float 104, and a stop-and-fit portion. In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the clip 110 includes a clip hole 112, the float 104 has a first passing portion 114, the first passing portion 114 passes through the clip hole 112, and a portion of the float 104 below the first passing portion 114 is provided with a convex buckle 108, wherein an outer diameter d1 of the first passing portion 114, a width d3 of the convex buckle 108 of the float 104, and an aperture d4 of the clip hole 112 satisfy: d1< d4< d 3.
In this embodiment, the outer diameter d1 of the first penetration portion 114, the width d3 at the convex buckle 108 of the float 104, and the aperture d4 of the card hole 112 satisfy: d1< d4< d3, and the outer diameter d1 of the first penetration portion 114 is smaller than the aperture d4 of the clamping hole 112, so that the first penetration portion 114 can smoothly penetrate through the clamping hole 112 under the action of pressure, the first penetration portion 114 is prevented from being clamped at the clamping hole 112, the floater 104 cannot float upwards to a floating position, and the cooking device 1 cannot realize positive and negative pressure sealing functions; meanwhile, the aperture d4 of the locking hole 112 is smaller than the width d3 of the convex buckle 108 of the float 104, so as to provide a structural basis for realizing the subsequent locking or separation of the convex buckle 108 and the locking hole 112, if the aperture d4 of the locking hole 112 is larger than the width d3 of the convex buckle 108 of the float 104, the convex buckle 108 of the float 104 can smoothly move up and down along the locking hole 112, the locking of the convex buckle 108 and the locking hole 112 cannot be realized, so that the exhaust passage 106 is always in an open state, and the purpose of sealing the cooking cavity cannot be realized.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-5, it is preferable that the cover 102 further has a stop 116, and when the float 104 is in the falling position, the male buckle 108 abuts against the stop 116.
In this embodiment, by providing the stopper 116 on the cover 102, the stopper 116 can be used to perform a good axial limiting function on the float 104, the stopper 116 limits the maximum displacement of the float 104 when floating down, and when the float 104 is located at the fall-back position, the convex buckle 108 abuts against the stopper 116 to prevent the float 104 from continuing to float down, so as to avoid the situation that the float 104 falls off from the cover 102. In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the stopper 116 includes a blocking wall, a float hole 118 is formed on the blocking wall, and the float 104 has a second penetration portion 120, and the second penetration portion 120 is located at a position below the male buckle 108 and is penetrated to the float hole 118.
In this embodiment, stop 116 comprises a stop wall having a float aperture 118, float aperture 118 cooperating with latch aperture 112 to collectively define a through passage in which float 104 is located; when the floater 104 is at the floating position, the floater hole 118 is sealed, and the spaces at the two sides of the channel are not communicated with each other; the passages are in communication when the float 104 floats from the float position to the return position. The structural arrangement enables the floater 104 to float up and down in the channel, the channel arrangement reasonably utilizes the internal space of the cover body 102, and the limitation on the motion trail of the floater 104 is realized under the condition of not changing the arrangement positions of other components, namely, the floater 104 can float up and down between a floating position at which the exhaust channel 106 is sealed and a falling position at which the exhaust channel 106 is opened according to a preset path on the basis of ensuring the existing structure of the cover body 102, so that the material investment is reduced, the processing cost is reduced, and the channel is limited by the floater hole 118 and the clamping hole 112, so that the weight of a product is reduced, and the service performance of the product is improved; further, when the limit matching part is matched with the limit part, the float hole 118 is sealed, and the spaces at two sides of the channel are not communicated with each other, so that external steam is prevented from entering the cooking cavity; when spacing cooperation portion and spacing portion removed the cooperation, the passageway switches on mutually for the gaseous discharge valve of accessible cooking equipment 1 in the culinary art intracavity is arranged outward.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the outer diameters d2, d1, and d3 of the second penetration portion 120 satisfy: d1< d2< d 3.

In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the limit fitting part is an elastic body; and/or the limiting part is an elastic body.

In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 7, the float 104 includes: a float rod 128, the exhaust passage 106 being disposed within the float rod 128; at least two exhaust holes are provided on the float rod 128 to communicate with the exhaust passage 106.

In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a magnetic member 142 is disposed in an installation cavity of one end of the float rod 128 facing away from the cover plate 122, and a sealing gasket 144 is disposed at a joint of the magnetic member 142 and the installation cavity, so as to seal a space at the joint of the magnetic member 142 and the installation cavity, so as to prevent water vapor and the like from entering the installation cavity and contaminating the magnetic member 142, and prevent bacteria from breeding.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-5, the float rod 128 includes: the first air outlet 130, the first penetration portion 114, the air outlet passage 106, the second penetration portion 120, the convex buckle 108 and the second air outlet 132. The float rod 128 is of an integrated structure, and the mechanical property of the integrated structure is good, so that the connection strength of the float rod 128 can be ensured, and in addition, the float rod 128 can be integrally manufactured and produced in batches, so that the production efficiency of products is improved, and the production and processing cost of the products is reduced.

The above process illustrates the change in state of the float 104 during cooking.
As shown in fig. 1, according to a second aspect embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a cooking apparatus 1, including: a pot body 20; and the upper cover 10 of the cooking device according to the embodiment of the first aspect, the upper cover 10 of the cooking device and the pot body can be closed or opened, and the pot body and the cover body 102 form a cooking cavity when being closed.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, it is preferable that the upper cover further has a coupling slider 150, the float 104 is moved to the floating position by the steam generated in the cooking cavity and is limited at the floating position by the limiting portion, and the coupling slider 150 moves to drive the float 104 to move to the falling back position when the upper cover is opened.
In this embodiment, in the process of opening the cover by rotating the upper cover 10 of the cooking device, the interlocking slider 150 moves to drive the pressing rod 126 to move, so that the pressing rod 126 moves above the float 104 and presses the float 104, that is, a downward acting force is applied to the float 104, so as to separate the limit matching part of the float 104 from the limit part, and further change the state of the limit matching part and the limit part from a matching state to a de-matching state, so that the float 104 is used for communicating the cooking cavity with the outside atmosphere, and the float 104 falls back and then is opened smoothly.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the upper cover 10 of the cooking apparatus further includes an open cover operating part 152, the linking slider 150 is connected to the open cover operating part 152 and can rotate under the driving of the open cover operating part 152, and the open cover operating part 152 can be an open cover control button, an open cover rotating handle, and the like, which are used for controlling the open and close actions of the cooking apparatus 1 (that is, the open cover operating part 152 is used for controlling the upper cover to switch between the open cover position and the close cover position).
