Description

Herbicidal composition and use thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a weeding composition, in particular to a weeding composition containing glufosinate-ammonium and application thereof in agriculture.
Background
Glufosinate (Glufosinate) is a highly efficient, broad-spectrum, low-toxicity, non-selective (biocidal) organophosphorus herbicide with partial systemic action. Can be used for preventing and killing annual and perennial dicotyledonous and gramineous weeds. Glufosinate has two enantiomers, L-and D-form, L-form glufosinate, i.e., glufosinate-ammonium, which has twice the herbicidal activity of racemic glufosinate-ammonium.
The chemical name of the refined glufosinate-ammonium is 4- [ hydroxy (methyl) phosphonyl]L-homoalanine, readily soluble in water, poorly soluble in organic solvents, stable to light, melting point 214-216 ℃ and the formula: c5H12NO4P; molecular weight: 181.1, respectively; the structural formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0001958673670000011
the glufosinate-ammonium belongs to a non-conductive contact herbicide, and is used for preventing and controlling weeds by inhibiting glutamine synthetase, so that the metabolic disturbance of nitrogen in a plant body and the cumulative poisoning of nitrogen are caused, the synthesis and photosynthesis of chloroplast are hindered, and finally the plant is dead. The refined glufosinate-ammonium has the advantages of low toxicity, high safety, wide weeding spectrum, high activity, high weeding speed and the like. In addition, the refined glufosinate-ammonium has good water solubility and is convenient to process and mix for use.
Haloxyfop-P-methyl is a heterocyclic oxy phenoxy propionic acid herbicide with the chemical structural formula as follows:
Figure BDA0001958673670000012
haloxyfop-R-methyl is a selective systemic herbicide, can inhibit plant acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase (ACCase), and can be selectively used for preventing and killing various gramineous weeds in various crops.
However, long-term use of glufosinate-ammonium or haloxyfop-R-methyl single agent can easily cause drug resistance, so that the dosage is increased, the environmental influence is increased, the prevention and treatment effect is reduced, and the medication cost is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main object of the present invention is to provide a herbicidal composition, which comprises glufosinate-ammonium as one of the active ingredients, and is compounded with haloxyfop-R-methyl to achieve the purposes of reducing the dosage of agricultural active ingredients, improving the control effect, prolonging the lasting period, having little influence on the environment, delaying the drug resistance, and expanding the control range.
According to one aspect, the invention provides a weeding composition, which comprises an active ingredient A and an active ingredient B, wherein the active ingredient A is glufosinate-ammonium, the active ingredient B comprises haloxyfop-R-methyl, and the weight ratio of the active ingredient A to the active ingredient B is 1: 80-80: 1.
The weight percentage of the active ingredient A and the active ingredient B is 0.5-30% based on the total weight of the weeding composition.
According to a specific embodiment, the effective amount of the herbicidal composition is 0.5 to 100g (a.i.)/ha.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention also provides use of the herbicidal composition for controlling weeds.
The weeding composition contains glufosinate-ammonium, and has the following advantages by being matched with haloxyfop-R-methyl and optionally the composite surfactant:
the high efficiency and excellent water solubility of the refined glufosinate-ammonium are fully utilized, so that the use dosage of the pesticide preparation is reduced, and the use amount of an organic solvent is reduced;
the selectivity of the high-efficiency haloxyfop-methyl is utilized to enhance the selectivity of gramineous weeds, broadleaf weeds and cyperaceae weeds;
the physical bonding effect among the glufosinate-ammonium, the haloxyfop-R-methyl and the composite surfactant is utilized, so that the contact time of a pesticide preparation on the surface of a plant is prolonged, and the contact area is increased, so that the herbicidal activity of the glufosinate-ammonium and the haloxyfop-R-methyl is more fully exerted, the herbicidal activity of the compound herbicidal composition is further improved, the use amount of pesticides is reduced, the influence on crops is reduced, and the pollution to the environment is reduced.
Therefore, compared with the glufosinate-ammonium and the haloxyfop-R-methyl which are used independently, the weeding composition has more remarkable synergistic effect. In particular, the herbicidal composition according to the present invention is particularly suitable for controlling annual or perennial grassy weeds and broadleaf weeds, such as goosegrass, eclipta, green bristlegrass, large crabgrass, cyperus rotundus, and the like.

When the active ingredient B comprises other active ingredients except haloxyfop-R-methyl, two of the above listed optional active ingredients are preferably included, and the relative proportion of the two active ingredients can be 4: 1-1: 4, preferably 3.5: 1-1: 3.5, more preferably 1:1
The weeding composition also comprises a composite surfactant. The herbicidal composition comprising, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition: 5-20% (preferably 5-15%, more preferably 5-10%, for example 7.5%) of glufosinate-ammonium, 2-6% (preferably 2-5%, more preferably 2-4%, for example 2.5%, 3%) of haloxyfop-R-methyl, and 3-20% (preferably 4-15%, more preferably 7-12%, for example 8%, 10%) of composite surfactant. For example, the composite surfactant may be a combination of an alkyl glycoside surfactant and a fatty alcohol polyglycol ether sulfate in a weight ratio of 3:1 to 1:3 (e.g., 2:1 to 1:2, preferably 1.5:1, more preferably 1:1), or a combination of an alkyl glycoside surfactant and an alcohol ether carboxylate surfactant in a weight ratio of 6:1 to 1:40 (e.g., 4:1 to 1:30, preferably 2:1 to 1:15, more preferably 1: 10).

Furthermore, the weeding composition can also comprise one or more auxiliary agents of filler, penetrant, binder, stabilizer, safener, synergist and disintegrant.
The filler used in the present invention may be selected from kaolin, bentonite, white carbon black, light calcium carbonate.
In the weeding composition, the glufosinate-ammonium molecular structure contains carboxyl, hydroxyl, amino and phosphonyl, and the haloxyfop-R-methyl contains acyl and halogen groups-Cl and-F, so that the active ingredient and the composite surfactant, namely a plurality of alcoholic hydroxyl groups in alkyl glycoside, a plurality of ether bonds and carboxyl groups in fatty alcohol polyglycol ether sulfate or alcohol ether carboxylate can form a three-dimensional net hydrogen bond structure, and the surface activity of the composite surfactant has a small contact angle on the surface of a plant, so that the composite surfactant can be better contacted with the surface of the plant, and the contact time is prolonged. Because the glufosinate-ammonium, the high-efficiency haloxyfop-methyl, the alkyl glycoside, the fatty alcohol polyglycol ether sulfate or the alcohol ether carboxylate have excellent water solubility and biodegradability, the salt can be quickly absorbed by plants, thereby realizing the quick and high-efficiency weeding effect.

The dosage form of the weeding composition is selected from wettable powder, granules, suspending agents, micro-emulsions, aqueous emulsions, oil suspending agents, aqueous suspending agents, colloidal agents and missible oil.
The herbicidal composition is used in an effective amount of 0.5 to 100g (a.i.)/ha, preferably 1 to 80g (a.i.)/ha, 5 to 68g (a.i.)/ha, more preferably 15 to 50g (a.i.)/ha, more preferably 20 to 45g (a.i.)/ha, for example 25g (a.i.)/ha, 30g (a.i.)/ha, 40g (a.i.)/ha.
The herbicidal compositions according to the present invention may be provided in the form of a finished formulation, i.e. the ingredients of the composition have been mixed, or the ingredients of the composition may be provided in a single dose, mixed directly in a tank or tank prior to use and then diluted to the desired concentration.
The weeding composition can be used for preventing and controlling weeds in cultivated land and non-cultivated land by compounding the glufosinate-ammonium and the haloxyfop-R-methyl. Especially against grassy weeds, with significantly better selectivity at significantly lower doses.
Furthermore, the combination of the glufosinate-ammonium, the haloxyfop-R-methyl and the specific composite surfactant improves the contact characteristic of the liquid drops of the medicine and the surface of the plant, thereby prolonging the contact time of the liquid drops of the plant and enlarging the contact area. Therefore, the combination of glufosinate-ammonium, haloxyfop-R-methyl and the composite surfactant further improves the weeding efficiency of the weeding composition.
Specific examples will be listed below to representatively illustrate embodiments of the present invention.
The composition takes glufosinate-ammonium as an active ingredient (A), and haloxyfop-R-methyl and/or other herbicide active agents as an active ingredient (B) to form binary or multi-element compounding, and the combination of the two components has obvious synergistic effect on weed control.

(II) field herbicide efficacy test
Reagents according to the compositions shown in table 2 were prepared into pesticide formulations and applied within the test area to evaluate the efficacy of these pesticide formulations.
The test method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing each medicament according to the area of a test area, diluting with water, and uniformly spraying by using a knapsack sprayer. The spray head is a special fan-shaped spray head for weeding, and the spray head is sprayed in the afternoon without wind in sunny days. When spraying, the liquid medicine is uniformly sprayed into a test cell, so that the repeated spraying and the missing spraying are avoided.
After the test is finished, the weed death condition is observed at 20 days after the drug is applied, 1 square meter is randomly selected from each plot for weed mortality investigation, and the control effect is calculated. The results are shown in Table 3.
