In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a pan/tilt head assembly according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic front view of a pan/tilt head assembly according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a side view of a pan/tilt head assembly according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a rear view of a pan/tilt head assembly according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a pan/tilt head assembly for supporting a load and maintaining the load at a predetermined position or posture; the holder assembly specifically comprises a handle main body 1 and a rack assembly 3, wherein the rack assembly 3 is used for connecting and supporting a load, and an external interface 2 used for being connected with an accessory or a battery is arranged on the handle main body 1. The load may be a task load such as a camera or a video camera.
The holder assembly generally includes a frame assembly 3 in addition to the handle body 1, the frame assembly 3 is connected between the handle body 1 and a load, and the frame assembly 3 has one or more rotatable shafts. The rotating shaft in the frame component 3 can actively rotate or follow the movement of the holder component. For example, the frame component 3 can rotate actively through the rotating shaft to steer the load to a designated position and angle, or the frame component 3 can follow the movement of the handle body, so that when the position and angle of the handle body change, the rotating shaft in the frame component 3 can rotate correspondingly, and the load can be maintained at the original posture and angle; in this way, the load can be maintained in the same or similar attitude at all times, or in a fixed position. Wherein the frame assembly 3 is usually connected between the frame fixing end 31 and the handle body 1.
In particular, the frame assembly 3 of the pan and tilt head assembly may generally have a plurality of axes of rotation. For example, there may be three rotating shafts, and all three rotating shafts are orthogonal to each other, so that the frame assembly 3 can rotate on the Yaw axis (Yaw axis), Pitch axis (Pitch axis) and Roll axis (Roll axis), respectively, to maintain or change the attitude of the load. In addition, it is understood that the frame assembly 3 of the pan/tilt assembly may be other structures commonly used by those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
For holding by a person or connecting with other structures, the holder assembly comprises a handle body 1, so that a user can hold the holder assembly by using the handle body 1 or fix the holder assembly on a vehicle, an unmanned aerial vehicle or other devices and equipment through the handle body 1.
In order to enable a user to conveniently add or connect other accessories or devices to the holder assembly or the load when using the holder assembly, one or more external interfaces 2 are arranged on the handle main body 1, and the external interfaces 2 can be connected with other external accessories or batteries, so that the batteries provide power for the holder assembly or the load, and other additional functions of the holder assembly are realized through the accessories.
Optionally, in order to avoid that the cradle head assembly affects the normal power supply of the battery when the accessory is installed, a plurality of external interfaces may be generally disposed on the cradle head assembly to be connected to the accessory or the battery, respectively. Specifically, the external interface 2 includes a first external interface 21 and a second external interface 22, the first external interface 21 is used for connecting with an accessory, and the second external interface 22 is used for connecting with a battery. Thus, different external interfaces are used for connecting with the accessory and the battery respectively, and mutual interference and influence can not be caused.
In order to achieve the possible extension of the functions of the head assembly, as an alternative embodiment, the number of the first external interfaces 21 is at least one. In this way, the plurality of first external interfaces 21 can be simultaneously connected to the plurality of accessories, respectively, so that the plurality of accessories can function simultaneously. The plurality of accessories may be the same kind of accessories or different kinds of accessories.
Alternatively, since the handle body 1 is usually connected to only one battery, the number of the second external interfaces 22 is one accordingly. At this time, the battery is connected to the handle main body 1 through the second external interface 22, and supplies power to the pan/tilt head assembly or the load through the handle main body 1.
In addition, optionally, the second external interface 22 is usually located at the bottom of the handle body 1, so that when the battery is connected to the handle body 1, the battery is located at the bottom end of the pan/tilt.
In order to implement various additional functions of the pan/tilt head assembly, optionally, the accessories for connecting the first external interface 21 may include any one or more of the following: a focus follower, a receiver, a flashlight, a microphone, a display, a handle, etc.
The focus follower is mainly applied to video shooting, and can control the focus of a lens in real time in dynamic video shooting so as to ensure that the focus of the lens is aligned to a person or an object needing focusing.
And the receiver can receive external signals for keeping the pan-tilt assembly and the load in communication with the outside.
The flash lamp is used for enhancing the brightness of light on site, and is convenient for shooting and light supplementing of loads.
A microphone may be used to capture and record live sound signals.
The display can display an operation interface or a task picture of a load, and can facilitate the user to view and operate.
The handle is used for letting personnel assist and grips, is convenient for control the both hands of cloud platform subassembly or be the gripping under the different machine positions and get.
The accessories can be connected to the handle main body of the holder component through one or more than one external interfaces, so that the functions of the holder component or the load are enhanced, and convenience is brought to operation.
When the accessory works, the cradle head assembly is usually required to provide an external power supply or a signal, and in order to meet the requirement of normal work of the accessory, the first external interface 21 on the cradle head assembly generally needs to provide a mechanical fixing function and an electrical connection function at the same time, namely the first external interface 21 is a mechanical and electrical composite interface. At this time, optionally, the first external interface 21 may include a mounting hole 211 and a power contact 212. Wherein the mounting hole 211 may be used to secure to a mounting structure on an accessory and the power contact 212 may be used to power the accessory and provide signal transmission functions. The power contact 212 may have different specifications such as 4pin and 6 pin.
Further, as an alternative, the mounting holes 211 include at least one first mounting hole 211a and at least one second mounting hole 211b, the first mounting hole 211a is a threaded hole for connecting with a threaded fastener, and the second mounting hole 211b is for mating connection with a positioning structure on the accessory. Thus, the accessory can be positioned and fastened by using different mounting holes, and the accessory can be effectively fixed and connected even if the accessory has larger size and mass.
When the accessory is electrically connected to the handle body 1, the power contact 211 of the first external interface 21 should be in good contact with the accessory in order to ensure reliable electrical connection and signal transmission between the accessory and the handle body. At this time, as an alternative, the first mounting hole 211a and the second mounting hole 211b may be provided in plural and arranged outside the power contact 212. In this way, the circumferential outer sides of the power contacts 212 are respectively provided with the first mounting hole 211a or the second mounting hole 211b, so that the accessories and the first external interface 21 can be effectively connected and fixed in different directions of the circumferential outer sides of the power contacts 212, and effective contact and connection between the internal power contacts 212 and the accessories can be guaranteed.
Optionally, the first mounting holes 211a and the second mounting holes 211b are two and are symmetrically arranged at intervals with the power contact 212 as a center. This provides sufficient protection and positioning of the power contacts 212 while providing a smaller number of mounting holes 211 and a simpler construction.
Specifically, since the overall structure of the first external interface 21 is generally square or the like, two first mounting holes 211a and two second mounting holes 211b are respectively disposed at the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the power contact 212 in one arrangement of the mounting holes. At this time, the power contacts 212 can be protected by the mounting holes 211 in four circumferential directions, and the layout of the mounting holes 211 is neat and beautiful. In addition, other mounting hole layouts may be adopted according to the structures of the first external interface 21 and the handle body 1, and are not described herein again.
Since the head assembly can be used for a handheld head, which can be held by a user, in order to reduce interference of the first external interface 21 with the user operation, the side of the handle body 1 facing the holder is not normally provided with the first external interface 21, but the first external interface 21 is disposed at another position of the handle body 1.
As an optional interface layout manner, the number of the first external interfaces 21 is at least two, and the at least two first external interfaces 21 are respectively located on the left and right sides of the handle body 1, which are opposite to the holder. At this time, the first external port 21 is located at the side of the handle body 1, so that connection with other accessories can be conveniently achieved without interfering with the view and operation of the grip on the front surface area of the handle body 1. Furthermore, the first external interface 21 has at least two, which ensure that different accessories are connected to the head assembly at the same time. In general, the number of the first external interfaces 21 may be two, and the two first external interfaces 21 are respectively disposed at the left and right sides of the handle main body 1.
When the holder assembly works in cooperation with the load, the holder assembly and the load can be electrically connected and can send a control instruction to the load or transmit data. At this time, in order to enable the load to transmit data with the external device through the pan/tilt head assembly, as an optional mode, the handle main body 1 further includes at least one data interface 4. Thus, the data interface 4 can be connected to external equipment, and signal communication and data transmission between the holder assembly and the external equipment are carried out. Generally, the data Interface 4 may be of a plurality of different types, for example, the data Interface 4 may include any one or more of a Universal Serial Bus (USB) Interface, a Micro-USB Interface, a Mini-USB Interface, and a High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) Interface, so as to implement a data transmission process with an external device.
Because the cloud platform subassembly has usually disengaged the task when carrying out data transmission between external equipment with the cloud platform subassembly, therefore data interface 4's setting position can not influence the normal task operation of cloud platform subassembly. At this time, the position of the data interface 4 in the pan-tilt assembly is free. Alternatively, the data interface 4 may be located on the side of the handle body facing away from the holder. The position of the data interface 4 is thus less disturbing for the operation of the holder.
In addition, in order to protect the data interface 4, a sealing cover (not shown in the figure) may be generally disposed on the data interface 4, and the sealing cover may cover the data interface 4, so that the data interface 4 is located in a closed space when not in use, and external dust and moisture are prevented from entering. Typically, the sealing cap may be of rubber material.
Furthermore, a sealing cover or other protective structure may be provided on the external interface 2 for connection to accessories and batteries to prevent the external environment from affecting the interior of the interface.
In order to send a control command to the pan/tilt head assembly or to send a control command to the load through the pan/tilt head assembly, at least one operating element 5 for controlling the movement of the pan/tilt head is further disposed on the handle body 1, so that a user can control the pan/tilt head by operating the operating element 5. Wherein, at least one operating element 5 comprises a mode key 51 for switching the response mode of the pan-tilt-head assembly. Thus, different response modes of the pan-tilt assembly can be changed through the mode key 51, so that the pan-tilt assembly can realize different response speeds and other response parameters under different response modes.
In an alternative manner, the manipulating element 5 and the frame assembly 3 of the pan/tilt head assembly may be electrically connected to control the frame assembly 3 of the pan/tilt head assembly to move by using the manipulating element 5, so that the pan/tilt head assembly provides good supporting and posture adjusting effects for the load. Alternatively, the actuating element 5 and the load can also have an electrical connection in order to directly control the operation of the load, simplifying the operating steps. Furthermore, in yet another form, the manipulating member 5 may have electrical connections with both the frame assembly 3 of the head assembly and the load to control the operation of the head assembly and the load, respectively.
To accommodate a variety of different operations and parameter adjustments, the type of the operating element 5 may also be varied, for example the operating element 5 may include one or more of the following: entity keys, touch keys, operating levers, switches, rollers and the like. The physical keys, the touch keys, the switches and the like are suitable for selecting modes or gears, and the operating rod and the roller can be used for adjusting the direction and the amplitude.
Alternatively, since the handle body 1 can be used for a gripping operation by a user, the manipulating member 5 is generally provided at the top end of the handle body 1. In this way, the user can easily manipulate the operating element 5 with his fingers while holding the handle body 1.
As an alternative arrangement, at least one actuating element 5 is located on the side of the top end of the handle body 1 facing the user.
Likewise, as a further alternative arrangement, at least one actuating element 5 is located on the side of the handle body 1 facing away from the user.
It should be noted that the two arrangement modes can be used separately or simultaneously, and when the two arrangement modes are adopted, the side of the handle body 1 facing the holder and the side of the handle body facing away from the holder can be provided with the operation element 5, so that the holder can operate the operation element 5 no matter using the thumb on the front side of the handle body 1 or the index finger and other fingers on the back side of the handle body 1, and the operation flexibility is greatly improved.
Alternatively, the handle body 1 may comprise a fixing portion 11, the at least one operating element 5 being located on the fixing portion 11. The fixing portion 11 can be used for connecting the frame assembly 3 and being a part of a holding structure when a user holds the frame assembly, and meanwhile, the operating element 5 can also be arranged on the fixing portion 11 so as to be convenient for the user to operate by fingers.
Wherein, the handle body 1 may have different shapes according to different batteries and connection structure types, for example, the second external interface 22 may be directly disposed at the bottom of the fixing portion 11 and directly connected with the batteries, in which case the batteries are at least a part of the holding portion.
In yet another embodiment, the handle body 1 may optionally include other structures for forming a grippable portion. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another pan/tilt head assembly according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the handle body 1 may further include a connecting portion 12, a first end of the connecting portion 12 is connected to the bottom of the fixing portion 11, and a second end of the connecting portion 12 extends away from the fixing portion 11 and is used for connecting with a battery or other connecting structure. At this time, the connection portion 12 may serve as a grip portion for a user together with the battery. Accordingly, when the external interface 2 includes the second external interface 22, the second external interface 22 is also generally provided on the connection portion 12. In this case, the connecting portion 12 may be at least a part of a handle for holding, and the bottom of the connecting portion may be used for connecting a battery and form a handle shape for holding together with the battery, or the connecting portion itself may be used as a handle for holding, and at this time, a battery compartment may be disposed inside the connecting portion and the battery may be disposed in the battery compartment.
As an alternative configuration, the radial dimension of the fixing portion 11 of the handle body 1 is larger than the radial dimension of the connecting portion 12. The handle main body 1 is in a shape with a large upper part and a small lower part, the radial size of the lower part is small, the handle main body is convenient for a user to hold, the upper part is wide, the operating element is convenient to arrange, meanwhile, the handle main body can be adapted to the posture of a user when the user holds the handle main body with a palm, and the use comfort of the user is improved.
Since the connecting portion 12 can be held by a user, in order to improve the hand feeling of the user, optionally, in the cross section of the connecting portion 12 perpendicular to the extending direction, one side of the cross section facing the user is a circular arc protruding toward the user, and one side of the cross section facing away from the user is a square. The cross section of the connecting part 12 is in a composite shape of an arc and a square, and one side of the connecting part facing a user is provided with an arc-shaped bulge, so that the hand feeling of the user when the user holds the connecting part by fingers can be improved; while the side facing away from the holder has a more regular shape, facilitating the accommodation of components and structures inside it. In addition, the square shape generally has rounded corners to enhance the user's grip feel.
On the basis, in order to further improve the holding hand feeling of the user, the width of the square shape is gradually reduced along the direction away from the holder. The cross section of the connecting part is gradually contracted outwards, so that the connecting part is convenient for a user to hold.
Alternatively, the fixing portion 11 of the handle body 1 and the connecting portion 12 of the handle body 1 may have a generally rounded transition. Therefore, the surface of the whole handle body 1 is smooth, the hand damage phenomenon cannot be caused, and the hand feeling of the handle body 1 can be effectively improved.
In addition, at least one of the fixing portion 11 and the connecting portion 12 may further be provided with a holding protrusion to further facilitate the holding and manipulation of the user.
For the purpose of operating the head and the load, the fixed part 11 usually has a plurality of operating elements 5, and in addition to the mode button 51, the plurality of operating elements includes one or more of the following: a photographing key 52a, a video recording key 52b, a power button 53, a trigger button 54, a joystick 55 for controlling the rotational direction and attitude of the pan/tilt head assembly, and the like.
In order to accommodate a plurality of actuating elements simultaneously, as an alternative, the side of the fastening part 11 facing the user forms a panel for accommodating the actuating elements, on which panel at least one actuating element 5 is arranged. The panel can form the great plane of settling of area like this, lets a plurality of operating element set up on the same plane or curved surface that the panel constitutes, and operating element's arrangement is comparatively concentrated like this, and the user only need move the finger less distance when handling, can realize multiple manipulation function, and is comparatively convenient.
Wherein, optionally, the mode key 51 may be located on the panel. Thus, the user may press or toggle the mode button 51 with the index finger to select the response mode of the pan and tilt head assembly.
The mode key 51 may have a plurality of different gears, each gear corresponds to a response mode, and the response speeds of the pan/tilt head assemblies in different response modes are different. Specifically, in each response mode, the corresponding speed, the degree of stick, and the force of the pan/tilt assembly may all be different. The currently common response modes may include D range, C1 range, C2 range, and the like. The default response mode of the D gear can be adaptive to the corresponding speed of the holder assembly, and the default speed of the C1 gear and the C2 gear set by a user is that the default speed of the C1 gear is a fast speed gear, and the default speed of the C2 gear is a slow speed gear. In addition, after long pressing the mode key 51 for several seconds (for example, 4 seconds), the motion mode can be entered, and the pan/tilt head assembly can respond at the fastest speed.
In addition, optionally, the mode key 51 may also be used to control switching of other parameters of the pan/tilt head, which is not limited herein.
Further, optionally, the joystick 55 may also be located on the panel. Thus, the operator can operate the joystick 55 with the index finger to complete the directional control of the pan and tilt head assembly.
Since the joystick 55 has a plurality of different directions of movement, in order to ensure a flexible manipulation of the joystick 55, the joystick 55 is optionally located in a central region of the panel. Thus, the control rod 55 has a certain movement space around, which is convenient for moving to all directions to realize the direction control of the holder assembly.
Likewise, as an alternative embodiment, when the load is a device that can shoot images such as a video camera, the operation element 5 may further include a shooting key 52a and a video recording key 52b, and both the shooting key 52a and the video recording key 52b may be located on the panel, so as to be convenient for the user to operate with his/her finger.
In addition, the holder assembly may also be provided with a power button 53. Alternatively, the power button 53 is located on either the left hand side or the right hand side of the stationary portion 11. Thus, when the user operates the buttons and the operation elements on the panel, the user does not touch the power button 53, and the occurrence of misoperation is effectively prevented.
Wherein, optionally, power button 53 has a plurality of different gears, and a plurality of gears correspond opening function, the function of closing and the dormancy function of cloud platform subassembly respectively. Thus, the user can correspondingly perform operations such as turning on, turning off and sleeping of the pan-tilt assembly by placing the power button 53 in different gears. In addition, the power button 53 may be a gear that includes only simple functions such as turning on and off, or a gear that has more corresponding power modes, and the like, and will not be described herein again.
In addition, the handle body 1 of the pan/tilt head assembly may further be provided with a trigger button 54, and the trigger button 54 is located on one side of the fixing portion 11 away from the holder. Thus, the holder assembly can be in different holder following modes by operating the trigger button 54, so that the holder assembly is suitable for different holder use scenes.
For convenience of operation, optionally, the trigger button 54 may have a plurality of gears respectively corresponding to different pan/tilt/head following modes, and the user may select the corresponding pan/tilt/head following mode by switching the trigger button 54 to the different gears.
Wherein, optionally, the plurality of pan-tilt following modes may include a free mode and a following mode. In the free mode, the load is free to rotate relative to the handle body; while in the following mode the load is rotatable relative to the handle body about the pitch axis as well as the yaw axis. Therefore, the user can correspondingly select different pan-tilt following modes according to the task requirements of the pan-tilt assembly, the position of the pan-tilt assembly and other parameters so as to realize better task quality.
Optionally, double-clicking the trigger button 54 may control the pan/tilt head to return to the center.
In addition, at least one indicator light 56 may be provided on the handle body. The indicator lamp 56 may be used to indicate the power supply, the operating status, and different response modes and following modes, etc. of the pan/tilt head assembly, so that the user can know the operating status of the pan/tilt head assembly at this time.
In addition, in order to improve the hand feeling of the handle main body, the surface of the handle main body can be wrapped with a soft layer. Generally, the soft layer may be a relatively soft and elastic material layer such as a rubber layer or a silica gel layer.
In this embodiment, the holder assembly specifically includes a frame assembly and a handle body, the frame assembly is used for supporting a load, and the handle body is provided with an external interface for connecting with an accessory or a battery. Therefore, the cloud platform component can be connected with other accessories or batteries in an expandable manner through the external interface, and other additional functions of the cloud platform component are realized through the accessories.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a handheld pan/tilt head according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the handheld tripod head in fig. 6 at another angle.
