Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of circulating water of power plants, in particular to an intelligent control device and method for a circulating water system.
Background
The prior part of heating units of the thermal power plant needs smaller original circulating water quantity. Some units have a temporary machine for supplying part of circulating water, and the circulating pump of the unit has a power failure state, and the water tank of the cold water tower and the front tank are empty for freezing prevention. And under the condition that no temporary circulating water supply is adopted, a bypass circulating pump is additionally arranged on some units, so that the station service electricity is saved and the normal circulating water pressure is maintained.
The inventor considers that when the temporary machine is adopted for supplying circulating water, if the temporary machine fails and the two circulating pumps cannot normally operate, the machine set is forced to stop, and the safety of the machine set is reduced. Because the winter heating unit bears important civil tasks, and one heating main power unit is stopped on the basis of stopping one unit, the heating capacity is greatly reduced, and the civil life cannot be guaranteed; when the bypass circulation pump is used independently for supplying, the circulating water is wasted, and the power consumption of the factory is wasted.
