Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an adjustable fixing device for communication equipment according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the adjustable fixing device for communication equipment according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes an upper pole assembly, a lower pole assembly, and an adjustable bracket according to the first embodiment; the upper pole embracing component and the lower pole embracing component both comprise a pole embracing component 20 and a support component 30, and the adjustable support is positioned between the pole embracing component 20 and the support component 30 of the upper pole embracing component or the lower pole embracing component; the holding rod end of the holding rod assembly 20 is connected with the mounting rod 10, and the connecting end of the holding rod assembly 20 is connected with the second bracket 42 of the adjustable bracket or the connecting end of the support assembly 30; the support end of the support assembly 30 is connected with the communication equipment 50, and the connecting section of the support assembly is connected with the first bracket 41 of the adjustable bracket or the connecting end of the holding pole assembly 20; when the adjusting rod 45 of the adjustable bracket moves up and down, the included angle between the first bracket 41 and the second bracket 42 is changed, so that the pitch angle of the communication device 50 is adjusted.
Specifically, in the second embodiment, the adjustable bracket is located between the pole assembly 20 and the seat assembly 30 of the upper pole assembly. In the upper pole holding assembly, the pole holding end of the pole holding assembly 20 is connected with the mounting rod 10, the connecting end of the pole holding assembly 20 is connected with the second support 42 of the adjustable support, the support end of the support assembly 30 is connected with the communication equipment 50, and the connecting end of the support assembly is connected with the first support 41 of the adjustable support. In the lower holding pole assembly, a holding pole end of the holding pole assembly 20 is connected with the mounting pole 10, and a connecting end of the holding pole assembly 20 is connected with a connecting end of the support assembly 30; the support end of the support assembly 30 is connected with the communication device 50, and the connecting end of the support assembly is connected with the connecting end of the holding pole assembly 20.
Optionally, the connecting end of the support assembly 30 and the connecting end of the holding pole assembly 20 are connected in a pin shaft hanging manner; the second bracket 42 of the adjustable bracket is connected with the connecting end of the holding pole assembly 20 in a pin shaft hanging mode; the first bracket 41 of the adjustable bracket is connected with the connecting end of the support assembly 30 by means of a pin bolt.

The pole-locking assembly 20, the first pole-locking fastener 21 and the second pole-locking fastener 22 are fixed under the action of the bolt 25 and the nut 26, the bolt 25 is fixed with the first pole-locking fastener 21 through threads and locked with the nut 26, and the second pole-locking fastener 22 is threaded on the bolt 25 and fixed and locked with the two nuts 26.
Fig. 11 is a schematic view showing the connection between the seat assembly and the pole assembly according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 11, two pins 34 and 35 are mounted on the seat assembly 30, hung in the groove of the first pole fastener 21 of the pole assembly 20, fixed by the pressing plate 23 and fixed by the screws 24. In the hanging operation sequence, before the two pin shafts 34 and 35 are mounted on the hanging support assembly 30, the screws 24 on the two pressing plates 23 are loosened, the two pressing plates 23 are respectively rotated outwards by 90 degrees, the two pin shafts 34 and 35 mounted on the support assembly 30 are hung in the grooves of the first holding pole assembly 21 of the holding pole assembly 20, and then the two pressing plates 23 are respectively rotated inwards, pressed on the pin shafts 32 and fixed by the screws 24.
In the adjustable fixing device for communication equipment provided by the second embodiment of the present invention, the adjustable bracket may be installed between the pole assembly of the upper pole assembly or the lower pole assembly and the support assembly according to the requirement of the installation pitch angle of the communication equipment, and the adjustable bracket may be installed in a forward or reverse manner. The adjustable support structure adopts a four-bar linkage-like mechanism, the principle is that the change of the opening angle of a connecting rod is realized by connecting two opposite angles of a four-bar linkage and changing the distance between the two opposite angles, the change of the distance between two support connecting points and two brace rod connecting points is brought by rotating an adjusting rod, so that the change of the included angle of the two supports is caused, the two supports and a fixed block are connected through two threaded shafts, and the three parts can rotate relatively; one end of the bracket is connected with the shaft connected with the stay bar, the other end of the bracket is connected with the adjusting rod, the adjusting rod can rotate relative to the bracket, and the other end of the adjusting rod is connected with the fixing block through threads. The invention adjusts the pitch angle without pushing or pulling equipment by an operator, and only needs to rotate the screw rod to adjust the included angle of the adjustable bracket, thereby improving the adjusting efficiency and the safety and the reliability of operation.

Claims (14)

1. An adjustable support is characterized by comprising a first support (41), a second support (42), a first support rod (43), a second support rod (44), an adjusting rod (45) and a fixing block (412);
the fixed block (412) is sleeved on the adjusting rod (45);
the positioning end of the first bracket (41) and the positioning end of the second bracket (42) are rotatably connected with the fixing block (412);
one end of the first support rod (43) is rotatably connected with the first bracket (41), one end of the second support rod (44) is rotatably connected with the second bracket (42), and the other end of the first support rod (43) is rotatably connected with the other end of the second support rod (44);
the lower end of the adjusting rod (45) sleeved with the fixing block (412) is connected with a rotary connecting end between the first support rod (43) and the second support rod (44); when the adjusting rod (45) moves up and down, the rotating connecting end between the first support rod (43) and the second support rod (44) is driven to move up and down, so that the included angle between the first support (41) and the second support (42) is changed.

the positioning end of the first support (41) and the positioning end of the second support (42) are respectively in rotary connection with the fixing block (412) through a first threaded shaft (418) and a second threaded shaft (413);
one end of the first support rod (43) is rotationally connected with the first bracket (41) through a first connecting shaft (415);
one end of the second support rod (44) is rotatably connected with the second bracket (42) through a second connecting shaft (48);
the other end of the first support rod (43) is rotatably connected with the other end of the second support rod (44) through a third connecting shaft (416).
3. The adjustable support of claim 1,
the adjusting rod (45) is a screw rod;
and a thread matched with the screw rod is arranged at the sleeving part between the fixed block (412) and the adjusting rod (45).
4. The adjustable support of claim 1, further comprising: a bracket (49);
the lower end of the adjusting rod (45) sleeved with the fixing block (412) is connected with a rotary connecting end between the first support rod (43) and the second support rod (44) through the bracket (49).
5. The adjustable support of claim 4,
a first round hole (49-1) is formed in the upper plane of the bracket (49), the lower end of the adjusting rod (45) penetrates through the first round hole (49-1), and the lower end of the adjusting rod (45) is fixed in the bracket (49) through an upper limiting block and a lower limiting block;
and two coaxial round holes (49-2) are arranged on two side surfaces of the bracket (49), and the second round holes (49-2) are used for assembling the rotating connecting ends of the first support rod (43) and the second support rod (44).
6. An adjustable support according to claim 2, wherein the first support (41) is provided with two coaxial first mounting holes (41-7 and 41-8) at its locating end;
two coaxial second mounting holes (428 and 429) are formed in the positioning end of the second bracket (42); two coaxial third mounting holes are formed in the fixing block (412);
when the positioning end of the first bracket (41) and the positioning end of the second bracket (42) are rotationally connected with the fixed block (412), the first mounting hole (41-7) is wrapped on the second mounting hole (428), the second mounting hole (428) is wrapped on one of the third mounting holes, the first threaded shaft (418) penetrates through the first mounting hole (41-7), the second mounting hole (428) and the third mounting hole, and one end of the first bracket (41) and one end of the second bracket (42) which are in an axisymmetrical structure are connected on the fixed block (412); the first mounting holes (41-8) are wrapped on the second mounting holes (429), the second mounting holes (429) are wrapped on one of the third mounting holes, the second threaded shaft (413) penetrates through the first mounting holes (41-8), the second mounting holes (429) and the third mounting holes, and one end of the first support (41) and one end of the second support (42) in an axial symmetry structure are connected to the fixing block (412) in a shaft mode.

An adjustable support according to claim 1, wherein a scale label (47) is provided on the locating end of the first support (41) and a pointer is provided on the second support (42) for cooperation with the scale label (47) to indicate the angle of the included angle between the first support (41) and the second support (42).

An adjustable support according to claim 1, wherein the first support (41) and the second support (42) are both shell-like structures, and the first support (43) and the second support (44) are contained within the shell-like structures when the angle between the first support (41) and the second support (42) is zero.
