Background
The scale of the national traffic infrastructure is huge, and the total mileage of the existing cement pavement breaks through 200 kilometers and accounts for 45 percent of the total mileage of the highway. Civil airports reached 235, and about 320 were built by 2025 planning layout 370. The total length of the high-speed railway is 2.9 kilometres, which accounts for more than 2/3 of the total mileage of the high-speed railway in the world. The safe operation of the concrete pavement and the airport pavement is greatly influenced by diseases such as cracking and emptying of the cement pavement and the airport pavement, settlement of ballastless tracks of high-speed rails and the like. Because the diseases are high in concealment, complex and changeable in form and difficult to detect and repair, the existing excavation maintenance method influences traffic, wastes resources and pollutes the environment. Therefore, a non-aqueous reaction high polymer trenchless conduit grouting technology is developed by the team, effectively solves the problems and is widely applied to emergency rescue and repair of numerous projects. However, before grouting with the guide pipe, the guide pipe must be drilled and embedded on the damaged pavement and road surface, and most of the existing methods adopt manual drilling, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming.
Patent document No. CN204343977U discloses an advanced geology multi-hole site synchronous drilling trolley, which comprises a combined frame assembled by a plurality of horizontal frames from front to back, wherein the bottom of the combined frame is provided with traveling wheels and the bottom of the combined frame is provided with a plurality of hydraulic jacking devices from front to back; two horizontal steel rails which are arranged in parallel are arranged on each horizontal frame; the combined frame is provided with a rear side pushing frame, a rear limiting frame, a horizontal sliding frame, a hydraulic cylinder for pushing the horizontal sliding frame to horizontally slide, a plurality of horizontal drilling machines and a plurality of horizontal drilling rods, wherein the horizontal drilling machines and the plurality of horizontal drilling rods are all arranged on the horizontal sliding frame; a front end supporting table is arranged above the front portion of the combined type frame, and a limiting seat for limiting a plurality of horizontal drill rods is arranged on the front end supporting table.
The patent documents disclose that the drilling machine moves back and forth synchronously and realizes synchronous drilling, and no technical suggestion is provided for how to level the drilling machine during the drilling process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide lifting type synchronous drilling equipment, which saves time and labor and has high working efficiency; and the levelness can be adjusted, and the accuracy of drilling can be guaranteed.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides lifting type synchronous drilling equipment which comprises a rack and a plurality of supporting rods, wherein a vertical moving mechanism and a horizontal bubble are arranged on the rack, a plurality of drilling machines are arranged on the vertical moving mechanism, the drilling ends of the drilling machines are arranged downwards, one end of each supporting rod is detachably connected to the rack, the other end of each supporting rod extends towards the direction far away from the rack, and a vertical adjusting mechanism is arranged at the other end of each supporting rod.
The improved structure is characterized in that the rack comprises a chassis, a cross beam and at least two fixing rods, each fixing rod is vertically arranged on the chassis, the cross beam is connected between the fixing rods, and the vertical moving mechanism is arranged on the fixing rods, so that the improved structure is simple and convenient to install.
The improved vertical adjusting mechanism comprises a fixed seat and an adjusting bolt, the adjusting bolt is vertically and movably connected to the fixed seat, the other end of each supporting rod is connected to the corresponding adjusting bolt, and a handle is arranged on the adjusting bolt. When the adjusting bolt is adjusted, the adjusting bolt can be screwed, so that the height of one end, connected with the adjusting bolt, of the supporting rod is changed, meanwhile, the height of the other end of the supporting rod is also changed, and the frame is adjusted. Specifically, adjusting bolt's bottom activity is rotated and is connected on the fixing base, and the other end of bracing piece is equipped with the sleeve, is equipped with the internal thread on the sleeve, the sleeve is established on adjusting bolt through the internal thread transmission cover, and when rotating adjusting bolt, the sleeve can reciprocate on adjusting bolt.
The improved horizontal bubble drilling machine is characterized in that the vertical moving mechanism comprises a driving element, a reduction gearbox, two chain wheels and a fixing device, the driving element, the reduction gearbox, the two chain wheels and the fixing device are all arranged on the machine frame, the fixing device is vertically arranged on the machine frame in a sliding mode, the driving element is in transmission connection with the reduction gearbox, the two chain wheels are arranged on the machine frame in a rotating mode along the vertical direction, one chain wheel is in transmission connection with the driving element, a transmission chain is connected between the two chain wheels, the transmission chain is in transmission connection with the fixing device, and the horizontal bubble. The driving element is a motor, a control panel is arranged on the rack, the control panel is electrically connected with the driving element, and the driving element can be controlled through the control panel. The reduction box can reduce the speed of the driving element, and the moment output by the driving element is larger, so that the reduction box can bear larger load. The driving element drives a chain wheel to rotate, the chain wheel drives a transmission chain to run, and the transmission chain can drive the fixing device to move up and down. Specifically, one chain wheel is arranged on the cross beam, the other chain wheel is arranged on the chassis, the driving element is arranged on the chassis, and the fixing device is arranged on the fixing rod in a sliding mode.
The chain wheel is further improved, at least one chain wheel is provided with a gear control card for clamping the chain wheel, and when the driving element stops rotating, the chain wheel can be clamped by the gear control card so as to prevent the chain wheel from rotating; when the driving element is started, the gear control card needs to be pulled away so as not to clamp the chain wheel, and the chain wheel can rotate. The gear control card can fix the fixing device, so that the fixing device is prevented from rotating accidentally and affecting the drilling accuracy of the drilling machine.
In a further improvement, the fixing device comprises a first plate and a second plate, the top surface and the bottom surface of the first plate are respectively provided with the second plate, the first plate is vertically and slidably arranged on the rack, the second plate is in chain transmission connection with the transmission chain, and the drilling machine and the horizontal bulb are arranged on the first plate. Preferably, a plurality of horizontal bubbles can be arranged on the first plate, so that whether all parts of the first plate are horizontal or not can be detected more accurately, and the drilling precision of the drilling machine can be ensured. The first plate has a supporting function on the drilling machine, so that the drilling machine can slide vertically along the rack. Specifically, the first plate is slidably arranged on the fixing rod.
In a further improvement, the first fixing plate is provided with a vertical clamping groove, the drilling machine is clamped in the clamping groove, and the clamping groove is provided with a fixing bolt. After the drilling machine is installed, the height of the drilling machine can be adjusted according to the height of each drilling machine and actual needs, after the drilling machine is adjusted, the drilling machine is fixed in the clamping groove through the adjusting bolt, adjustment is convenient, and improvement of synchronous drilling accuracy is facilitated.
In a further improvement, the lifting type synchronous drilling equipment further comprises a buffer element, wherein the top end of the buffer element is connected with the top of the frame, and the bottom end of the buffer element is connected to the second plate. Elastic element is the spring, and the top and the bottom of spring link respectively have the spring holder, and a spring holder is connected on the crossbeam, and another spring holder is connected on the second plate. The elastic element has a buffering function, and can prevent the first plate and the second plate from colliding with the cross beam when moving upwards to damage the drilling machine.
Further improved, the reduction gearbox is connected with a hand-operated rotating handle in a transmission mode, and the hand-operated rotating handle can be rotated, so that the chain wheel and the transmission chain are driven to operate, and the vertical position of the drilling machine can be adjusted.
In a further improvement, the bottom end of the frame is provided with a plurality of rollers, and particularly, the rollers are arranged at the bottom end of the chassis. Through setting up a plurality of gyro wheels, be convenient for remove and transport frame. The roller comprises a directional wheel and a steering wheel, so that the movement of the frame is facilitated.
The using method of the invention is as follows:
step 1, firstly, pushing a frame to a pre-drilling position, installing a drilling machine according to the drilling depth and the drilling distance to be drilled, and installing a corresponding drill bit on the drilling machine;
step 2, opening a supporting rod of the drilling device, rotating an adjusting bolt, observing a horizontal bubble on the rack, and leveling the drilling machine;
step 3, switching on a power supply of the driving element, pulling off the gear control card, enabling the drilling machine to drill holes automatically under the action of self weight, driving a chain wheel through the driving element after the drilling machine drills into a certain depth, lifting the drilling machine and then driving the drilling machine into the drilling machine, and avoiding drill jamming or damage of the drilling machine;
step 4, moving the movable frame to the next pre-drilling position after drilling is finished, and repeating the steps 1 to 3 until the drilling operation is completely finished;
and 5, after the drilling construction is finished, lifting the drilling machine to a certain height, putting down the gear control card, withdrawing the support rod, and loading the drilling machine.

Simultaneously, can also increase the support area with ground through bracing piece and vertical adjustment mechanism, increase the steady of frame, ensure that the rig is more steady at the in-process of drilling.
The invention can use a plurality of drilling machines to drill holes synchronously, thereby saving time and labor and having high working efficiency; and the levelness can be adjusted, and the accuracy of drilling can be guaranteed.

According to the invention, the vertical moving mechanism 3 is arranged on the rack 1, the plurality of drilling machines 31 are arranged on the vertical moving mechanism 3, and the plurality of drilling machines 31 can be simultaneously driven to move to proper positions through the vertical moving mechanism 3 during drilling, so that the plurality of drilling machines 31 can be used for vertically and synchronously drilling. The levelness of frame 1 can be responded to the level bubble on the frame 1 to each bracing piece 2 can be adjusted to vertical adjustment mechanism 4, thereby realizes the regulation to 1 levelness of frame. Specifically, the quantity of bracing piece 2 is four, and four bracing pieces 2 rotate respectively and connect four angles in frame 1, and each bracing piece 2 only can rotate along the horizontal direction, consequently, can bear the effort of vertical direction. When the rack 1 inclines to a certain angle, the supporting rod 2 can be adjusted through the vertical adjusting mechanism 4, so that the end, connected with the rack 1, of the supporting rod 2 moves vertically, and the rack 1 can be adjusted. Meanwhile, the supporting area of the machine frame 1 can be increased through the supporting rod 2 and the vertical adjusting mechanism 4, so that the stability of the drilling machine 31 is increased, and the drilling process is more stable.
The invention can use a plurality of drilling machines 31 to drill synchronously, thereby saving time and labor and having high working efficiency; and the levelness can be adjusted, and the accuracy of drilling can be guaranteed.
In this embodiment, as a further improvement of the above technical solution, the rack 1 includes a chassis 11, a beam 12 and at least two fixing rods 13, each fixing rod 13 is vertically erected on the chassis 11, the beam 12 is connected between the fixing rods 13, and the vertical moving mechanism 3 is disposed on the fixing rods 13, so that the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
In this embodiment, as the further improvement of above-mentioned technical scheme, vertical adjustment mechanism 4 includes fixing base 41 and adjusting bolt 42, and adjusting bolt 42 is vertical, swing joint on fixing base 41, and the other end of each bracing piece 2 is connected respectively on corresponding adjusting bolt 42, is equipped with the handle on adjusting bolt 42. During adjustment, the adjusting bolt 42 can be screwed, so that the height of one end of the support rod 2 connected with the adjusting bolt 42 is changed, and meanwhile, the height of the other end of the support rod 2 is also changed, thereby realizing the adjustment of the rack 1. The driving element 32 drives a chain wheel 34 to rotate, the chain wheel 34 drives the transmission chain 35 to rotate, and the transmission chain 35 can drive the fixing device 5 to move up and down. Specifically, one sprocket 34 is provided on the cross beam 12, the other sprocket 34 is provided on the chassis 11, the driving element 32 is provided on the chassis 11, and the fixing device 5 is slidably provided on the fixing rod 13.
In this embodiment, as a further improvement of the above technical solution, at least one sprocket 34 is provided with a gear control card 341 for locking the sprocket 34, and when the driving element 32 stops rotating, the gear control card 341 can be used to lock the sprocket 34, so that the sprocket 34 does not rotate; when the driving element 32 is started, the gear control card 341 needs to be pulled out so as not to be stuck to the sprocket 34, and the sprocket 34 can rotate. The gear control card 341 can fix the fixing device 5 to prevent the fixing device from accidentally rotating and affecting the drilling accuracy of the drilling machine 31.
In this embodiment, as a further improvement of the above technical solution, the fixing device 5 includes a first plate 51 and a second plate 52, the second plate 52 is respectively disposed on the top surface and the bottom surface of the first plate 51, the first plate 51 is vertically slidably disposed on the rack 1, the second plate 52 is in transmission connection with the transmission chain 35, and the drilling machine 31 and the horizontal bulb are disposed on the first plate 51. Preferably, a plurality of horizontal bubbles may be disposed on the first plate 51, so that whether all the parts of the first plate 51 are horizontal can be detected more accurately, and the drilling accuracy of the drilling machine 31 can be ensured. The first plate 51 supports the drilling machine 31 so that the drilling machine 31 can slide vertically along the frame 1. Specifically, the first plate 51 is slidably disposed on the fixing rod 13.
In this embodiment, as a further improvement of the above technical solution, the first plate 51 is provided with a vertical slot 511, the drilling machine 31 is clamped in the slot 511, and the slot 511 is provided with a fixing bolt 512. In this embodiment, as a further improvement of the above technical solution, the lifting type synchronous drilling device further includes a buffer element 6, a top end of the buffer element 6 is connected to a top of the frame 1, and a bottom end of the buffer element 6 is connected to the second plate 52. The buffer element 6 is a spring, the top end and the bottom end of the spring are respectively connected with a spring seat, one spring seat is connected to the cross beam 12, and the other spring seat is connected to the second plate 52. The buffer element 6 has a buffer function, and can prevent the first plate 51 and the second plate 52 from colliding with the cross beam 12 when moving upwards, and damaging the drilling machine 31.

The using method of the invention is as follows:
step 1, firstly, pushing a frame 1 to a pre-drilling position, installing a drilling machine 31 according to the drilling depth and the drilling distance to be drilled, and installing a corresponding drill bit on the drilling machine 31;
step 2, opening the supporting rod 2 of the drilling device, rotating the adjusting bolt 42, observing the horizontal bubble on the rack 1, and leveling the drilling machine 31;
step 3, switching on a power supply of the driving element 32, pulling off the gear control card 341, enabling the drilling machine 31 to drill holes automatically under the action of self weight, driving the chain wheel 34 through the driving element 32 after the drilling machine is drilled into a certain depth, lifting the drilling machine 31 and then driving the drilling machine into the hole, and avoiding the drilling machine 31 from being clamped or damaged;
step 4, after drilling is finished, moving the rack 1 to the next pre-drilling position, and repeating the step 1 to the step 3 until the drilling operation is completely finished;
and 5, after the drilling construction is finished, lifting the drilling machine 31 to a certain height, putting down the gear control card 341, withdrawing the support rod 2, and loading.
