Abstract
The invention discloses a wastewater treatment system and a process thereof, relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, and particularly relates to a wastewater treatment system and a process thereof, wherein oil in wastewater is skimmed by an oil-water separator, and the removal rate of floating oil by the oil-water separator can reach more than 90%; in the invention, a chemical coagulant or coagulant aid is added into the floatation tank to improve the removal rate of emulsified oil and colloid suspended particles in the wastewater, and the HRT of the floatation tank for 30min can remove more than 90% of the oil and 40-80% of BOD5 and SS; the invention comprises the steps of screening, skimming, adjusting, precipitating, air floating, centrifugal separation, filtering and the like, wherein the first five processes are mainly used for pretreatment or primary treatment, and the last two processes are mainly used for advanced treatment, thereby effectively improving the wastewater treatment effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a wastewater treatment system and a wastewater treatment process.
Background
Because food factories have wide raw materials and various types, the produced waste water has great difference in water quality and great water amount. The main pollutants in the food wastewater comprise solid materials, grease, protein, starch, colloidal substances, acid, alkali, salt, pathogenic bacteria and the like, so that the water body is eutrophicated to cause death of aquatic animals and fishes, and organic matters deposited at the bottom of the water body generate odor to pollute the environment.
The prior food industry wastewater treatment system has poor grease removal effect, incomplete removal of suspended particles and complex process.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a wastewater treatment system and a process thereof, and solves the problems of poor grease removal effect, incomplete suspended particle removal and complex process in the conventional food industry wastewater treatment system.

The step 1: the waste water is primarily filtered, a grid with the aperture of 10-40 meshes is adopted to filter the waste water, coarse dispersed suspended solid matters are separated from the waste water, and a water pump and subsequent treatment equipment are protected.
The step 2: and (4) skimming oil and water, namely skimming grease in the wastewater through an oil-water separator.
The step 3: and (3) acid-base regulation, namely regulating the water quality and the water quantity of the wastewater through a regulating tank, wherein the regulating time is generally 6-24 h.
The step 4: and (3) precipitating the wastewater, namely precipitating the wastewater through a precipitation tank to remove inorganic solids and organic solids in the original wastewater and separate a solid phase and a liquid phase in a biological treatment process, wherein the precipitation time is 1.5-2 h.
The step 4: after the wastewater is precipitated, conveying the sludge in the sedimentation tank to a filter press for solid-liquid separation.
The step 5: and (3) removing suspended particles, namely adding a chemical coagulant or coagulant aid into the air flotation tank to improve the removal rate of emulsified oil and colloid suspended particles in the wastewater.
The step 6: and (4) performing centrifugal separation, namely performing centrifugal separation on the wastewater through a sewage separator.
The step 7: and (4) filtering, namely filtering the wastewater by using a sewage micro-filter, and recycling the filtered water.

The invention provides a wastewater treatment system and a process thereof. The method has the following beneficial effects:
1. in the invention, the oil-water separator is used for skimming the grease in the wastewater, and the removal rate of the oil-water separator to the floating grease can reach more than 90%;
2. in the invention, a chemical coagulant or coagulant aid is added into the air floatation tank, so that the removal rate of emulsified oil and colloid suspended particles in the wastewater is improved, and the air floatation tank HRT can remove more than 90% of oil and 40-80% of BOD5 and SS for 30 min;
3. the invention comprises the steps of screening, skimming, adjusting, precipitating, air floating, centrifugal separation, filtering and the like, wherein the first five processes are mainly used for pretreatment or primary treatment, and the last two processes are mainly used for advanced treatment, thereby effectively improving the wastewater treatment effect, and the process is simple and the wastewater treatment cost is low.
