Automobile seat armrest with cup stand
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile seat parts, in particular to an automobile seat armrest with a cup stand.
Background
Currently, many car seat armrests are provided with cup holders so as to facilitate the placement of water cups or the level of drivers and passengers. However, limited by process and structural issues, the following often exist:
1. because the foam manufacturing tolerance is large, the industry average level is +/-5 mm, so that gaps in the peripheral ring area of the cup stand are large and uneven, and appearance defects of uneven matching often occur;
2. because the hardness of the foam is low, the surface cover is stressed and can be collapsed after being coated, and if the surface cover is a cup stand with a corner, the appearance defect of a larger slot hole is often generated at the corner;
3. the foam is easy to generate plastic deformation, a local area is pressed by a user for a long time, permanent deformation is generated to cause local collapse, and when the foam around the cup holder is pressed, the periphery of the cup holder is easy to leak, so that many automobile manufacturers do not allow the situation to occur.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, some seat manufacturers have tried to add an inner lining made of EPP, but in production practice, it has been found that EPP is a foaming material, and although the above problems can be optimized to some extent, it is still difficult to overcome the following problems:
1. the density of EPP is only 1/30-1/50 of that of common plastic, and the hardness is far lower than that of common plastic, so that perfect supporting effect cannot be realized at all;
2. because EPP has the foaming molding property, the tolerance is at least 10 times larger than that of a common plastic piece, so the matching problem can not be completely solved, and the EPP lining piece is slightly better than the EPP lining piece;
3. because of the characteristics of insufficient EPP hardness and foaming molding, the EPP lining piece cannot be firmly installed on the armrest framework, that is, the EPP lining piece is stressed and can displace relative to the armrest framework and the cup stand, so that the requirements of automobile manufacturers cannot be met;
4. in the case of the cornered cup holder, the supporting effect of the EPP liner at the corners is extremely unstable and poor.
Solving the above problems is urgent.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to examples and figures.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a seat armrest for a vehicle with a cup holder includes an armrest frame 1, a foam layer 3, a facing 4, a cup holder 2, and an inner lining 6.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the handrail frame 1 is integrally formed by adopting a flat tube or a rectangular tube, in this embodiment, the thickness of the handrail frame 1 is greater than the width, so that the vertical bending resistance is higher than the lateral bending resistance, the stress condition of the handrail in actual use is met, the requirement of industry standard on the strength of the handrail is met, and the performance is not overflowed and wasted.
Specifically, the armrest frame 1 includes a U-shaped tube portion 11 having a "U" shape, and shaft mounting tube portions 12 extending outwardly from both ends of the U-shaped tube portion 11, respectively, that is, the armrest frame 1 is also in a "U" shape as a whole.
The handrail framework 1 is provided with a rotating shaft 7 and a limiting shaft 8, the handrail framework 1 is provided with a rotating shaft bayonet which is adaptive to the rotating shaft 7 and a limiting shaft bayonet which is adaptive to the limiting shaft 8, the rotating shaft 7 is fixed on the handrail framework 1 through the rotating shaft bayonet, and the limiting shaft 8 is fixed on the handrail framework 1 through the limiting shaft bayonet. Specifically speaking, the shaft bayonet and the limiting shaft bayonet are both arranged on the shaft mounting pipe portion 12, and the adjacent shaft bayonet and limiting shaft bayonet are respectively arranged on two opposite side edges of the corresponding shaft mounting pipe portion 12, so that the structural strength of the handrail framework 1 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 6, the shaft 7 is of a conventional rod-shaped structure, and is fixed in two shaft bayonets by a welding process.
The limiting shaft 8 is also in a rod-shaped structure, however, one end of the limiting shaft 8 is reduced in diameter to form a rotating fit portion 82, and the outer end of the rotating fit portion 82 is provided with a limiting portion 81 protruding outwards in the radial direction. Due to the existence of the limiting part 81, when the luggage case is impacted, the rotating shaft 7 and the limiting shaft 8 cannot be separated from the armrest mounting bracket, so that the situations of the failure of the functions of the back row seat armrest and the injury to passengers are avoided, the safety is improved, and the requirements of the forced regulations are met.
Specifically, the limiting portion 81 is either bar-shaped or disc-shaped, wherein when the limiting portion 81 is disc-shaped, the whole body of the limiting portion protrudes from the rotating fit portion 82, that is, the diameter of the limiting portion 81 is larger than that of the rotating fit portion 82, so that the strength is higher and the reliability is higher. When the limiting portion 81 is in a bar shape, the limiting portion 81 and the rotating fit portion 82 together form a 7-shaped structure (extending towards one side), or form a T-shaped structure (extending towards two sides) together with the rotating fit portion 82, wherein the 7-shaped structure is simple and reliable, the material consumption is less, and the strength of the T-shaped structure is higher.
The handrail framework 1 is provided with at least one steel wire 5, two ends of the steel wire 5 are respectively bent for one time to form a steel wire fixing arm 41, the steel wire 5 is fixed on the handrail framework 1 through the steel wire fixing arm 41, and specifically, the steel wire fixing arms 41 are all fixed on the U-shaped pipe part 11 through a welding process. In addition, at least one steel wire 5 is provided with an n-shaped limiting bending part 51 for positioning the cup stand 2.
Referring to fig. 2-4, the lining member 6 is made of hard material, and the lining member 6 is mounted on the steel wire 5 and is used for supporting the foaming layer 3 and the surface sleeve 4 around the cup holder mounting groove 31, so that the flange 21 of the cup holder 2 is tightly attached to the surface sleeve 4 on the inner side thereof. In this embodiment, the lining member 6 is integrally formed of a plastic material, which can be a product with low price and high strength, and has high comprehensive cost performance and simple manufacture.
Specifically, the lining member 6 includes a lining member main body 61 that surrounds the cup holder mounting groove 31 in a ring shape, and a plurality of lining member clips 62 disposed on the lining member main body 61, and each lining member clip 62 is respectively engaged with the corresponding steel wire 5.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the liner body 61 is provided with a limiting protrusion 63 adapted to the limiting bending portion 51, and the limiting protrusion 63 is inserted into the limiting bending portion 51 to position the liner 6.
Further, the round edge 61a is chamfered on the outer edge of the lining member main body 61, so that injury to people can be avoided, safety is high, and in this embodiment, the radius of the round edge is 3.5mm, which is larger than 3.2mm required by regulations, and safety is better.
Referring to fig. 2, the foaming layer 3 is foamed on the handrail frame 1, and is formed with a cup holder mounting groove 31 recessed inwards. The surface cover 4 is coated on the outer part of the foaming layer 3. In this embodiment, the foaming layer 3 is formed by foaming by a foaming process. Specifically, the cover 4 is fixed to the armrest frame 1 (may or may not have the cup holder 2), and then polyurethane is filled into the cover 4 to form the foam layer 3. Compared with the traditional process of firstly foaming on the handrail framework 1 to form the foaming layer 3 and then coating the face cover 4, the appearance of the handrail adopting the foaming process is obviously improved and is more compact.
It should be noted that the distance from the inner liner 6 to the sleeve 4 around the cup holder 2 may be kept free or small to fill the foam layer 3 to achieve a good bracing effect. That is, the surface cover 4 can be tightly covered on the lining member main body 61, so that the support effect is better; the foam layer 3 may be provided between the lining body 61 and the facing 4, so that the support function is good, the touch feeling is soft, and the use feeling of the passenger is more comfortable.
Referring to fig. 1-3 and 5, the cup holder 2 is inserted into the cup holder mounting groove 31 and connected to each wire 5. Specifically, the cup holder 2 has cup holder clips 22 that can be snap-fitted with the steel wires 5, and each cup holder clip 22 is connected with the steel wire 5 when the cup holder 2 is fitted into the cup holder mounting groove 31.
Finally, it should be noted that the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and that many similar changes can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
