The height limiting structure 30 can adopt a penetrating height limiting belt 31 or a built-in height limiting belt 32 mode independently; simultaneously adopts a mode of a penetration type height limiting belt 31 and a built-in type height limiting belt 32; in any way, the height limiting structure 30 with the uniformly distributed design in the embodiment enables the bulging shape of each part when the soft airbag 10 is inflated to be consistent with the shape of the foam structure of the automobile seat and the shape when the soft airbag is deflated, namely, the shape following with the original state of the seat surface is realized, the attractiveness and comfort of the seat surface when the soft airbag is inflated are ensured, meanwhile, the contact area of the seat surface of the region corresponding to the soft airbag 10 for passengers is increased, and the safety is improved; meanwhile, the gas is not isolated by the high structure 30 in the soft inflatable bag 10 and can flow freely.
In this embodiment, the gas source 50 may alternatively be any one of the following:
1. is provided by a micro air pump which is arranged separately;
2. supplied by compressed air in the body of the vehicle;
taking the seat cushion 72 of the car seat 70 as an example, the soft airbag is installed between the seat surface cover 75 and the foam structure 74 of the seat cushion 72, and the air passage of the soft airbag 10 extends from the bottom through the foam structure 74 and is connected with the air source.
In this embodiment, the air passages 11 of the soft airbags 70 disposed at various positions on the car seat 70 are respectively provided with the electromagnetic valve modules 40, and the control module 60 on the car seat 70 respectively and independently controls the inflation and deflation of the soft airbags 10 by controlling the on-off of the electromagnetic valve modules 40. The independent control of each soft air bag 10 enables the air inflation and air deflation of each soft air bag 10 to be carried out independently, so that each soft air bag 10 can form different air inflation and air deflation combinations, and the multifunctional adjustment and the adjustment of various hardness are realized.
Optionally, in other embodiments, all the soft airbags 10 on the car seat 70 are arranged in groups, and the air passages of each group of soft airbags 10 are merged on an air branch passage, on which a branch electromagnetic valve module is installed; the control module 60 controls the on-off of each set of branch electromagnetic valve modules to respectively control the inflation and deflation of each set of soft inflatable bags 10.
The grouping rule of the soft airbags 10 can be set according to the location area or the actual use requirement or control requirement, for example, when the soft airbags are grouped by area, the air paths of all the soft airbags located on the side wings 73 are arranged in parallel and connected with a common branch air path; the soft inflatable bags on all the seat cushions 72 are arranged in parallel and are connected with a common branch air passage; the soft inflatable bags on all the backrest 71 are arranged in parallel and are connected with a common branch air passage; the soft inflatable bags 10 arranged in groups can realize the master control, so that the soft inflatable bags in the same area synchronously act.
Taking the seat cushion 72 of the car seat 70 as an example, when the occupant 80 is seated on the seat with the soft airbag 10 installed, the height limiting structure 30 is bent and collapsed when the soft airbag 10 is in the unfilled state. The soft airbag 10 and the flexible filling inside thereof are compressed, the seat surface is in a relatively soft state, and the human trunk is sunk deeper into the seat surface as shown in fig. 7. When the soft airbag 10 is inflated while the occupant 80 is seated on the seat, the height-limiting structures 30 are relatively extended. The soft airbag 10 and the flexible filler 20 therein are compressed only a little and the seat surface is in a relatively hard state, and the torso of the human body is sunk into the seat surface to be shallow as shown in fig. 8. Therefore, the scheme of the embodiment provides the seat with different adjustable softness.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, in the car seat provided in this embodiment, the multiple layers of soft airbags 10 are stacked at the hardness adjustment area, and the hardness adjustment area is an area where the car seat 70 is provided with the soft airbags 10, and this embodiment takes two layers of soft airbags 10 as an example for description.
The two layers of soft inflatable bags 10 can be arranged in any one of the following modes:
1. adjacently overlapped, as shown in fig. 9, one side of the seat foam structure 74 adjacent to the seat surface sleeve 75 is provided with three soft airbag accommodating grooves 76 for accommodating the soft airbags 10, and the number of the soft airbag accommodating grooves 76 is two upper soft airbag accommodating grooves 76-1 and one lower soft airbag accommodating groove 76-2 which are symmetrically arranged; a first soft inflatable bag 13 and a second soft inflatable bag 14 are arranged in the two upper soft inflatable bag holding grooves 76-1 side by side; a third soft inflatable bag 15 is arranged in the lower soft inflatable bag holding groove 76-2; the first soft inflatable bag 13 and the second soft inflatable bag 14 control inflation and deflation at the same time, and the flexible gaskets 77 are arranged between the first soft inflatable bag 13 and the seat surface sleeve 75 and between the second soft inflatable bag 14 and the seat surface sleeve 75, so that local tympanites occur around the height limiting structure 30 during inflation, a tiny uneven state is generated, the flexible gaskets 77 can make up the state, and the comfortable flatness of the seat surface is improved; when only the first soft airbag 13 and the second soft airbag 14 located in the upper soft airbag housing groove 76-1 are inflated, or only the third soft airbag 15 is operated, a medium-hardness seat cushion hardness can be provided; when the first soft airbag 13, the second soft airbag 14 and the third soft airbag 15 are inflated simultaneously, the rigidity of the seat cushion with stronger rigidity can be provided; and when only the third soft airbag 15 works, the passenger does not directly contact the soft airbag, so that a certain buffer space is reserved between the third soft airbag 15 and the passenger for adjusting the hardness, and the comfort of hardness adjustment is further improved.
2. The two layers of soft airbags are overlapped at intervals, as shown in fig. 10, and are respectively positioned at one side close to the seat surface cover 75 and one side far away from the seat surface cover 75, and since the third soft airbag 15 positioned at the bottom is in direct contact with the supporting framework 78 of the seat 70, in order to protect the third soft airbag 15, a flexible gasket 77 is further arranged between the third soft airbag 15 and the supporting framework 78. Of course, if the third soft airbag 15 is made of a stronger bag body material, as shown in fig. 11, the bottom of the third soft airbag may not be provided with the flexible cushion 77, and the car seat in fig. 11 is provided with the side wing supporting airbag 140.
The covering member 90 and the flexible pad 77 may be made of the same material, and may be made of a flexible material such as a nonwoven fabric, a nonwoven felt, a foam, or a sponge pad.
EXAMPLE III
In this embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, a covering body accommodating groove 79 is further disposed on one side of the foam structure 74 in the opening direction of the soft airbag accommodating groove 76, for accommodating a covering body 90; the covering body accommodating groove 79 and the soft airbag accommodating groove 76 are in a trapezoidal structure; when the soft airbag 10 is inflated, local tympanites appear around the height limiting structure 30, a tiny uneven state is generated, and the covering body 90 can make up for the state, so that the comfortable flatness of the seat surface is improved.
The covering body receiving slot 79 is wider than the soft airbag receiving slot 76 to substantially cover the edges of the soft airbag and protect the soft airbag 10.
Example four
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the soft airbag 10 of the car seat provided in this embodiment is provided with a plurality of air guide channels 12 for guiding air flow at two sides of the soft airbag 10. The air guide duct 12 is isolated from the inflation cavity of the soft inflatable bag 10, and the inflation cavity of the soft inflatable bag 10 is a cavity filled with the flexible filler 20, that is, a cavity for containing inflation gas.
As shown in fig. 15, at this time, a heating pad 100 is further disposed between the soft airbag 10 and the seat cover 75, the car seat has a ventilation structure, the ventilation structure includes a wind guiding structure 110 disposed at the bottom of the car seat 70, a ventilation duct 74-1 is disposed in the foam structure 74, and an air flow guided out by the wind guiding structure 110 flows out from the ventilation duct 74-1 and then flows to the side of the seat where the seat cover 75 is disposed through the wind guiding duct 12 of the soft airbag 10.
As shown in fig. 15 to 17, the seat 70 provided in this embodiment integrates the functions of heating, ventilation and hardness adjustment, and the backrest 71 and the seat cushion 72 of the seat 70 are provided with a heating pad 100; the functions are richer; the arrangement of the ventilation holes 70-1 can be increased as needed, and when ventilation, hardness adjustment and heating functions are provided, the base material of the heating mat 100 is preferably a base material having good air permeability, or is opened on the heating mat. Heating, ventilation and soft or hard degree are adjusted and can be integrated on a control module and control the regulation, reduce cost.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 16, the hardness-softness adjustment in this embodiment may also be performed in a multi-layer adjustment manner. In this embodiment, it can be seen that, in order to match with a seat having a ventilation structure, a plurality of soft airbags 10 arranged at intervals in the same layer may also be adopted, and a ventilation duct 74-1 leading to the seat cover 75 is formed on the foam structure 74 between the soft airbags 10; a ventilation hole 74-1 is reserved between the first soft inflatable bag 13 and the second soft inflatable bag 14 which are arranged side by side at the upper part, and between the third soft inflatable bag 15 and the fourth soft inflatable bag 16 which are arranged side by side at the lower part; as can be seen from the enlarged view of the part a in the figure, when the soft airbag is inflated, the periphery of the height limiting structure 30 can be locally inflated, and the flexible pad 77 can just compensate the state, so that the comfortable flatness of the seat surface is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 18, the car seat in this embodiment may also be provided with a cover body preformed groove 79 above the soft airbag preformed groove 76 for placing the covering body 90.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by a person skilled in the art that the scope of the invention as referred to in the present application is not limited to the embodiments with a specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also covers other embodiments with any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents without departing from the inventive concept. For example, the above features may be replaced with (but not limited to) features having similar functions disclosed in the present application.

Claims (12)

1. A comfort-adjustable vehicle seat, characterized in that the backrest (71) and/or the seat cushion (72) and/or the side wings (73) and/or the shoulders (71-1) of the vehicle seat (70) are integrated with a seat firmness adjustment device;
the seat softness and hardness adjusting device is provided with at least one soft inflatable bag (10) which can be integrated in the automobile seat (70); the soft inflatable bag (10) is connected with at least one air path (11); the soft inflatable bag (10) is filled with flexible filler (20); the soft inflatable bag (10) is inflated or exhausted through the air passage (11) to adjust the hardness of the surface of the seat; the soft inflatable bag (10) is provided with a height limiting structure (30);
the automobile seat (70) is also internally provided with a pneumatic adjusting comfortable system, and the pneumatic adjusting comfortable system and the soft inflatable bag (10) share at least one air source (50) and a control module (60).
2. The comfort-adjustable car seat according to claim 1, characterized in that: the control module (60) comprises a lower shell (61), and at least one air channel is arranged in the lower shell (61); the air inlet of the air passage is connected with the air source (50), and the air passage is provided with a plurality of air passage air outlets (62); the air outlet (62) of the air passage is connected with the air inlet of the electromagnetic valve module (40); an air outlet of the electromagnetic valve module (40) is connected with an air tap (43); the soft inflatable bag (10) and the pneumatic adjusting comfortable system are respectively connected with corresponding air nozzles (43) through air pipes; the control module (60) further comprises a circuit board (63) integrated with a control circuit; the control circuit consists of a microprocessor and a peripheral circuit thereof; the control circuit controls the soft inflatable bag (10) and/or the pneumatic adjusting comfortable system to inflate and deflate by controlling the on-off state of the electromagnetic valve module (40).
3. The comfort-adjustable car seat according to claim 2, characterized in that: the electromagnetic valve module (40) comprises a two-position three-way electromagnetic valve (42).
4. The comfort-adjustable car seat according to claim 3, characterized in that: the electromagnetic valve module (40) further comprises a two-position two-way electromagnetic valve (41); the two-position two-way electromagnetic valve (41) is connected with the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve (42) in series.

The comfort-adjustable car seat according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the pneumatic adjusting comfort system comprises side wing supporting airbags (140) provided at the seat cushion (72) and/or the backrest (71), lumbar supporting airbags (160) provided at the lumbar region, massage airbags (130) provided at the seat cushion (72) and/or the backrest (71), shoulder supporting airbags (170) provided at the shoulders (71-1), side leg supporting airbags provided at the seat cushion (72) near the car console.

The comfort-adjustable car seat according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the control module (60) further comprises an upper housing (64); the electromagnetic valve module (40) is positioned in a cavity formed by the upper shell (64) and the lower shell (61); an air outlet of the electromagnetic valve module (40) is arranged on the side wall of the upper shell (64); the side wall of the upper shell (64) is provided with a quick insertion structure corresponding to the air outlet; the air tap (43) is fixed on the side wall of the upper shell (64) through the quick insertion structure; the end part of the air tap (43) is provided with a pipeline direct insertion structure.
7. The comfort-adjustable vehicle seat according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the height-limiting structure (30) is a penetrating height-limiting belt (31) and/or a built-in height-limiting belt (32).

The comfort-adjustable vehicle seat according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the vehicle seat (70) comprises a foam structure (74) and a seat shell (75) which is fitted over the foam structure (74); an air guide structure (110) is arranged on one side, away from the seat surface sleeve (75), of the automobile seat (70); the soft inflatable bag (10) is provided with a plurality of air guide pore passages (12) which penetrate through the bag body; the conducting pore passage (12) is isolated from the inflation cavity of the soft inflation bag body (10); the air sent out by the air guide structure (110) can reach the seat cover (75) through the air guide pore passage (12).
9. The comfort-adjustable car seat according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the car seat (70) comprises a foam structure (74); at least two layers of soft inflatable bags (10) are adjacently overlapped or alternately overlapped at the hardness adjusting area of the automobile seat (40); the softness adjusting area is an area provided with a soft inflatable bag on the automobile seat (40); when the soft inflatable bag (10) is positioned on the surface of the foam structure (74) of the automobile seat (70), a flexible liner (77) is paved outside the soft inflatable bag (10) positioned on the surface.

The comfort-adjustable car seat according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the car seat (70) comprises a foam structure (74); the foam structure (74) of the automobile seat (70) is provided with a soft inflatable bag containing groove (76) for placing the soft inflatable bag (10).

The comfort-adjustable car seat according to claim 10, wherein the open side of the soft airbag housing groove (76) is provided with a covering body housing groove (79) for housing a covering body (90); the cover body containing groove (79) and the soft inflatable bag containing groove (76) are in a trapezoidal structure.

The comfort-adjustable vehicle seat according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the vehicle seat (70) comprises a foam structure (74) and a seat shell (75) which is fitted over the foam structure (74); a heating pad (100) is arranged between the foam structure (74) of the automobile seat (70) and the seat surface sleeve (75).
