Insomnia is also known as lying in, sleeping in, or ocular or contemplative in the book of Nei Jing Yue quan Shu & insomnia, etc., the theory of Jing Yue quan Shu & insomnia: although insomnia is usually not enough, it is best to know the pathogenic factors and healthy qi at all . Insomnia is caused by yin deficiency, and the spirit is dominant, and the spirit is caused by insomnia; those who are uneasy to do so are disturbed by pathogenic qi and deficient by nutritive qi. Therefore, the insomnia is classified into deficiency and excess in the traditional Chinese medicine, wherein the deficiency refers to spleen deficiency, heart and liver blood deficiency, malnutrition of the mind and insomnia; the excessive syndrome may cause insomnia due to qi stagnation or damp (phlegm) obstruction affecting the qi movement of spleen and stomach, disturbing heart-mind. The heart, liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach and kidney disorders and uneasiness are caused by the disturbance of fire, heat, depression, blood stasis, phlegm, dampness and dryness, or qi and blood deficiency of the zang-fu organs, such as yin-blood deficiency and disharmony between the heart and kidney.
The insomnia causes fatigue feeling, general anxiety, fine headache, reaction delay, hypnosis, anxiety, depression, anxiety, depression, anxiety, depression, anxiety, depression.
In summary, there is an urgent need to develop a drug which is natural, has no side effects, is safe and mild, and can effectively improve sleep and prevent or treat insomnia to solve the pain of patients.
