背景技术
上世纪80年代以来大量化学合成饲料添加剂,如抗生素、促生长素等在饲料中被普遍使用,引起病原微生物产生抗药性,动物自身免疫力降低,药物残留危害人体健康等一系列的问题。随着相关知识的普及,人们对食品安全意识的不断加强,对畜产品质量、卫生安全问题也越来越重视。这种添加抗生素与部分化学药物添加剂的饲料势必会随着社会的发展被逐步淘汰。而开发高效、无药物残留、无公害的安全绿色新型饲料是社会发展的必然结果。
白千层(拉丁学名:Melaleuca leucadendron L.)桃金娘科白千层属乔木,树皮灰白色,厚而松软,呈薄层状剥落;嫩枝灰白色。叶互生,叶片革质,披针形或狭长圆形,两端尖,多油腺点,香气浓郁;叶柄极短。花白色,密集于枝顶成穗状花序,花序轴常有短毛;萼管卵形,有毛或无毛,圆形,卵形,花柱线形,比雄蕊略长。蒴果近球形,直径5-7毫米。花期每年多次。白千层叶:辛,微温;皮:平。叶:芳香解表,祛风止痛,用于感冒发热,风湿关节痛,神经痛,肠炎腹泻;外用治过敏性皮炎,湿疹。树皮:安神;用于神经衰弱,失眠。白千层的枝叶和树皮用于提取药用成分后,大部分的白千层残渣没有被充分利用,不仅造成资源浪费,而且严重污染环境。白千层具有普通木本植物所不具备的抗炎、抑菌特性,利用其加工剩余物开发特色饲料具有特定的功效,值得深入研究,目前未见有相关的报道。

作为技术方案的优选,所述复合酶包括纤维素酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶,三者的质量比为10-15:5:3。
作为技术方案的优选,所述复合酵母包括生香酵母和果酒酵母,二者的质量比为5-7:3。
作为技术方案的优选,所述复合菌包括乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和双歧杆菌,三者的质量比为1-3:1:1。
作为技术方案的优选,所述作物秸秆为玉米秸秆、木薯秸秆、高粱秸秆和甘蔗中的任意两种或两种以上。
一种如上所述的白千层残渣生物饲料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)往上述原料中加入适量水,然后用搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
(2)将混合料置于发酵罐中,在30-33℃下密封发酵3-5天,出料,得到发酵料;
(3)将发酵料投入干燥装置中,在60-65℃下干燥,得到干燥料,然后将干燥料粉碎过筛,得到白千层残渣生物饲料。
作为技术方案的优选,步骤(1)中,水的加入量为原料重量的30-40%。
作为技术方案的优选,步骤(3)中,将发酵料投入干燥装置中,在60-65℃下干燥至含水量低于12%,得到干燥料,然后将干燥料粉碎过60-80目筛,得到白千层残渣生物饲料。
本发明的原料均可以在市场上购买得到,无需特别制备。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明以作物秸秆、豆粕、果皮、麦麸、玉米粉、米糠、蚯蚓粉、骨粉、白千层残渣、未熟橘子、三七、黄芪多糖、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、食盐、复合维生素、复合矿物质、复合酶、复合酵母、复合菌为原料进行发酵,得到的白千层残渣生物饲料营养成分丰富,纤维物质含量低,蛋白质含量高,氨基酸组成优化,抗营养因子含量低,饲料的适口性好,更易被家禽采食、消化、吸收;白千层残渣的加入使得本发明的饲料具有抗炎、抑菌的功效,而且加入量为少量,不会对家禽产生毒性,未熟橘子和三七的加入能够增强其抗炎、抑菌的效果,帮助家禽加强对营养物质和有效成分的消化吸收,提高家禽的免疫力,大大降低其发病率,特别是在夏季高温家禽病多发季节饲喂本发明的白千层残渣生物饲料,能够有效防止家禽发病。
(2)本发明的白千层残渣生物饲料不添加抗生素,减少引入对人体不利残留物,安全无毒,营养全面,用于喂养家禽,家禽的生长速度比普通型抗生素预混料喂养的生长速度慢些,故可以适当延缓家禽的出栏周期,有利于家禽肉品质的提高,使人们真正吃到绿色生态环保安全的放心肉。
(3)本发明的白千层残渣生物饲料以作物秸秆、豆粕、果皮、白千层残渣为原料,既充分利用了废物资源,也避免了环境污染;原料来源广,成本低,制备方法简单,使用效果好,具有很好的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明进一步详细说明,但不限于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种白千层残渣生物饲料,其原料组分及重量份数为:作物秸秆15份,豆粕15份,果皮8份,麦麸15份,玉米粉7份,米糠7份,蚯蚓粉8份,骨粉7份,白千层残渣5份,未熟橘子4份,三七4份,黄芪多糖4份,赖氨酸2份,蛋氨酸2份,食盐2份,复合维生素1.5份,复合矿物质1.5份,复合酶1.4份,复合酵母1.2份,复合菌1.3份;
所用复合酶包括纤维素酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶,三者的质量比为12:5:3;
所用复合酵母包括生香酵母和果酒酵母,二者的质量比为2:1;
所用复合菌包括乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和双歧杆菌,三者的质量比为2:1:1;
所用作物秸秆为玉米秸秆、木薯秸秆和高粱秸秆,三者可以以任意配比搭配。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)往上述原料中加入原料重量35%的水,然后用搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
(2)将混合料置于发酵罐中,在32℃下密封发酵4天,出料,得到发酵料;
(3)将发酵料投入干燥装置中,在62℃下干燥至含水量低于12%,得到干燥料,然后将干燥料粉碎过70目筛,得到白千层残渣生物饲料。
实施例2
一种白千层残渣生物饲料,其原料组分及重量份数为:作物秸秆10份,豆粕20份,果皮5份,麦麸20份,玉米粉5份,米糠5份,蚯蚓粉5份,骨粉10份,白千层残渣8份,未熟橘子3份,三七5份,黄芪多糖3份,赖氨酸3份,蛋氨酸1份,食盐3份,复合维生素2份,复合矿物质1份,复合酶0.5份,复合酵母0.5份,复合菌2份;
所用复合酶包括纤维素酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶,三者的质量比为10:5:3;
所用复合酵母包括生香酵母和果酒酵母,二者的质量比为5:3;
所用复合菌包括乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和双歧杆菌,三者的质量比为1:1:1;
所用作物秸秆为玉米秸秆和木薯秸秆,二者可以以任意配比搭配。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)往上述原料中加入原料重量40%的水,然后用搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
(2)将混合料置于发酵罐中,在30℃下密封发酵5天,出料,得到发酵料;
(3)将发酵料投入干燥装置中,在60℃下干燥至含水量低于12%,得到干燥料,然后将干燥料粉碎过60目筛,得到白千层残渣生物饲料。
实施例3
一种白千层残渣生物饲料,其原料组分及重量份数为:作物秸秆20份,豆粕10份,果皮10份,麦麸10份,玉米粉10份,米糠10份,蚯蚓粉10份,骨粉5份,白千层残渣4份,未熟橘子5份,三七3份,黄芪多糖5份,赖氨酸1份,蛋氨酸3份,食盐1份,复合维生素1份,复合矿物质2份,复合酶2份,复合酵母2份,复合菌0.5份;
所用复合酶包括纤维素酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶,三者的质量比为15:5:3;
所用复合酵母包括生香酵母和果酒酵母,二者的质量比为7:3;
所用复合菌包括乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和双歧杆菌,三者的质量比为3:1:1;
所用作物秸秆为玉米秸秆、木薯秸秆、高粱秸秆和甘蔗,四者可以以任意配比搭配。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)往上述原料中加入原料重量30%的水,然后用搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
(2)将混合料置于发酵罐中,在33℃下密封发酵3天,出料,得到发酵料;
(3)将发酵料投入干燥装置中,在65℃下干燥至含水量低于12%,得到干燥料,然后将干燥料粉碎过80目筛,得到白千层残渣生物饲料。
应用实施例1
选择健康无病,同批孵化的贵妃鸡,随机分成4个组,每个组3次重复,每次重复60只,分别饲喂市售普通型抗生素预混料与本发明的白千层残渣生物饲料,饲养期间的管理和免疫方法按照《鸡饲养管理技术规程》进行,试验从雏鸡3周龄开始,至15周龄结束,饲养周期12周内鸡染病率及平均周增重如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,采用普通型抗生素预混料饲喂的雏鸡一般在第四周会出现病况,发病率为13-15%,症状主要表现为:食欲减退,怕冷聚堆,闭目垂头,同时拉白色稀粪,粘附于***周围,出现这些症状后如不及时给药治疗,雏鸡就会死亡。而采用本发明的白千层残渣生物饲料饲喂的雏鸡,发病时间推迟了2-3周,而且发病率降至5%以内,发病率显著降低。
另外,从表1还可以看出,采用本发明的白千层残渣生物饲料饲喂的雏鸡,鸡的生长速度比普通型抗生素预混料喂养的生长速度慢些,但差别不大,说明本发明的白千层残渣生物饲料的促生长效果较好。
应用实施例2
将市售普通型抗生素预混料与本发明的白千层残渣生物饲料用于饲喂某猪场的同一品种的健康猪,体重25±2kg,按体重相近、公母各半的分圈原则,随机分成4个组,每个组3次重复,每次重复6头,试验时间30天。
(1)分别于开始的第1天、第30天早晨逐头空腹称重,统计各组饲料喂养后猪的平均日增重(kg),作为生长速度指标,详见表2。

由表2可知,实施例1-3的平均日增重量与普通型抗生素预混料的平均日增重量稍低一些,说明用本发明的白千层残渣生物饲料喂养的猪生长速度比普通型抗生素预混料喂养的猪生长速度慢些,但差别不大,说明本发明的白千层残渣生物饲料的促生长效果较好。
(2)记录整个试验期生长猪的发病和死亡情况、数量,详见表3。

由表3可知,用本发明白千层残渣生物饲料喂养的猪无发病、死亡情况,免疫力较强。
上述试验表明:采用本发明白千层残渣生物饲料进行喂养,禽畜生长速度与用普通型抗生素预混料喂养的生长速度慢些,但差别不大,故可以适当延缓禽畜的出栏周期,有利于禽畜产品品质的提高。本发明白千层残渣生物饲料可以提高禽畜自身免疫力,喂养的禽畜精神状态好,贪吃好动,有野性,肌健毛亮,抗病能力强,对猪丹毒、猪高热症、禽霍乱等多种禽畜流行性疾病有较好的预防作用。
本发明白千层残渣生物饲料不含抗生素,减少引入对人体不利残留物,营养全面,有利于禽畜产品品质的提高,使人们真正吃到绿色生态环保安全的放心肉。
Claims (8)
1.一种白千层残渣生物饲料,其特征在于,所述白千层残渣生物饲料的原料组分及重量份数为:作物秸秆10-20份,豆粕10-20份,果皮5-10份,麦麸10-20份,玉米粉5-10份,米糠5-10份,蚯蚓粉5-10份,骨粉5-10份,白千层残渣4-8份,未熟橘子3-5份,三七3-5份,黄芪多糖3-5份,赖氨酸1-3份,蛋氨酸1-3份,食盐1-3份,复合维生素1-2份,复合矿物质1-2份,复合酶0.5-2份,复合酵母0.5-2份,复合菌0.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的白千层残渣生物饲料,其特征在于,所述复合酶包括纤维素酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶,三者的质量比为10-15:5:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的白千层残渣生物饲料,其特征在于,所述复合酵母包括生香酵母和果酒酵母,二者的质量比为5-7:3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的白千层残渣生物饲料,其特征在于,所述复合菌包括乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和双歧杆菌,三者的质量比为1-3:1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的白千层残渣生物饲料,其特征在于,所述作物秸秆为玉米秸秆、木薯秸秆、高粱秸秆和甘蔗中的任意两种或两种以上。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一所述的白千层残渣生物饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)往上述原料中加入适量水,然后用搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
(2)将混合料置于发酵罐中,在30-33℃下密封发酵3-5天,出料,得到发酵料;
(3)将发酵料投入干燥装置中,在60-65℃下干燥,得到干燥料,然后将干燥料粉碎过筛,得到白千层残渣生物饲料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的白千层残渣生物饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,水的加入量为原料重量的30-40%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的白千层残渣生物饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,将发酵料投入干燥装置中,在60-65℃下干燥至含水量低于12%,得到干燥料,然后将干燥料粉碎过60-80目筛,得到白千层残渣生物饲料。
