Detailed Description
The technical features of the technical solutions provided by the present invention are further clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments, and the scope of protection is not limited thereto.
The words "preferred", "more preferred", and the like, in the present invention refer to embodiments of the invention that may provide certain benefits, under certain circumstances. However, other embodiments may be preferred, under the same or other circumstances. Furthermore, the recitation of one or more preferred embodiments does not imply that other embodiments are not useful, nor is it intended to exclude other embodiments from the scope of the invention.
In order to solve the above technical problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides a plant growth regulating composition comprising the following components: gibberellin, forchlorfenuron, brassin and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate.
Gibberellins
Gibberellin, CAS number 77-06-5, is a widely available plant hormone. The chemical structure of the compound belongs to diterpenoid acid and is derived from a tetracyclic skeleton.
Forchlorfenuron
Forchlorfenuron with CAS number of 68157-60-8 is a phenylurea plant growth regulator.
Brassin
Brassin, also called brassinolide, has CAS number of 72962-43-7, and is a high-efficiency, broad-spectrum and nontoxic plant growth regulator.
Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate
Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, CAS number 10369-83-2, is a high energy plant growth regulator with broad spectrum and breakthrough effect.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of gibberellin, forchlorfenuron, brassin and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate is 1: (1.5-2.0): (2.2-3.4): (0.5 to 1.5).
In a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of gibberellin, forchlorfenuron, brassin and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate is 1: 1.8: 2.8: 1.
the inventor finds that in the continuous summary experiment exploration, when gibberellin, forchlorfenuron, brassin and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate are used, the weight ratio is 1: (1.5-2.0): (2.2-3.4): (0.5 to 1.5), the plant growth regulator prepared from the obtained plant growth regulating composition can effectively elongate mango fruits after being used for regulating the growth process of mangoes. The inventor believes that forchlorfenuron can promote fruit cell division on one hand, thereby being beneficial to the formation of plant fruit organs; on the other hand, the compound can inhibit the decomposition of nucleic acid protein in plant leaves, delay the leaf senescence, and improve the content of auxin in plants under the synergistic action of gibberellin, so that the effect of fruit elongation is achieved, and meanwhile, the fruits are expanded to a certain extent. But easily causes the acidification of cell walls, so that the fruit tastes peracid. After a proper amount of brassin is compounded with the brassin, the nutrient supply structure of the plant can be adjusted, and the nutrient is adjusted to be transported to fruits, so that the growth and development of the fruits are promoted, and the generation of the sour fruits is reduced; the appropriate amount of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate can further improve the activity of biological enzyme in plants, increase the content of chlorophyll, accelerate the photosynthesis speed, increase the content of organic substances such as saccharides, vitamins, amino acids and the like in fruits, ensure the taste of the fruits and effectively elongate the fruits.
The gibberellin is G4+7, purchased from Shanxi Send biochemicals Co., Ltd; the forchlorfenuron is purchased from Shaanxi Send Lange biochemical chemical engineering Co., Ltd; the brassin is purchased from Shaanxi Send Lange Biochemical engineering Co., Ltd; the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate was purchased from southern Henan Spodot agricultural technologies, Inc.
In a preferred embodiment, the composition further comprises fructosamine.
Fruit amine
Dimethoxamine, also known as clofibric acid, is chemically known as m-chlorophenoxy isopropyl acid, has a CAS number of 101-10-0, and is an aryloxyalkanoic acid plant growth regulator.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of gibberellin to fructosamine is 1: (1.0-2.0).
In a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of gibberellin to fructosamine is 1: 1.5.
the inventor further researches and discovers that when the frusemide is added on the basis, the weight ratio of the gibberellin to the frusemide is 1: (1.0-2.0), the quality of the fruit is further improved after the obtained plant growth regulator is used for regulating the growth process of the mango. The inventor believes that the probable reason is that the activity of various enzymes (such as azotase) in the plant can be effectively improved and the increase of solid content accumulation can be improved by compounding the fructicide and other components according to a certain proportion; meanwhile, the nutrient circulation system of the fruit tree is improved, the toughness of fruit stalks of the fruits is improved to a certain extent, and the fruits are prevented from falling off before being immature, so that the fruit setting rate and fruit coloring of the mangoes are improved, the sugar content of the fruits is increased, and the fruit quality is improved.
The cycarpamine was purchased from zhengzhou alpha chemical company ltd.
In a preferred embodiment, the composition further comprises thidiazuron.
Thidiazuron
Thidiazuron, also known as defoliant, CAS number 51707-55-2, is commonly used as a defoliant in cotton planting, and can promote the natural formation of the separated tissues between the petioles and the stems to shed after being absorbed by plants, thus being a good defoliant.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of gibberellin to thidiazuron is 1: (0.1-0.5).
In a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of gibberellin to thidiazuron is 1: 0.3.
in the prior art, thidiazuron is often used for cotton planting and is used as a defoliating agent, but the inventor unexpectedly discovers that the thidiazuron and gibberellin are added in a weight ratio of 1: the thidiazuron of (0.1-0.5) can effectively promote flowering and improve fruit yield. The inventor believes that under the synergistic effect of thidiazuron and other components, the transportation of inorganic nutrients in mango plants to plant leaves and fruit ends can be promoted, the transportation of organic components to mango plant root systems is hindered, flower bud differentiation and pollen tube elongation are promoted, plant pollination and fertilization are improved, and accordingly seed setting rate is improved. Too much thidiazuron can cause premature defoliation of the mango plant, which can reduce fruit quality.
The thidiazuron was purchased from sienna gaborg biotechnology limited.
In a preferred embodiment, the component further comprises naphthalene acetic acid.
Naphthylacetic acid
Naphthylacetic acid, CAS number 86-87-3, is a broad-spectrum plant growth regulator.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of gibberellin to naphthylacetic acid is 1: (2.2-2.8).
In a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of gibberellin to naphthylacetic acid is 1: 2.5.
the inventor finds that when the naphthylacetic acid is added on the basis of the above, the weight ratio of the gibberellin to the naphthylacetic acid is 1: (2.2-2.8), the fruit expansion effect can be further improved, and the fruit setting percentage and the fruit quality can be improved. The inventors speculate that the possible reason for this is that appropriate amounts of naphthylacetic acid and thidiazuron, on the one hand, slow down the growth of the plant roots by inhibiting the formation of endogenous hormones in the plant body, allowing the plant to pass from the vegetative to the reproductive growth stage; on the other hand, the plant growth regulator can also cooperate with other components to induce the plant to form adventitious roots, promote the transportation of nutrients to plant leaves and fruit ends, promote the formation of flower buds and reduce the growth of new shoots, thereby improving the inflorescence emergence rate, further improving the fruit expansion effect and improving the fruit setting rate and the fruit quality.
The naphthylacetic acid is purchased from Shanxi Senen biochemical chemical engineering Co.
In a preferred embodiment, the composition further comprises a phetamine acid.
Phenylpeptidic acids
Phenylpeptine acid, CAS number 4727-29-1, is a plant growth regulator with biological activity.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of gibberellin to phetamine is 1: (0.05-0.2).
In a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of gibberellin to phetamine acid is 1: 0.13.
the inventor further adds gibberellin in the system in a weight ratio of 1: the (0.05-0.2) phenylalanine discovers that the obtained plant growth regulator is used in the growth process of mangoes, and can effectively reduce the generation of malformed fruits while expanding and promoting flowers. The inventor believes that before the plant blooms, the combined action of the phethalanilic acid and other components can further regulate the dynamic balance of endogenous hormones of the plant and promote the root system of the plant to absorb nutrition; after blooming and in the young fruit period, multiple components such as phethalanilic acid and the like fully play respective advantages, promote flower bud differentiation, facilitate the delivery of nutrient substances to each growing point of plants, enhance the activity of plant cells and promote photosynthesis, thereby effectively reducing the generation of malformed fruits while expanding and promoting flowers.
The phenylalanine was purchased from sienna gaborenging biotechnology limited.

As examples of polysorbates, include, but are not limited to: tween-20, Tween-60 and Tween-80.
In a preferred embodiment, the osmotic agent is a mixture of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and azone.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether to the azone is 1: (0.3-0.9).
In a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether to azone is 1: 0.6.
in a preferred embodiment, the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is AEO-7.
The fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-7 has a CAS number of 68131-39-5 and is purchased from Zhengzhou alpha chemical industry Co., Ltd; the azone, CAS number 59227-89-3, was purchased from SiAnjia Bongying Biotech, Inc.
Stabilizer
The stabilizer refers to an agent capable of preventing or delaying the decomposition or deterioration of active ingredients of the preparation in the storage and transportation process.
In a preferred embodiment, the stabilizer is selected from the group consisting of 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol, dipropylene glycol, ethylene glycol, glycerol, isopropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol isoamyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, methanol, ethanol, and combinations thereof.
In a more preferred embodiment, the stabilizer is selected from the group consisting of 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol, dipropylene glycol, ethylene glycol, glycerol, isopropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol isoamyl alcohol, and combinations thereof.
In a further preferred embodiment, the stabilizer is 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol (CAS number 107-41-5).
When the product is actually applied, the inventor finds that plant regulating components such as gibberellin are sensitive, and the obtained product is low in stability and difficult to store. The inventor finds that when fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, azone and 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol serving as a stabilizing agent are added into a system in a certain proportion, the stability of the obtained product can be effectively improved, the effects of elongation, enlargement and flower promotion can be further achieved, and the fruit quality is improved. The inventor conjectures that when the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the azone in a certain proportion are aggregated in a solution to form micelles, the long-chain and short-chain staggered matching structure formed by the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the azone promotes the formation of an ordered phase in a system, and cooperates with the 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol serving as a stabilizer to effectively improve the stability of the obtained product; when the product is uniformly dispersed on the fruits and leaves of the plants, the long-chain and short-chain staggered structures can be more easily unfolded on the surfaces of the fruits and the leaves, so that the active ingredients such as gibberellin are promoted to be absorbed by the fruits and the leaves, and the corresponding effects are exerted, thereby further lengthening, enlarging, promoting the flower effect and improving the fruit quality.
