Based on the hardware structure, the invention provides various embodiments of the video conference switching method.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a video conference switching method according to a first embodiment.
A first embodiment of the present invention provides a video conference switching method, including the steps of:
step S10, when receiving a video conference switching instruction, acquiring current user information, first progress information of a current video conference and second progress information of a target video conference determined by the video conference switching instruction;
with the development of science and technology, the application of a conference form of video conference is increasingly popular. In current video conferences, only one participant is often supported to participate in a video conference during the same time period. However, in an actual video conference scene, a situation that a single video conference time span is long and the same participant needs to speak in another video conference when one video conference is not finished often occurs. If the participant wants to switch from the current video conference to the target video conference waiting for speaking, the participant needs to completely exit the current video conference and then apply for entering the target video conference. The above situation represents the technical problem of low switching efficiency between different video conferences. For example, a participant must participate in a first video conference from one to three points in the afternoon and a second video conference from two to five points on the same day, and must speak in the first video conference during a period from two to half to three points, and must speak in the second video conference during a period from two to half to two points. If the user applies to join the first video conference, the user quits the first video conference before two points, applies to join the second video conference, and quits the second video conference after the two points finish speaking in half, and applies to join the first video conference again. This series of operations is very cumbersome, requires the user to waste unnecessary waiting time, and easily causes a problem that the user misses the speaking time.
In this embodiment, to solve the above problem, the present invention provides a video conference switching method, that is, by receiving a video conference switching instruction sent by a user, that is, supporting the user to directly send a switching request in a current video conference, a limitation that the user needs to completely quit the current video conference and then perform a switching operation in the prior art is broken through; by setting the process of judging whether the current user information and the progress information of the current video conference and the target video conference meet the preset switching rule, the situation that a user misses important contents of other video conferences due to direct switching of misoperation is avoided, the fault tolerance rate of the video conference switching method is improved, and the user experience is improved; by outputting the media data of the current video conference and the target video conference, the technical limitation that the same terminal can only output the media data of the current video conference at the same time in the prior art is broken, so that the terminal can simultaneously display the contents of different video conferences, the participation efficiency of users is improved, each participatable video conference can be rapidly switched and displayed according to the selection of the users, the switching efficiency of the terminal to different video conferences is improved, and the technical problem that the switching efficiency between different video conferences is low is solved. The video conference switching method is applied to a video conference switching system on a terminal.
The video conference switching instruction is equivalent to a video conference switching request initiated to a video conference switching system of the terminal, and the initiating mode can be user mouse click or touch screen initiating, and can also be initiated by the terminal according to a preset program. The current user information at least comprises name information of the current user, identification information of the participatable video conference, a speaking time period of the participatable video conference and conference category information of the participatable video conference. The first progress information at least comprises the speaking time information of the latest participant and the important speaking identification information of the video conference currently carried out by the user. The second progress information at least comprises the speaking time information and the important speaking identification information of the latest participant of the user target switched to another video conference.
Specifically, if a user needs to participate in a video conference with a start-stop time from one point to three points in the afternoon and a speaking time from two points and half to three points on the same day, and a video conference with a start-stop time from two points to five points and a speaking time from two points to two points and half. Before the afternoon, a user sends a conference application of a video conference with the start-stop time of one to three points in the afternoon to a video conference switching system in a mobile phone, the video conference switching system judges that the current user is a participant of the video conference, a real-time picture of the video conference is displayed on a full screen of a mobile phone screen, real-time voice of communication of all participants in the currently displayed video conference is output, and the video conference is the current video conference. Near two points in the afternoon, the user is ready to participate in a video conference with a start-stop time of two to five points, i.e., the target video conference. And clicking the video conference switching option on the screen by the user through a touch screen, and selecting the option of the target video conference. And the video conference switching system receives the video conference switching instruction triggered by the user, and acquires the user information of the current user, the latest speaking time information of the participants of the current video conference and the latest speaking time information of the participants of the target video conference.
Step S20, judging whether the current user information, the first progress information and the second progress information meet a preset switching rule;
the preset switching rule can be flexibly set according to specific conditions. For example, for a situation that users need to speak in a current video conference, the preset switching rule may be set as: the current user needs to be a participant in the current video conference and the target video conference at the same time, and when the user needs to switch from the current video conference to the target video conference, the current switching time point is not in the speaking time period of the current user in the current video conference; or when the user wants to switch from the target video conference to the current video conference, the current switching time point is not in the speaking time period of the current user in the target video conference. Aiming at the situation that important persons speak in the video conference, the preset switching rule can be that the current user needs to be the participants of the current video conference and the target video conference at the same time, and when the user needs to switch from the current video conference to the target video conference, the current switching time point is not in the important speaking time period of the current video conference; or when the user wants to switch from the target video conference to the current video conference, the current switching time point is not in the important speaking time period of the target video conference. Aiming at the situation that speaking time of a user conflicts in a current video conference and a target video conference, the preset switching rule can be that the current user needs to be a participant of the current video conference and the target video conference at the same time, and a part which is overlapped with the speaking time period of the current video conference and the speaking time period of the target video conference does not exist.
In this embodiment, if the user is currently participating in the current video conference, the video conference switching system that displays the current video conference in full screen at the terminal determines whether the name of the current user in the current user information exists in the participant list of the target video conference, if not, the video conference switching system does not respond to the video conference switching instruction sent by the current user, and if so, the video conference switching system continues to determine whether an overlapped part exists between the speaking time period of the current user in the latest participant speaking time table in the first progress information and the speaking time period of the current user in the latest participant speaking time table in the second progress information.
Step S30, if the current user information, the first progress information, and the second progress information satisfy the switching rule, outputting the first media data of the current video conference and the second media data of the target video conference, so that the current user performs a corresponding operation in the target video conference or the current video conference.
The first media data at least comprises a video signal and an audio signal of the current video conference. The second media data includes at least a video signal and an audio signal of the target video conference. The output mode of the media data can be that the video signals of the current video conference and the target video conference are output in a split-screen mode, and the audio of one video conference is output based on the selection of a user; and displaying the video signal of the target video conference in a full screen mode, outputting the audio signal of the target video conference by default, and generating video conference options based on the response of the video conference switching instruction. The user can freely switch the full-screen display target video conference and the current video conference through the video conference option.
In this embodiment, after the video conference switching system determines that the current user information, the first progress information, and the second progress information satisfy the preset switching rule, the video conference switching system defaults to split-screen display the pictures of the current video conference and the target video conference, and outputs the voice signal of the target video conference. Meanwhile, the video conference switching system also generates a video conference display mode option and a conference audio option. The video conference display mode at least comprises a full-screen display target video conference mode, a full-screen display current video conference mode and a split-screen display current video conference and target video conference mode. The conference audio options include at least a target video conference audio and a current video conference audio. The user can select the corresponding option by clicking, switch the display mode and play audio of the video conference, and perform operations such as voice speaking or text comment making under the target video conference or the current video conference.
The invention provides a video conference switching method, a video conference switching device and a computer readable storage medium. The video conference switching method comprises the steps of obtaining current user information, first progress information of a current video conference and second progress information of a target video conference determined by a video conference switching instruction when the video conference switching instruction is received; judging whether the current user information, the first progress information and the second progress information meet a preset switching rule or not; and if the current user information, the first progress information and the second progress information meet the switching rule, outputting the first media data of the current video conference and the second media data of the target video conference so that the current user performs corresponding operation in the target video conference or the current video conference.
By the mode, the video conference switching instruction sent by the user is received, namely the user is supported to directly send the switching request in the current video conference, and the limitation that the user needs to completely quit the current video conference and then carry out switching operation in the prior art is broken through; by setting the process of judging whether the current user information and the progress information of the current video conference and the target video conference meet the preset switching rule, the situation that a user misses important contents of other video conferences due to direct switching of misoperation is avoided, the fault tolerance rate of the video conference switching method is improved, and the user experience is improved; by outputting the media data of the current video conference and the target video conference, the technical limitation that the same terminal can only output the media data of the current video conference at the same time in the prior art is broken, so that the terminal can simultaneously display the contents of different video conferences, the participation efficiency of users is improved, each participatable video conference can be rapidly switched and displayed according to the selection of the users, the switching efficiency of the terminal to different video conferences is improved, and the technical problem that the switching efficiency between different video conferences is low is solved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a video conference switching method according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment shown in fig. 2 described above, in the present embodiment, step S30 includes:
