As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the camera decoration assembly 10 of the present embodiment can be applied to various types of mobile terminals 100 using a camera assembly, and the mobile terminal 100 can be any terminal device having functions of communication, storage, display, and the like, such as: smart phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, electronic readers, vehicle-mounted devices, wearable devices, and the like.
In the embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the mobile terminal 100 includes a housing 20 and a camera decoration assembly 10, wherein the housing 20 has a mounting hole 21. The mobile terminal 100 of the embodiment further includes a camera assembly (not shown in the figure), which is a rear camera assembly and includes a plurality of functional elements such as a camera and a flash to implement the function of image capturing of the mobile terminal 100.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the camera head decorating assembly 10 includes a decorating member 11 and a fixing member 12. Wherein, the decoration 11 is arranged in the assembling hole 21 of the shell 20. The decoration 11 has a mounting hole 111 formed in its thickness direction, and the mounting hole 111 is used for mounting a camera module. The decoration 11 of the present embodiment is provided with a mounting location 112, and the mounting location 112 is disposed on a surface of the decoration 11 facing away from the inside of the housing 20.
The fixing member 12 includes a fixing body 121 and a fixing arm 122, and the fixing arm 122 is coupled to the fixing body 121. Wherein the fixing body 121 is fixed to an inner surface of the case 20. The fixing arm 122 is flexibly disposed on the fixing body 121 to be buckled at the mounting position 112 of the decoration 11, so as to fix the decoration 11 on the housing 20.
Through the cooperation of the decoration 11 and the fixing piece 12, the fixing arm 122 of the fixing piece 12 fixed on the inner surface of the casing 20 can be bent and buckled at the mounting position 112 of the decoration 11, and the decoration 11 can be stably fixed with the casing 20. Further, referring to fig. 3, the decoration 11 of the present embodiment is a plate material having a certain thickness, and the decoration 11 may be made of a metal material. In this embodiment, the decoration 11 has a semicircular profile at both ends and a flat profile at both sides to have a track shape as a whole and to be adapted to the shape of the fitting hole 21 of the housing 20.
The decoration 11 has a plurality of mounting holes 111, and the plurality of mounting holes 111 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the decoration 11. A set of camera assemblies is disposed in each mounting hole 111 so that the mobile terminal 100 has a plurality of cameras, thereby making an image captured by the mobile terminal 100 clearer.
In the present embodiment, the mounting locations 112 are provided in pairs and are respectively provided at the edges of the mounting holes 111 at both ends of the garnish 11. The mounting locations 112 are disposed between the mounting hole 111 at the end of the garnish 11 and the adjacent mounting hole 111, and the two mounting locations 112 are disposed opposite to each other and are both located on the center line of the garnish 11 in the width direction.
The mounting locations 112 of the present embodiment are disposed at the edges of the mounting holes 111, and the surface at the mounting locations 112 is lower than the surface of the adjacent area on the garnish 11 to form recesses at the edges of the mounting holes 111, so that the mounting locations 112 form a stepped structure.
After the fixing element 12 is fixed to the housing 20 of the mobile terminal 100, the fixing arm 122 of the fixing element 12 is bent relative to the fixing body 121 to be fastened and fixed to the recessed mounting portion 112, so that the decoration 11 is fixed to the housing 20, and the decoration 11 is prevented from falling off from the housing 20 under the action of external force.
In addition, the decoration 11 of the present embodiment is further provided with a through hole 113 penetrating in the thickness direction of the decoration, a space is provided between the through hole 113 and the mounting hole 111, and the through hole 113 is disposed outside the mounting hole 111. In the present embodiment, the decoration 11 is provided with a plurality of through holes 113 on both sides in the width direction thereof, and the plurality of through holes 113 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the decoration 11.
In the present embodiment, the through holes 113 on both sides in the width direction of the garnish 11 are symmetrical to each other. The inner edge of each via hole 113 is convexly provided with a connecting portion 1131, so that the contour of the inner periphery of the via hole 113 is concave.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixing member 12 of the present embodiment is a plate material having a certain thickness, and the fixing member 12 may be made of a metal material, such as pressed by a steel sheet.
In the present embodiment, the fixing member 12 includes a fixing body 121 and a fixing arm 122 connected to the fixing body 121. The fixing body 121 includes a fixing portion 1211 and a transition portion 1212, and the transition portion 1212 is bent and connected to the fixing portion 1211.
The fixing portion 1211 is fixed to an inner surface of the housing 20 of the mobile terminal 100, and the transition portion 1212 is bent toward the inner surface of the housing 20. The transition portions 1212 of the present embodiment are provided in pairs, and the two transition portions 1212 are provided at both ends of the fixing portion 1211 in the longitudinal direction.
The fixing portion 1211 has notches at both ends in the length direction, and the edge shape of the notch is matched with the edge shape of the mounting hole 111 at both ends of the decoration 11 near the mounting position 112. In the present embodiment, the fixing portion 1211 is opened with a through hole 1213 in its thickness direction, the through hole 1213 is disposed between the two transition portions 1212, and the through hole 1213 corresponds to the mounting hole 111 on the garnish 11.
The fixing arms 122 are provided in pairs, and the two fixing arms 122 are respectively provided at both ends of the transition portion 1212, and can be bent with respect to the transition portion 1212 so as to be approximately parallel to the fixing portion 1211. When the fixing portion 1211 is fixed on the inner surface of the housing 20, the transition portion 1212 is inserted into the mounting hole 111 at the end of the garnish 11 so that the fixing arm 122 passes through the mounting hole 111. The two fixing arms 122 are bent toward each other to be engaged with the mounting positions 112 at the edges of the mounting holes 111, so that the garnish 11 is stably fixed to the housing 20.
In addition, the fixing member 12 of the present embodiment further includes a connecting arm 123. The connecting arms 123 are connected to the fixing portion 1211 of the fixing body 121 in a bent manner, and the bending direction of the connecting arms 123 is identical to the bending direction of the transition portion 1212, i.e., the connecting arms are bent toward the garnish 11.
In the present embodiment, both sides of the width direction of the fixing portion 1211 are provided with a plurality of connection arms 123, and the plurality of connection arms 123 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the fixing portion 1211. The connecting arms 123 of the fixing part 12 are disposed corresponding to the through holes 113 of the garnish 11, and the connecting arms 123 on both sides of the fixing part 1211 in the width direction are symmetrical.
The connecting arm 123 is formed with a connecting hole 1231, and the connecting holes 1231 of the connecting arm 123 at both sides of the fixing portion 1211 correspond to each other. When the fixing portion 1211 is fixed on the inner surface of the housing 20 of the mobile terminal 100, the connecting arm 123 is correspondingly inserted into the through hole 113 of the decoration 11, so as to achieve the positioning and assembling of the fixing member 12 and the decoration 11.
After the fixing element 12 and the decoration element 11 are positioned, the connecting portions 1131 in the through holes 113 are clamped and fixed in the corresponding connecting holes 1231 of the connecting arms 123, so that the decoration element 11 is fixed relative to the fixing element 12, thereby ensuring that the decoration element 11 and the fixing element 12 are stably connected, and further ensuring that the decoration element 11 is stably fixed on the housing 20.
When the mobile terminal 100 of this embodiment is assembled, the decoration 11 is first positioned and inserted into the assembly hole 21 of the housing 20, and then the fixing element 12 is fixed on the inner surface of the housing 20, so that the connecting arm 123 is correspondingly inserted into the through hole 113 of the decoration 11, and thus the through hole 1213 of the fixing element 12 corresponds to the mounting hole 111 of the decoration 11, and the periphery of the fixing element 12 corresponds to the corresponding area of the decoration 11.
The connecting arm 123 is inserted into the through hole 113, and the connecting portion 1131 inside the through hole 113 is correspondingly clamped in the connecting hole 1231 of the connecting arm 123. Meanwhile, the fixing arms 122 at both ends of the fixing body 121 pass through the mounting holes 111, and the fixing arms 122 are bent with respect to the fixing body 121 to be engaged with the mounting positions 112 of the decoration 11, thereby stably fixing the decoration 11 on the housing 20. The buckling installation can be completed by the assembling jig, and the fixing can be manually realized. After the decoration 11 is assembled, the camera assembly is correspondingly installed and fixed in the installation hole 111 of the decoration 11.
With the camera decoration assembly 10 and the mobile terminal 100 of the present embodiment, the fixing arm 122 of the fixing element 12 fixed on the inner surface of the housing 20 can be bent and buckled at the mounting position 112 of the decoration 11 by the cooperation of the decoration 11 and the fixing element 12, so that the decoration 11 can be stably fixed with the housing 20. When receiving external force and assaulting, under the lock effort of fixed arm 122, can prevent effectively that decoration 11 from deviating from on by casing 20, guarantee decoration 11 and casing 20's assembly strength, ensure that the camera subassembly can stable installation, promote user's use and experience. Meanwhile, dispensing operation is not needed during assembly of the decoration 11, the assembly process of the decoration 11 can be simplified, the assembly period is shortened, and the production cost of the mobile terminal 100 is effectively reduced. In addition, the fixing element 12 is disposed inside the housing 20, and the bending of the fixing arm 122 is buckled to ensure that the decoration 11 is stably assembled on the housing 20, thereby avoiding affecting the appearance of the housing 20 and ensuring the overall aesthetic property of the mobile terminal 100.

the decoration piece is used for being arranged on a shell of the mobile terminal in a penetrating mode, a penetrating mounting hole is formed in the thickness direction of the decoration piece, and the mounting hole is used for mounting a camera assembly of the mobile terminal; the decorating part is provided with a mounting position, and the mounting position is arranged on the surface of the decorating part, which is deviated from the interior of the shell;
the fixing piece comprises a fixing body and a fixing arm connected with the fixing body, and the fixing body is used for being fixed on the inner surface of the shell; the fixing arm is arranged on the fixing body in a bending way so as to be buckled at the installation position of the decorating part in a bending way, and the decorating part is fixed on the shell.
2. The camera trim assembly of claim 1, wherein the mounting body includes a mounting portion and a transition portion foldably connected to the mounting portion, the mounting arm being foldably connected to an end of the transition portion.

The camera decorating assembly according to claim 1, wherein the decorating member further has a through hole extending therethrough in a thickness direction thereof, the through hole is spaced apart from the mounting hole, and a connecting portion is convexly provided at an inner side edge of the through hole;
the fixing piece also comprises a connecting arm, the connecting arm is arranged on the fixing body, and a connecting hole is formed in the connecting arm; the connecting arm is bent towards the direction close to the decorating part so as to penetrate through the through hole, and the connecting part is clamped and fixed in the connecting hole.

The camera decorating assembly of claim 3, wherein a plurality of the through holes are formed on both sides of the decorating member in the width direction, the through holes are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the decorating member, and the through holes are arranged outside the mounting holes.

The camera decorating assembly of claim 4, wherein a plurality of the connecting arms are arranged on both sides of the width direction of the fixing body, the connecting arms are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the fixing body, and the connecting arms are arranged corresponding to the through holes.
