Electronic terminal products which are visible everywhere in daily life, such as mobile phones, computers, tablet computers, digital televisions and the like, display images or characters through display screens, wherein flexible folding screens are the display products which are developed most rapidly in recent years, and are widely applied to various electronic terminal products due to the excellent characteristics of flexibility, long service life, high resolution and the like. The flexible folding screen comprises a flexible display panel and a flexible cover plate attached to the surface of the flexible display panel to protect the flexible display panel, and the surface of the flexible cover plate is in direct contact with the external environment. Sufficient stiffness is generally required for the flexible cover, however, when the flexible folding screen is bent, a large amount of stress is often concentrated, causing cracks in the flexible cover, while the stiffness requirement is met.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a flexible cover plate and a flexible display screen, so as to solve the problem that cracks easily occur in the flexible cover plate during the bending process of the flexible display screen in the prior art.

According to the flexible cover plate and the flexible display screen provided by the invention, the first filling hole is formed in the first hardened layer, and the first filling hole is filled with the material with the hardness smaller than that of the first hardened part, so that the releasing capacity of the flexible cover plate on bending stress is improved by using the filling material, and the risk of cracks generated due to bending is reduced. Meanwhile, as the cracks mainly appear in the first hardened layer, the arrangement of the first filling material in the first hardened layer is more targeted and the probability of the cracks appearing can be reduced compared with the arrangement of the first filling material in the base material layer.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The inventor researches and discovers that the existing flexible cover plate can meet the requirement of hardness by increasing the thickness of a hardened layer in the flexible cover plate. With the increase of the thickness of the hardened layer, when the flexible display panel is bent, a large amount of stress is concentrated in the hardened layer, causing cracks. It can be seen that cracks in the flexible cover plate occur mostly in the hardened layer.
Based on the above findings, the present invention provides a flexible cover plate, and fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of a flexible cover plate according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the flexible cover plate 10 includes a base material layer 11 and a hardened layer 12 stacked on the first base material layer 11, the hardened layer 12 includes a first filling hole 121 and a first hardened portion 122, the first filling hole 121 is filled with a first filling material, and the hardness of the first filling material is less than that of the first hardened portion 122.
The first filling holes 121 refer to a spatial region surrounded by the first hardened portion 122, and the spatial region may be regular or irregular. The first filling holes 121 may be disposed only in a specific region of the flexible cover 10, for example, a region corresponding to a bending region of a flexible display screen to be formed later (hereinafter, referred to as a bending region), or may be randomly distributed on the entire flexible cover 10.
The substrate layer 11 is a flexible transparent substrate layer, and the material forming the substrate layer 11 includes polyimide, polyethylene terephthalate, polymethyl methacrylate, polyurethane, and the like.
The material for forming the first hardened portion 122 includes any one of silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, and metal. The first filling material is a transparent Optical adhesive, such as an aqueous Clear Resin (OCR), an Optical Clear Resin (OCA), an Ultraviolet curable adhesive (UV), and the like.
According to the flexible cover provided by the present embodiment, the first filling hole 121 is provided in the first hardened layer 12, and the first filling hole 121 is filled with a material having a hardness smaller than that of the first hardened portion 122, so that the releasing capability of the flexible cover to bending stress is improved by the filling material, thereby reducing the risk of cracks due to bending. At the same time, the softer first filler material may also provide resilient support for the harder first hardened portion 122, thereby making the structure of the entire hardened layer 12 more stable. Furthermore, since cracks occur mainly in the first hardened layer 12, providing the first filler material 121 in the first hardened layer 12 is more targeted and reduces the probability of cracks occurring more than providing the first filler material in the base material layer 11.
Fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional structural diagram of a flexible cover plate according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the first filling holes 221 in the first cured layer 22 are blind holes that do not penetrate through the first cured layer 22, that is, the orthographic projection of the first cured layer 22 on the base layer 21 covers the base layer 21, and the corresponding cured layer 22 is present at any position on the base layer 21.
In this case, as shown in fig. 2, it is equivalent to divide the first hardened layer 22 into two layers stacked one on top of the other, the upper layer 2201 includes the softer first filler material region and the harder first hardened portion, and the lower layer 2202 includes only the harder first hardened portion, so that it is possible to provide sufficient supporting force with the lower layer 2202 and secure the ability to release bending stress with the upper layer 2201.

As can be seen from fig. 3a and 3b, taking the flexible cover plate 20 shown in fig. 2 as an example, the flexible cover plate 30 further includes a bending line L on the basis of the flexible cover plate 20, and the first filling holes 321 and the first hard parts 322 are alternately arranged along a direction perpendicular to the bending line L, where the bending line L is located in a region where the first filling holes 321 are located.
The bending line L is a central axis of the flexible display screen formed subsequently when the flexible display screen is bent. The first filling holes 321 and the first hard parts 322 are alternately arranged in a direction perpendicular to the bending line L, that is, the hard layers 32 are alternately arranged in a form of soft material regions and hard material regions in a direction perpendicular to the bending line L, and the soft material regions and the hard material regions are respectively parallel to the bending line L.
In this case, by setting the hardened layer 32 below the bending line L as a soft material region, that is, by setting the orthographic projection of the bending line L to fall into the first filling hole 321, when bending the flexible cover plate 30, it is equivalent to bending the soft material region alone, and on the one hand, based on the characteristics of the soft material region itself, the stress generated by bending can be reduced; on the other hand, the bending of the contact surface of the soft material area and the hard material area can be avoided, and the stress generated by bending can be reduced; on the other hand, the transverse cracks can also be cut by means of the contact surface of the soft material area and the hard material area.
Fig. 4a is a schematic cross-sectional structure view of a flexible cover according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4b is a schematic top-view structure view of the flexible cover shown in fig. 4 a. As can be seen from fig. 4a and 4b, in the hardened layer 42 of the flexible cover 40, the width of the first filling hole 421 gradually decreases and the width of the first hardened portion 422 gradually increases toward both sides with the bending line L as the center.
When the flexible cover 40 is bent, the bending stress tends to decrease from the bending line L to both sides. Therefore, the stress relief capability of the flexible cover can be improved by the structural arrangement in which the width of the first filling hole 421 is gradually decreased and the width of the first hardened portion 422 is gradually increased from the bending line L toward both sides.
Fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view illustrating a flexible cover according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the flexible cover plate 50 further includes a second hardened layer 53 stacked on the first hardened layer 52, the second hardened layer 53 including a second filling hole 531 filled with a second filling material and a second hardened portion 532, and the hardness of the second filling material is less than that of the second hardened portion 532.
The first and second filling materials are the same or different, and the material of the first hardened portion 522 and the material of the second hardened portion 532 are the same or different.
The first hardened layer 52 and the second hardened layer 53 may be the same or different in structure. For example, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the first hardened layer 52 and the second hardened layer 53 have the same structure. Specifically, each of the first hardened layers 52 and the second hardened layers 53 has the structure of the first hardened layer 22 shown in fig. 2, that is, the first filling holes 521 and the first hardened portions 522 in the first hardened layer 52 are alternately arranged in a direction perpendicular to a bend line L in the region where the first filling holes 521 are located; the second filling holes 531 and the second hardened portions 532 in the second hardened layer 53 are alternately arranged in a direction perpendicular to a bending line L in a region where the second filling holes 531 are located.
It is to be understood that the number of hardened layers given in the present embodiment is merely exemplary, and the number of hardened layers may be arbitrary.
According to the flexible cover plate provided by the embodiment, the supporting capacity and the stress buffering capacity of the flexible cover plate are further improved by arranging at least two hardened layers.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, an orthographic projection of the second filling hole 531 on the first hardened layer 52 is located within the first hardened portion 531, and an orthographic projection of the first filling hole 521 on the second hardened layer 53 is located within the second hardened portion 532. In this way, it is possible to ensure that the entire hardened layer is formed in a direction parallel to the base material layer 51, so that the hardness requirement is satisfied everywhere on the flexible substrate. For example, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the first hardened portion 522 and the second hardened portion 532 overlap each other in the vertical direction, that is, both the left and right sides of the second hardened portion 532 contact the first hardened portion 522.
Further, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the first filling hole 521 is a through hole penetrating the first hardened layer 52 in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the base material layer 51; and/or the second filling hole 531 is a through hole penetrating the second hardened layer 53 in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the base material layer 51. Under two-layer upper and lower two-layer sclerosis layer mutually support and form the prerequisite of whole layer sclerosis layer above substrate layer 51, through set up the through-hole in first sclerosis layer 52 and/or second sclerosis layer 53, can improve the buffer capacity of flexible apron to bending stress as far as possible.

As shown in fig. 6, the flexible cover sheet 60 includes a first base material layer 61, a hardened layer 62, and a second base material layer 63, which are sequentially stacked. The first base material layer 61 and the second base material layer 63 are formed of the same or different materials. The specific structure of the hardened layer 62 can adopt the structure of the hardened layer in the flexible cover plate provided in any of the above embodiments, and will not be described herein.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the flexible cover plate, and fig. 7 is a flow chart of the preparation method of the flexible cover plate according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 7, a method 700 for preparing a flexible cover sheet includes:
