Abstract

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a plastic coated steel wire rope comprises an inner core material 1, an outer periphery steel wire strand 3 and a fastening ring body 2; a plurality of clamping ring grooves 11 are arranged on the outer side of the periphery of the inner core material 1 from top to bottom; the clamping ring grooves 11 are respectively sleeved with a fastening ring body 2; the outer sides of the periphery of the inner core material 1 are respectively sleeved with a plurality of fastening ring bodies 2 from top to bottom; the fastening ring body 2 is made of elastic material; the periphery of the fastening ring body 2 protrudes out of the periphery of the inner core material 1; a plurality of peripheral steel wire strands 3 are twisted on the outer sides of the plurality of fastening ring bodies 2 on the outer sides of the periphery of the inner core material 1; a floating gap 14 is reserved between the inner side of the peripheral steel wire strand 3 and the outer side of the inner core material 1; a longitudinal guide hole 13 is axially arranged in the middle of the inner core material 1; the two sides of the longitudinal guide hole 13 from top to bottom are respectively and uniformly provided with a transverse guide hole 12; the transverse guide hole 21 is positioned between the adjacent clamping ring grooves 11 on the inner core material 1; the transverse guide holes 12 extend to the peripheral edges of the inner core material 1; the outer side of the peripheral steel wire strand 3 is coated with a plastic coating.

5. The plastic coated steel wire rope according to claim 1, wherein a polytetrafluoroethylene coating is provided on the outside of the fastening ring body.
6. The plastic coated steel wire rope according to claim 1, wherein the inner core material is made of PE material.
7. The plastic coated steel wire rope according to claim 1, wherein the peripheral steel strand has a structure in which a single inner core and a plurality of peripheral steel wires are twisted.
