As shown in fig. 4, the inner side walls of the two oppositely arranged bottom beams 121 are respectively provided with two lower supporting seats 122, the two lower supporting seats 122 are arranged at intervals along the front-rear direction, and the lower supporting seats 122 are arranged near the end parts of the bottom beams 121.
Correspondingly, the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30 is provided with two second lower connection seats 312, wherein the two second lower connection seats 312 are positioned at the left lower portion of the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30, the other two lower connection seats 216 are positioned at the right lower portion of the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30, one end of the lower vibration damping member 71 is hinged with the lower support seat 122, and the other end of the lower vibration damping member 71 is hinged with the second lower connection seats 312, so that the lower vibration damping member 71 is obliquely arranged relative to the up-down direction, and the stability of the second drum laundry treating module 30 is ensured.
In some embodiments, the lower connection assembly 60 includes at least two lower connection members 61 disposed opposite to each other, one end of the lower connection member 61 is connected to the connection beam 14, and the other end of the lower connection member 61 is connected to the second drum laundry treating module 30, not only ensuring the installation reliability and stability of the second drum laundry treating module 30, but also having a vibration reduction effect, reducing the vibration or displacement of the laundry treating device 100 when in operation, and reducing the operation noise.
In some examples, the connecting beam 14 has a first lower coupling hole 1402, the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30 has a second lower coupling hole 301, and the lower coupling member 61 is formed as a second elastic coupling member, one end of which is coupled with the first lower coupling hole 1402 and the other end of which is coupled with the second lower coupling hole 301, and the structure is simple and the connection is convenient.
As shown in fig. 4, two oppositely disposed connecting beams 14 (e.g., the first connecting beam 141 and the second connecting beam 142) are provided with one first lower fitting hole 1402, respectively.
Correspondingly, the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30 is provided with two second upper connection seats 311, wherein one second upper connection seat 311 is located at the left upper portion of the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30, the other second upper connection seat 311 is located at the right upper portion of the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30, each second upper connection seat 311 is provided with a second lower fitting hole 301, one end of the lower connection piece 61 is fitted with the first lower fitting hole 1402, and the other end of the lower connection piece 61 is fitted with the second lower fitting hole 301, so that the lower connection piece 61 is obliquely arranged relative to the up-down direction, and stability of the second drum laundry treating module 30 is further ensured.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the first drum laundry treatment module 20 comprises a rotatable first inner tub 22 and the second drum laundry treatment module 30 comprises a rotatable second inner tub 32.
The rotation direction of the first inner tub 22 in the dehydrating state of the first drum laundry treating module 20 is opposite to the rotation direction of the second inner tub 32 in the dehydrating state of the second drum laundry treating module 30. The first and second drum laundry treating modules 20 and 30 may be simultaneously brought into a dehydrating state, or may be brought into a dehydrating state at different periods of time, respectively.
According to the laundry treating apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the rotation direction of the first inner tub 22 in the dehydrated state of the first drum laundry treating module 20 is controlled to be opposite to the rotation direction of the second inner tub 32 in the dehydrated state of the second drum laundry treating module 30, so that the acting force on the support frame 10 when the first inner tub 22 rotates and the acting force on the support frame 10 when the second inner tub 32 rotates can be offset from each other, damage to the support frame 10 due to long-time use can be avoided, and the service life of the laundry treating apparatus 100 can be prolonged.
In some embodiments, the support frame 10 includes a square base 12, four vertical beams 13 extending upward from four corners of the square base 12, respectively, and a square connection frame 11 connected to the lower end of each vertical beam 13 and the square base 12, and the square connection frame 11 is connected to the upper ends of the four vertical beams 13.
As shown in fig. 1, four vertical beams 13 are respectively a first vertical beam 131, a second vertical beam 132, a third vertical beam 133 and a fourth vertical beam 134, the first vertical beam 131, the second vertical beam 132, the third vertical beam 133 and the fourth vertical beam 134 respectively extend along the up-down direction, the upper ends of the first vertical beam 131, the second vertical beam 132, the third vertical beam 133 and the fourth vertical beam 134 are all connected with the square connecting frame 11, and the lower ends of the first vertical beam 131, the second vertical beam 132, the third vertical beam 133 and the fourth vertical beam 134 are all connected with the base 12, so that the whole structure is convenient to connect and stable in structure.
In some examples, the support frame 10 further includes a plurality of connecting beams 14, and the middle parts of two adjacent vertical beams 13 are connected with two ends of the connecting beams 14, so that the structural strength of the support frame 10 is further improved, and the structural stability of the support frame 10 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, according to some embodiments of the present invention, a lower portion of a first laundry treatment module has a drain assembly 23, and an upper portion of a second laundry treatment module has a drying tunnel assembly 33, the drain assembly 23 being disposed spaced apart from a terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33.
According to the laundry treating apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by arranging the drain assembly 23 and the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 at intervals, the influence of the first laundry treating module on the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 during draining is avoided, and the first laundry treating module and the second laundry treating module can be ensured to work safely and normally, respectively.
In some embodiments, drain assembly 23 is spaced apart from terminal 331 of drying tunnel assembly 33 in a horizontal direction to prevent drain assembly 23 from affecting terminal 331 of drying tunnel assembly 33 when water leaks.
In some embodiments, the support frame 10 includes a square base 12, four vertical beams 13, and a square connector 11, one of the drain assembly 23 and the terminal 331 being adjacent to the vertical beam 13 on the left side, and the other of the drain assembly 23 and the terminal 331 being adjacent to the vertical beam 13 on the right side.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the four vertical beams 13 are a first vertical beam 131, a second vertical beam 132, a third vertical beam 133 and a fourth vertical beam 134, respectively, the lower end of the first vertical beam 131 is connected with the left front portion of the square base 12 and the upper end is connected with the left front portion of the square connecting frame 11, the lower end of the second vertical beam 132 is connected with the right front portion of the square base 12 and the upper end is connected with the right front portion of the square connecting frame 11, the lower end of the third vertical beam 133 is connected with the left rear portion of the square base 12 and the upper end is connected with the left rear portion of the square connecting frame 11, and the fourth vertical beam 134 is connected with the right rear portion of the square base 12 and the upper end is connected with the right rear portion of the square connecting frame 11.
Further, the drain assembly 23 is disposed adjacent to the first and third vertical beams 131 and 133, and the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 is disposed adjacent to the second and fourth vertical beams 132 and 134, so that the drain assembly 23 is spaced apart from the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 in the left-right direction, avoiding the drain assembly 23 from affecting the terminal 331.
In some examples, the first laundry treating module includes a first outer tub 21 and a first inner tub 22, the first inner tub 22 is provided in the first outer tub 21, a drain opening is provided at a lower portion of the first outer tub 21, and the drain assembly 23 includes a drain pipe 231, one end of the drain pipe 231 communicates with the drain opening of the first outer tub 21, thereby draining water in the first outer tub 21.
In some examples, the drain assembly 23 further includes a pneumatic conduit 232, one end of the pneumatic conduit 232 being in communication with the drain pipe 231, thereby enabling water level control within the first laundry treating module.
In some examples, the drain assembly 23 further includes a heating cavity 233, the heating cavity 233 is disposed at a lower portion of the first outer tub 21, the heating cavity 233 is integrally formed with the first outer tub 21, a drain opening is disposed on the heating cavity 233, and one end of the drain pipe 231 is communicated with the drain opening on the heating cavity 233. The heating cavity 233 serves to heat water flowing into the inside thereof, i.e., the heating cavity 233 may heat water located therein according to a program setting.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the second laundry treating module includes a second outer tub 31 and a second inner tub 32, the second inner tub 32 being provided in the second outer tub 31, a drying tunnel assembly 33 being in communication with the second outer tub 31, the drying tunnel assembly 33 for heating air discharged from the second outer tub 31 and delivering the heated air into the second outer tub 31, thereby drying laundry in the second inner tub 32.
As shown in fig. 7-10, according to some embodiments of the present invention, drain assembly 23 includes a heating cavity 233, at least a portion of heating cavity 233 being staggered from drying tunnel assembly 33 in the up-down direction and in the horizontal direction.
According to the laundry treating apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, at least a portion of the heating cavity 233 and the drying tunnel assembly 33 are staggered in the up-down direction and the horizontal direction, so that the heating cavity 233 and the drying tunnel assembly 33 can be prevented from interfering with each other during operation of the laundry treating apparatus 100, which is advantageous for reducing the height of the laundry treating apparatus 100, and thus the laundry treating apparatus 100 can be miniaturized.
In some embodiments, the drying tunnel assembly 33 is located in the middle of the upper portion of the second laundry treatment module, and the heating cavity 233 is offset relative to the middle of the lower portion of the first laundry treatment module.
For example, the heating cavity 233 may be disposed at a left portion of a lower portion of the first laundry treating module, i.e., a projection of the heating cavity 233 at a horizontal plane passing through a center axis of the first laundry treating module is located at a left side of the center axis of the first laundry treating module. For another example, the heating cavity 233 may be disposed at a right portion of the lower portion of the first laundry treating module, i.e., a projection of the heating cavity 233 at a horizontal plane passing through the center axis of the first laundry treating module is located at a right side of the center axis of the first laundry treating module.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 10, the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to other embodiments of the present invention includes a support frame 10 and a first laundry treating module, the support frame 10 defining a receiving space, the first laundry treating module being disposed in the receiving space, and the first laundry treating module being coupled with the support frame 10. In the description of the invention, a "first feature" may include one or more of such features.
Wherein the first laundry treating module includes an outer tub (first outer tub 21 shown in fig. 1) extending in a horizontal direction, the outer tub including a first tub 211 and a second tub 212, the first tub 211 and the second tub 212 being arranged in an axial direction of the outer tub (front-rear direction shown in fig. 1 and 10), the first tub 211 and the second tub 212 being connected by a plurality of fastening members 214, any one of the fastening members 214 being lower than a highest point of the outer tub.
According to the laundry treating apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by setting any one of the fastening members 214 to be lower than the highest point of the tub, it is advantageous to lower the height of the tub of the first laundry treating module, thereby lowering the height of the laundry treating apparatus 100, and achieving miniaturization of the laundry treating apparatus 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of fasteners 214 are provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer tub, ensuring connection reliability and sealability of the first tub 211 and the second tub 212 in the circumferential direction.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the rear end of the first tub 211 is closed to form the tub bottom of the outer tub, the front end of the first tub 211 has a first opening, the front end of the second tub 212 has an opening to form the open opening of the outer tub, and the rear end of the second tub 212 has a second opening, i.e., the first tub 211 has a first opening opened toward the second tub 212, and the second tub 212 has a second opening opened toward the first tub 211.
Further, the outer peripheral wall of the first barrel 211 is provided with a plurality of first lugs 2111, the plurality of first lugs 2111 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first opening, the outer peripheral wall of the second barrel 212 is provided with a plurality of second lugs 2121, the plurality of second lugs 2121 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second opening, the plurality of first lugs 2111 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of second lugs 2121, and the plurality of first lugs 2111 are correspondingly connected through a plurality of fasteners 214, so that the tight connection between the first barrel 211 and the second barrel 212 is realized.
In some examples, the heights of the first and second lugs 2111 and 2121 are not higher than the highest point of the tub, which is advantageous for lowering the height of the tub of the first laundry treating module, thereby lowering the height of the laundry treating device 100.
As shown in fig. 6, in some examples, any two adjacent first lugs 2111 are connected by a first connecting rib 2112, the first connecting rib 2112 extends along the circumference of the first opening, any two adjacent second lugs 2121 are connected by a second connecting rib 2122, and the second connecting rib 2122 extends along the circumference of the second opening, so that not only the structural strength of the first lugs 2111 and the second lugs 2121 can be ensured, but also the contact area of the first barrel 211 and the second barrel 212 can be increased, and the connection tightness of the first barrel 211 and the second barrel 212 can be further improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the highest point of the tub has a relief platform 213, and any one of the fasteners 214 has a height lower than the relief platform 213. Therefore, by arranging the avoidance platform 213, namely, on the basis of not influencing the structural strength of the outer tub of the first laundry treatment module, the top of the outer tub of the first laundry treatment module is subjected to the flattening treatment, which is beneficial to reducing the height of the outer tub of the first laundry treatment module, thereby reducing the height of the laundry treatment device 100 and realizing the miniaturization of the laundry treatment device 100.
In some embodiments, the first tub 211 has a first connection rib 2112 extending along a circumferential direction thereof, the second tub 212 has a second connection rib 2122 extending along a circumferential direction thereof, and the avoidance platform 213 is provided at the first connection rib 2112 and/or the second connection rib 2122 located at the top of the outer tub, i.e., the first connection rib 2112 and the second connection rib 2122 located at the top of the outer tub are flattened, which is advantageous in reducing the height of the outer tub of the first laundry treating module, thereby reducing the height of the laundry treating apparatus 100, and achieving miniaturization of the laundry treating apparatus 100.
In some embodiments, the first laundry treating module is hung on the upper portion of the support frame 10 by the upper connection assembly 40, and the upper connection assembly 40 is connected with the first tub 211 and the second tub 212.
Specifically, the upper connection assembly 40 includes a plurality of upper connection members 41 arranged at intervals, at least one upper connection member 41 is connected with the upper portion of the support frame 10 and the first tub 211, and at least one upper connection member 41 is connected with the upper portion of the support frame 10 and the second tub 212, ensuring the installation reliability and stability of the first laundry treating module.
In some embodiments, the support frame 10 includes a connecting beam 14 at a central portion, and the first laundry treating module is supported to the support frame 10 by an upper vibration damping assembly 50, wherein the upper vibration damping assembly 50 includes at least two oppositely disposed upper vibration damping members 51, each upper vibration damping member 51 being connected to the connecting beam 14 and the first laundry treating module, respectively.
Specifically, the axial length of the first tub 211 is greater than that of the second tub 212, and the upper vibration damping member 51 is formed as an upper vibration damping rod, one end of which is connected to the connection beam 14 and the other end of which is connected to the first tub 211, not only can a vibration damping effect be achieved, but also the smoothness of the first laundry treating module can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the first laundry treatment module further comprises an inner drum rotatably disposed within the outer tub.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a second laundry treating module provided in the accommodating space and connected to the support frame 10, the second laundry treating module being located below the first laundry treating module. The second clothes treatment module can be a clothes washing module or a clothes drying module.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "length", "width", "thickness", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "axial", "radial", "circumferential", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings are merely for convenience in describing the present invention and to simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Other constructions and operations of the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (11)

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a support frame defining an accommodation space;
the first clothes treatment module is arranged in the accommodating space and connected with the supporting frame, the first clothes treatment module comprises an outer barrel extending along the horizontal direction, the outer barrel comprises a first barrel part and a second barrel part which are axially arranged along the outer barrel, the first barrel part and the second barrel part are connected through a plurality of fastening pieces, and the fastening pieces are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer barrel;
the second clothes treatment module is arranged in the accommodating space and connected with the supporting frame, and the second clothes treatment module is positioned below the first clothes treatment module;
a drain assembly is arranged at the lower part of the first clothes treatment module, a drying tunnel assembly is arranged at the upper part of the second clothes treatment module, and the drain assembly and a wiring terminal of the drying tunnel assembly are arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction;
the support frame comprises a square base, four vertical beams and a square connecting frame, wherein the four vertical beams extend upwards from four corners of the square base respectively, the lower end of each vertical beam is connected with the square base, and the square connecting frame is connected with the upper ends of the four vertical beams;
one of the drain assembly and the terminal is adjacent to the vertical beam on the left side, and the other of the drain assembly and the terminal is adjacent to the vertical beam on the right side;
the first laundry treatment module comprises a rotatable first inner drum, and the second laundry treatment module comprises a rotatable second inner drum;
the rotation direction of the first inner cylinder in the dehydrating state of the first clothes treating module is opposite to the rotation direction of the second inner cylinder in the dehydrating state of the second clothes treating module.
2. The laundry treatment apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first tub has a first opening open to the second tub, the second tub has a second opening open to the first tub,
the outer circumferential wall of the first barrel is provided with a plurality of first lugs which are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first opening, the outer circumferential wall of the second barrel is provided with a plurality of second lugs which are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second opening, and the first lugs and the second lugs are correspondingly connected through a plurality of fasteners.
3. The laundry treating device according to claim 2, wherein the height of the first and second lugs is not higher than the highest point of the tub.
4. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that any adjacent two of the first lugs are connected by a first connecting rib extending in the circumferential direction of the first opening; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
any two adjacent second lugs are connected through a second connecting rib, and the second connecting rib extends along the circumferential direction of the second opening.
5. The laundry treating device according to claim 1, wherein the highest point of the tub has a avoidance platform, and the height of any one of the fasteners is lower than the avoidance platform.
6. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the first tub part has a first connection rib extending along a circumferential direction thereof, the second tub part has a second connection rib extending along a circumferential direction thereof, and the avoidance platform is provided at the first connection rib and/or the second connection rib at a top of the outer tub.
7. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first laundry treating module is hung on an upper portion of the supporting frame through an upper connection assembly, and the upper connection assembly is connected with the first tub and the second tub.
8. The laundry treating device according to claim 7, wherein the upper connection assembly comprises a plurality of upper connection members arranged at intervals, at least one of the upper connection members having one end connected to the upper portion of the support frame and the other end connected to the first tub, and at least one of the upper connection members having one end connected to the upper portion of the support frame and the other end connected to the second tub.
9. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the support frame comprises a connecting beam in the middle, the first laundry treatment module is supported to the support frame by an upper vibration damping assembly,
the upper vibration reduction assembly comprises at least two upper vibration reduction pieces which are arranged oppositely, one end of each upper vibration reduction piece is connected with the connecting cross beam, and the other end of each upper vibration reduction piece is connected with the first clothes treatment module.
10. The laundry treating device according to claim 9, wherein the axial length of the first tub is greater than the axial length of the second tub, the upper damper is formed as an upper damper rod, one end of which is hinged with the connecting beam and the other end of which is hinged with the first tub.
11. The laundry treatment apparatus of any one of claims 1-10, wherein the first inner drum is rotatably disposed within the outer tub.
