本发明是一种适用于机械钻头的高性能材料,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%碳纤维,10~35%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,1~10%青铜粉,0~3%精铁粉,0~2.5%环氧树脂,5~20%纳米硫酸钙,10~20%氟橡胶,30~60%催化剂,通过本方法制备的产品,具有强度高、耐磨性好的特点;钻头材料在满足所有API标准的力学性能的基础上,抗疲劳性能得到提高,疲劳寿命得到延长。

本发明公开了一种适用于机械钻头的高性能材料。
背景技术
钻头是一般钻子或钻挖机器所采用的切割工具,以切割出圆形的孔洞,钻头的基本原理是使钻头切边旋转、切削工件、再由钻槽进行排除钻屑,现有的技术中,钻头的使用寿命普遍较短,现有钻头的耐磨性能不足,经常会出现折断或磨损的现象。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种适用于机械钻头的高性能材料,具有强度高、耐磨性好的特点;钻头材料在满足所有API标准的力学性能的基础上,抗疲劳性能得到提高,疲劳寿命得到延长。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种适用于机械钻头的高性能材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%碳纤维,10~35%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,1~10%青铜粉, 0~3%精铁粉,0~2.5%环氧树脂,5~20%纳米硫酸钙,10~20%氟橡胶,30~60%催化剂。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,具有强度高、耐磨性好的特点;钻头材料在满足所有API标准的力学性能的基础上,抗疲劳性能得到提高,疲劳寿命得到延长。

一种适用于机械钻头的高性能材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%碳纤维,10%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,1%青铜粉,1%精铁粉,1%环氧树脂,5%纳米硫酸钙,10%氟橡胶,30%催化剂,此时钻头的强度不足,容易出现折断的现象。
实施例2
一种适用于机械钻头的高性能材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%碳纤维,35%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,10%青铜粉,3%精铁粉,2.5%环氧树脂,20%纳米硫酸钙,20%氟橡胶,60%催化剂,此时不能满足所有API标准的力学性能。
实施例3
一种适用于机械钻头的高性能材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%碳纤维,23%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,5%青铜粉, 1.5%精铁粉,1.25%环氧树脂,13%纳米硫酸钙,15%氟橡胶,45%催化剂,此时具有强度高、耐磨性好的特点;钻头材料在满足所有API标准的力学性能的基础上,抗疲劳性能得到提高,疲劳寿命得到延长。

1.一种适用于机械钻头的高性能材料,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%碳纤维,10~35%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,1~10%青铜粉,0~3%精铁粉,0~2.5%环氧树脂,5~20%纳米硫酸钙,10~20%氟橡胶,30~60%催化剂。
