Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mechanical device, in particular to an oil-water separation device and application thereof.
Background
With the increase of national economy, the catering industry develops rapidly, and the amount of waste water discharged is larger and larger. The waste water contains animal and vegetable oil with high concentration and a large amount of solid suspended matters, so that the waste water becomes an important water pollution source, and the treatment of oily waste water in catering industry can not only protect the ecological environment, but also reduce the burden of urban sewage treatment stations, thereby having obvious environmental benefit and economic benefit. The oily wastewater in the catering industry has high pollution content, and the main pollutants are animal and vegetable oil, chemical oxygen consumption, suspended matters and the like. At present, the application of the detergent in the catering industry leads oil to float in water in an emulsified state, thereby greatly increasing the value of chemical oxygen consumption in water, which generally reaches thousands of mg/L; secondly, the oil and the detergent have small specific gravity, so that the oil and the detergent are bonded with the suspended matters of the wastewater and are not easy to settle; in addition, the situation that the sewer is blocked to discharge oily water is very common. Therefore, animal and vegetable oil is a key pollutant, and the reduction of the oil content in the oily wastewater in the catering industry has direct influence on the reduction of the chemical oxygen demand and suspended matters. The use of the detergent makes the oil in the oily wastewater in the catering industry emulsified, the oil-water separation is difficult to be carried out in a common oil separation tank, the emulsified oil needs to be demulsified, and meanwhile, the animal and vegetable oil is white paste at normal temperature, so that the pipeline is easy to block during the oil-water separation, and the wastewater treatment is difficult. The oily wastewater in the catering industry has the following hazards: worsen water quality and harm aquatic resources; the health of human body is harmed; pollute the atmosphere, influence crops production, natural landscape, clean natural water source. Because the catering wastewater has complex components and high organic matter content, if the wastewater is discharged into a municipal pipe network without treatment, the pipe network is easy to block and the treatment pressure of a sewage treatment plant is increased.
Therefore, the treatment of the restaurant wastewater reaching the standard has important practical significance.

The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways, and its several details are capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
EXAMPLE 1 oil-Water separation apparatus
The oil-water separation device specifically comprises a water collection system, the water collection system comprises an oil-water separation chamber 1 and a slag scraper 2, the oil-water separation chamber is an open container, and the slag scraper 1 is arranged at the opening of the oil-water separation chamber 1 and used for collecting oil stains floating on the water surface in the oil-water separation chamber. The oil-water separation chamber is integrally hexahedron and has an open hexahedron structure. The length of the oil-water separation chamber is 2.5m, the width of the oil-water separation chamber is 1m, the height of the oil-water separation chamber is 1.3m, the general volume of the oil-water separation chamber is about 2.5 cubic meters, and the oil-water separation chamber can be made of metal materials.
In one embodiment, the slag scraper may be a caterpillar multi-scraper type slag scraper (e.g., GZJ-0.55, N ═ 0.55 kw). The slag scraper is commercially available.
And an oil stain collecting tank 6 is arranged on one side of the oil-water separation chamber of the slag scraper and is used for collecting oil stain particles scraped by the slag scraper. The slag scraper generally comprises a slag scraper motor 201 and a crawler belt, a plurality of scraping plates are arranged on the crawler belt, and the slag scraper motor drives the crawler belt to rotate so as to drive the scraping plates to move back and forth. Generally, the oil stain collecting tank 6 and a scraper of the slag scraper are positioned at the same horizontal height, and the scraped oil stains are collected into the oil stain collecting tank 6 by the back-and-forth movement of the scraper.
The side wall of the oil-water separation chamber is externally provided with a pressure dissolved air tank 3 and an air pressure pump 4, and the air pressure pump 4 is communicated with the pressure dissolved air tank 3 in a fluid mode. The sewage is pressurized by an air pressure pump 4 and then enters a pressure dissolved air tank 3 to be decompressed. The air pressurizing pump and the pressure dissolved air tank are commercially available. In one embodiment, the diameter of the pressure dissolved air tank is 0.3m, the flow application range is 1-2 tons/hour, the pressure application range is 1-3 kilograms, and the height is 0.5 m; the flow rate of the air pressurizing pump is 2 tons/hour, and the lift is 40 meters.

The oil separation adjusting tank is arranged for separating and removing partial solid garbage, balancing water quality and adjusting water quantity, and a pre-aeration system is arranged at the bottom of the adjusting tank. Because the oil content in the restaurant wastewater is very high, before the effluent of the regulating reservoir enters the oil-water separation device, PAC is added in front of the oil-water separation device, after pressurization-pressure release, the flocculated mixed solution flows into the oil-water separation chamber, countless fine supersaturated gases are suddenly released by pressure reduction and float on the water surface in combination with alum blossom and suspended substances in water to form floating slag (oil sludge), the floating slag (oil sludge) is periodically scraped by a slag scraper, the floating slag (oil sludge) is discharged into a waste oil concentration tank along a pipeline, and the floating slag (oil sludge) is filled into a plastic barrel through a lift pump and is subjected to specialized treatment. The wastewater after the separation and removal of the pollutants automatically flows (is pumped) into a municipal sewage pipe network.
