Abstract
The invention discloses a power assembly suspension device of a tracked vehicle, which comprises an engine bracket, a generator bracket, an engine connecting bracket, an engine suspension cushion, a generator suspension cushion, an engine vehicle body auxiliary seat and a generator vehicle body auxiliary seat, wherein the engine bracket is fixedly connected with the generator bracket; the engine bracket and the engine connecting bracket are connected through an engine suspension cushion to form an engine suspension assembly; the generator support is connected with the generator suspension cushion to form a generator suspension assembly; the engine connecting support is used for installing the engine suspension assemblies on two sides of the engine respectively, and the generator support is used for installing the generator suspension assemblies on two sides of the generator; when the power assembly is hoisted, the power assembly is positioned and installed by utilizing the engine bracket and the engine body auxiliary seat, and the power assembly is fixedly installed on the vehicle body by utilizing the engine body auxiliary seat and the generator body auxiliary seat. The invention enhances the rigidity of the vehicle body installation part on the basis of ensuring the vibration reduction and isolation performance of the suspension system and simplifies the hoisting operation steps of the power assembly.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle suspension, in particular to a power assembly suspension device of a tracked vehicle.
Background
The powertrain suspension system is mainly used for supporting the powertrain, isolating vibration between the powertrain and a vehicle body and limiting displacement of the powertrain, generally comprises a suspension bracket and a suspension cushion, is mounted on a vehicle frame, and is commonly used in the vehicle industry. For the tracked vehicle, the power assembly needs to be installed on the plane of a bottom deck of the vehicle, and is fastened and installed through bolts on the outer side of the deck, so that the alignment of installation holes is difficult when the power assembly is hoisted, the installation time and the installation efficiency are greatly influenced, and the structural rigidity of the bottom deck is lower, so that the vibration isolation performance of a power assembly suspension system is influenced.

In view of the above, the invention provides a suspension device for a power assembly of a tracked vehicle, which can enhance the rigidity of a vehicle body installation part on the basis of ensuring the vibration damping and vibration isolation performance of a suspension system, simplify the operation steps in the hoisting process of the power assembly of the tracked vehicle, and meet the requirements of system arrangement and use.
A power assembly suspension device of a tracked vehicle comprises an engine support, a generator support, an engine connecting support, an engine suspension cushion, a generator suspension cushion, an engine vehicle body auxiliary seat and a generator vehicle body auxiliary seat;
the engine support and the engine connecting support are connected through the engine suspension cushion to form an engine suspension assembly; the generator support is connected with the generator suspension soft cushion to form a generator suspension assembly; the engine connecting bracket is used for installing the engine suspension assembly at the mounting holes on the two sides of the engine respectively, and the generator bracket is used for installing the generator suspension assembly at the mounting holes on the two sides of the generator; when the power assembly is hoisted, the power assembly is positioned and installed by utilizing the engine bracket and the engine body auxiliary seat, and the power assembly is fixedly installed on the vehicle body by utilizing the engine body auxiliary seat and the generator body auxiliary seat.
Furthermore, the engine support is formed by welding a top plate, a support body, a bottom plate and a positioning column; the top plate is provided with a suspension mounting hole I, and the suspension mounting hole I is used for connecting an engine suspension cushion; the positioning column is located below the bottom plate and used for being matched with a positioning hole in an auxiliary seat of the engine body to achieve a positioning function.
Furthermore, the generator support is formed by welding a vertical plate, a rib plate, an inclined support and a transverse plate; the vertical plate is provided with a generator mounting hole; a suspension mounting hole II is formed in the transverse plate and used for being connected with a generator suspension cushion; the suspension mounting hole II is a threaded hole.
Furthermore, the engine connecting support is formed by welding an engine mounting plate, reinforcing ribs, a connecting plate and a suspension mounting plate, wherein the engine mounting plate and the suspension mounting plate are respectively positioned at two ends of the connecting plate; be provided with the engine mounting hole on the engine mounting panel, be provided with suspension mounting hole III on the suspension mounting panel, suspension mounting hole III is used for connecting the engine suspension cushion.

2. The invention has simple structure, light weight and easy manufacture; the assembly is easy, the stability is good, and the device is suitable for mounting different types of power devices. On the premise of ensuring that the power assembly suspension device meets the use condition requirements of the tracked vehicle, the vibration isolation and service life requirements can be realized.

The device comprises an engine support 1, a generator support 2, an engine connecting support 3, an engine suspension cushion 4, a generator suspension cushion 5, an engine body accessory seat 6 and a generator body accessory seat 7.
Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a power train suspension device for a tracked vehicle, which comprises a pair of engine suspension assemblies and corresponding engine vehicle body attachment seats 6, a pair of generator suspension assemblies and corresponding generator vehicle body attachment seats 7; the engine suspension assembly comprises an engine bracket 1, an engine connecting bracket 3 and an engine suspension cushion 4; the engine support 1 and the engine connecting support 3 are connected with nuts through the engine suspension cushion 4 by bolts to form an engine suspension assembly.
The generator suspension assembly comprises a generator support 2 and a generator suspension cushion 5, and the generator support 2 and the generator suspension cushion 5 are connected through bolts to form the generator suspension assembly.
The engine suspension assemblies are respectively arranged at the mounting holes at the two sides of the engine through the engine connecting bracket 3 by using bolts; mounting the generator suspension assembly at mounting holes at two sides of the generator through the generator bracket 2 by using bolts; when the power assembly is hoisted, as shown in the attached figure 7, the power assembly is quickly positioned and installed by utilizing the engine bracket 1 and the engine body attached seat 6, and the power assembly is fixedly installed on a vehicle body by utilizing bolts through the engine body attached seat 6 and the generator body attached seat 7.
As shown in fig. 2, the engine bracket 1 is formed by welding a top plate 11, a supporting body 12, a bottom plate 13 and a positioning column 14; a suspension mounting hole I102 is formed in the top plate 101 and used for being connected with an engine suspension cushion 5; the positioning column is located below the bottom plate 13, and the positioning column 14 is used for realizing a positioning function by matching with a positioning hole on the engine body auxiliary seat 6.
As shown in fig. 3, the generator bracket 2 is formed by welding a vertical plate 21, a rib plate 22, an inclined support 23 and a transverse plate 25; a generator mounting hole 201 is formed in the vertical plate 21; a suspension mounting hole II 202 is formed in the transverse plate 24; the suspension mounting hole II 202 is a threaded hole.
As shown in fig. 4, the engine connecting bracket 3 is formed by welding an engine mounting plate 31, a reinforcing rib 32, a connecting plate 33 and a suspension mounting plate 34; an engine mounting hole 301 is formed in the engine mounting plate 31; a suspension mounting hole iii 302 is provided on the suspension mounting plate 34.
As shown in fig. 5, the bottom and the top of the engine body auxiliary seat 6 are respectively provided with a counter bore and a positioning hole, and the counter bore and the positioning hole are communicated through a through hole. The counter bores at the tops of the engine body auxiliary seats 6 are used for mounting and positioning the power assembly, and the counter bores at the tops of the two engine body auxiliary seats 6 are matched with a positioning pin shaft at the bottom of the engine connecting support 3 to enable the power to be quickly in place. The two engine body auxiliary seats 6 are used, so that the positioning and the installation are simpler, more convenient and faster. The mounting bolt passes through the through hole from the bottom of the engine body auxiliary seat 6 and is connected to the engine support, and the counter bore at the bottom of the engine body auxiliary seat 6 prevents the mounting bolt from exceeding the outer surface of the bottom of the engine body and preventing collision. And a subsequent cover plate and a waterproof structure are installed on the vehicle body.
As shown in fig. 6, the bottom of the generator body attachment seat 7 has a counter bore, and the counter bore is penetrated through a through hole with the upper end surface of the generator body attachment seat 7. The functions of the counter bores and the through holes are consistent with those of the counter bores and the through holes on the engine body auxiliary seat 6.

1. A power assembly suspension device of a tracked vehicle is characterized by comprising an engine bracket, a generator bracket, an engine connecting bracket, an engine suspension cushion, a generator suspension cushion, an engine vehicle body auxiliary seat and a generator vehicle body auxiliary seat;
the engine support and the engine connecting support are connected through the engine suspension cushion to form an engine suspension assembly; the generator support is connected with the generator suspension soft cushion to form a generator suspension assembly; the engine connecting bracket is used for installing the engine suspension assembly at the mounting holes on the two sides of the engine respectively, and the generator bracket is used for installing the generator suspension assembly at the mounting holes on the two sides of the generator; when the power assembly is hoisted, the power assembly is positioned and installed by utilizing the engine bracket and the engine body auxiliary seat, and the power assembly is fixedly installed on the vehicle body by utilizing the engine body auxiliary seat and the generator body auxiliary seat.

The tracked vehicle powertrain suspension of claim 1, wherein said engine mount is formed by welding a top plate, a support body, a bottom plate and a locating post; the top plate is provided with a suspension mounting hole I, and the suspension mounting hole I is used for connecting an engine suspension cushion; the positioning column is located below the bottom plate and used for being matched with a positioning hole in an auxiliary seat of the engine body to achieve a positioning function.

The tracked vehicle powertrain suspension of claim 1 or 2, wherein the generator support is formed by welding a vertical plate, a rib plate, an inclined support and a transverse plate; the vertical plate is provided with a generator mounting hole; a suspension mounting hole II is formed in the transverse plate and used for being connected with a generator suspension cushion; the suspension mounting hole II is a threaded hole.

The tracked vehicle powertrain mounting arrangement of claim 3, wherein the engine attachment bracket is welded from an engine mounting plate, a stiffener, a web, and a suspension mounting plate, the engine mounting plate and the suspension mounting plate being located at respective ends of the web; be provided with the engine mounting hole on the engine mounting panel, be provided with suspension mounting hole III on the suspension mounting panel, suspension mounting hole III is used for connecting the engine suspension cushion.
5. The tracked vehicle powertrain mount of claim 4, wherein the engine body attachment has a counterbore and a locating hole in the bottom and top, respectively, the counterbore and the locating hole being pierced by the through hole.
6. The tracked vehicle powertrain mount of claim 5, wherein the generator body appendage has a counterbore in a bottom portion thereof that intersects an upper end surface of the generator body appendage through a via.
