The working principle of the invention is as follows: fixing an aluminum alloy part on a workbench for processing operation, pumping cooling water out of a water tank by a water pump, conveying the cooling water to a spray head through a connecting pipe for spraying, spraying the cooling water on the aluminum alloy part by the spray head for cooling, wherein sewage after cooling the aluminum alloy part flows to the workbench, blocking the sewage by a coaming, preventing the sewage from flowing out of the table top of the workbench, flowing to the right side of a filter screen in the water tank through a drain pipe inserted on the coaming, filtering the sewage on the right side of the filter screen in the water tank to flow to the left side of the baffle after accumulating to the upper side of the overflow baffle, and facilitating the extraction and use of the water pump, so that impurities filtered by the filter screen are precipitated at the bottom of the water tank on the right side of; after long-time filtration and blockage of meshes of the filter screen, the fixing frame is pulled out from the slot to replace the new filter screen.
After adopting the structure, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The working principle of the specific embodiment is as follows: the aluminum alloy piece is fixed on the worktable 1 for processing operation, the water pump 4 pumps cooling water out of the water tank 3, and is conveyed to a spray head through a connecting pipe 5 to be sprayed out, the spray head sprays cooling water on the aluminum alloy piece to cool, the sewage after the temperature of the aluminum alloy part is reduced flows to the workbench 1, the enclosing plate 8-1 blocks the sewage to prevent the sewage from flowing out of the table surface of the workbench 1, the sewage flows to the right side of the filter screen 7-5 in the water tank 3 through the water drain pipe 8-2 inserted on the enclosing plate 8-1, the sewage on the right side of the filter screen 7-5 in the water tank 3 is accumulated to the upper side of the overflow baffle 7-1, filtered by the filter screen 7-5 and flows to the left side of the baffle 7-1, thereby being convenient for the water pump 4 to pump and use, the impurities filtered by the filter screen 7-5 are precipitated at the bottom of the water tank 3 at the right side of the baffle 7-1 by the circulation; after the long-time filtration and the blockage of the meshes of the filter screen 7-5, the fixing frame 7-4 is drawn out from the slot 7-2 to replace the new filter screen 7-5.
