Background
Cardiovascular interventional therapy is a novel technology for diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases, and by injecting media such as contrast media into blood vessels through a syringe, the heart and large blood vessel cavities are easy to observe under the irradiation of X-rays, so that the cardiovascular disease diagnosis is facilitated.
However, most current interventional syringes for cardiovascular therapy have several problems:
firstly, contrast medium pushed by the injector is viscous and can remain on the inner wall of the injection tube after use, so that the injection tube is not easy to clean;
secondly, because the contrast medium is thick, and the medium needs to be pushed into the patient at a uniform speed, when the nursing staff pushes, the injector is inconvenient to control, and the patient may be damaged.
We have therefore proposed an interventional injector for cardiovascular therapy that is easy to clean, in order to solve the problems set out above.

The invention aims to provide an intervention injector for cardiovascular treatment, which is convenient to clean and aims to solve the problems that the injector in the prior market is not easy to clean and inconvenient to inject patients at a constant speed, which are provided by the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an intervention injector convenient to clean for cardiovascular treatment comprises a fixing frame, a connecting plate and a fixing plate, wherein a push rod is arranged on the fixing frame, a threaded rod is connected onto the push rod, a fixing sleeve rod is fixed onto the threaded rod, a piston is arranged on the fixing sleeve rod, the piston is arranged in an injection tube, the injection tube is fixed onto the fixing frame, the connecting plate is arranged on the fixing sleeve rod, a first circular gear is arranged on the connecting plate, the connecting plate is arranged on a limiting rod, a scraping rod is fixed onto the first circular gear and arranged in the injection tube, a second circular gear is connected onto the first circular gear, a first conical gear is arranged on the threaded rod, a second conical gear is connected onto the first conical gear, a worm is fixed onto the second conical gear, a worm wheel is connected onto the worm, and a fixing shaft is arranged on the worm wheel, and a connecting spring is fixed on the fixed shaft, a second circular gear is arranged on the connecting spring, a limiting rod is installed on the fixing frame and fixed on the fixing plate, the fixing plate is installed in the fixing frame, the threaded rod is arranged on the fixing plate, the fixed shaft is fixed on the fixing plate, and an injection needle is arranged on the injection tube.
Preferably, the threaded rod is in threaded connection with the fixed sleeve rod, the fixed sleeve rod is fixed at the central part of the connecting plate, and the length of the fixed sleeve rod is equal to that of the threaded rod.
Preferably, the first circular gear and the scraping rod are of an integrated structure, the first circular gear and the fixed sleeve rod are located on the same central line, and the distance between the scraping rods is equal to the diameter of the injection tube.
Preferably, the worm is connected with the fixing frame through a shaft, the worm is in meshed connection with the worm wheel, and the height of the worm is equal to that of the worm wheel.
Preferably, the fixed shaft and the connecting spring are welded, and the distance from the fixed shaft to the fixed frame is greater than the radius of the worm wheel.
Preferably, the limiting rods are equidistantly distributed on two sides of the connecting plate, the limiting rods are in sliding connection with the connecting plate, and the length of each limiting rod is larger than that of the corresponding fixing sleeve.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the intervention injector for cardiovascular treatment, which is convenient to clean;
(1) the injector is provided with the fixed loop bar, when a patient needs to be injected with a contrast medium, after a nursing staff inserts the injection needle into the blood vessel of the patient, the fixed loop bar moves downwards at a constant speed under the action of the threaded rod by rotating the push rod at a constant speed, so that the piston can push the contrast medium in the injection tube at a constant speed, and under the action of the limiting rod, the connecting plate can ensure the stable working effect of the fixed loop bar on the threaded rod, thereby increasing the use safety of the injector;
(2) the injector is provided with a worm wheel, the first bevel gear can drive the second bevel gear to rotate under the action of the threaded rod, the worm wheel can drive the fixed shaft to rotate under the rotation of the worm, and the first circular gear can be further driven to rotate under the action of the second circular gear, so that the scraping rod can be cleaned in the injection tube, and the use diversity of the injector is increased;
(3) this injector is provided with scrapes the pole, and under the effect of second circular gear, first circular gear can drive and scrape the pole and rotate, when fixed loop bar downstream, under the effect of connecting plate, scrapes the pole downstream when the pivoted, can clear away adnexed contrast medium in the syringe, has improved the use high efficiency of injector.

The first circular gear 8 and the scraping rod 9 are of an integrated structure, the first circular gear 8 and the fixed sleeve rod 4 are located on the same central line, the distance between the scraping rods 9 is equal to the diameter of the injection tube 6, and the stability of the connection state between the first circular gear 8 and the scraping rod 9 can be guaranteed.
The worm 12 is connected with the fixed frame 1 through a shaft, the worm 12 is connected with the worm wheel 13 through meshing, the height of the worm 12 is equal to that of the worm wheel 13, and the stable working state of the worm 12 on the fixed frame 1 can be guaranteed.
The fixed shaft 14 and the connecting spring 15 are welded, and the distance from the fixed shaft 14 to the fixed frame 1 is larger than the radius of the worm wheel 13, so that the adverse effect of the fixed frame 1 on the fixed shaft 14 can be effectively avoided, and the use safety of the injector is improved.
Gag lever post 17 equidistance distributes in the both sides of connecting plate 7, and is sliding connection between gag lever post 17 and the connecting plate 7 to the length of gag lever post 17 is greater than the length of fixed loop bar 4, can guarantee the stable working effect of connecting plate 7 on gag lever post 17, has improved the use high efficiency of injector.
The working principle is as follows: when the intervention injector for cardiovascular treatment convenient to clean is used, firstly, the injection tube 6 used by the injector is made of glass, scales are arranged on the injection tube 6, the injection needle 19 is a detachable needle, and before the injector is used, the overall condition of the injector needs to be checked firstly to determine that the injector can work normally;
when a patient needs to be injected with a contrast medium, referring to fig. 1, after a nursing staff inserts an injection needle 19 into a blood vessel of the patient, a piston 5 can push the contrast medium in an injection tube 6 at a constant speed by rotating a push rod 2 at a constant speed and moving a fixed loop bar 4 downwards at a constant speed under the action of a threaded rod 3, and a connecting plate 7 can ensure that the fixed loop bar 4 rotates on the threaded rod 3 at a constant speed stably under the action of a limiting rod 17;
when the threaded rod 3 rotates, with reference to fig. 2 and 4, the first bevel gear 10 can drive the second bevel gear 11 to rotate, with rotation of the worm 12, the worm wheel 13 can drive the fixed shaft 14 to rotate, and with action of the second circular gear 16, the first circular gear 8 can be further driven to rotate, with reference to fig. 3 and 5, the first circular gear 8 can drive the scraping rod 9 to rotate, and with downward movement of the fixed sleeve rod 4, the scraping rod 9 rotates and moves downward simultaneously with the connection plate 7, so that contrast media attached to the inner wall of the injection tube 6 can be effectively removed, which is the working process of the whole device, and what is not described in detail in this specification, such as the injection tube 6, the worm wheel 13 and the connection spring 15, are well known in the prior art by those skilled in the art.
