The effective components of the ginseng processed by the method can fully enter the mixed solution 2.
Further, after the treatment of the step (3), immersing the facial mask paper into the mixed solution 2 containing the ginseng again, dispersing the mixed solution 2 into the facial mask paper, and sealing and storing to obtain the ginseng facial mask.

The skin care composition provided by the invention has the effects of whitening, lightening spots, increasing skin nutrition, preventing skin dehydration and hardening and enhancing the oxidation resistance of the skin. Moreover, the skin care composition has no irritation to human facial skin and no damage to skin.

Example 1
Preparing antioxidant moisturizing solvent, whitening and freckle removing solvent and ginseng. The antioxidant water replenishing solvent comprises 1 part of methyl propylene glycol, 0.1 part of carbomer, 0.01 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.1 part of menthone, 0.05 part of pullulan and 70 parts of water; the whitening and freckle-removing solvent comprises 0.5 part of erythritol, 1 part of trehalose, 0.5 part of babassu seed oil glyceryl polyether-8 esters, 0.05 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.5 part of methyl propylene glycol, 0.02 part of mint leaf extract, 0.02 part of geranium extract, 0.02 part of chamomile extract, 0.02 part of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.02 part of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 0.06 part of arginine ferulate, 0.5 part of taurine, 0.05 part of glutathione, 0.05 part of tranexamic acid, 0.01 part of potassium methoxysalicylate, 1 part of nicotinamide, 0.1 part of D-panthenol, 0.05 part of butanediol, 0.025 part of caprylyl hydroxamic acid and 0.05 part of triethanolamine; the ginseng accounts for 5 parts by weight.
The method comprises the following steps: (1) fully stirring and uniformly mixing the antioxidant water replenishing solvent to obtain a mixed solution 1; (2) adding the whitening and freckle-removing solvent into the mixed solution 1, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution 2; (3) the ginseng is dehydrated and then immersed in the mixed solution 2. Making into skin care composition.
Example 2
Preparing antioxidant moisturizing solvent, whitening and freckle removing solvent and ginseng. The antioxidant water replenishing solvent comprises 10 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.5 part of carbomer, 0.2 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.5 part of menthone, 0.3 part of pullulan and 90 parts of water; the whitening and freckle-removing solvent comprises 3 parts of erythritol, 3 parts of trehalose, 3 parts of babassu seed oil glyceryl polyether-8 esters, 3 parts of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 3 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.2 part of mint leaf extract, 0.2 part of pelargonium graveolens extract, 0.2 part of chamomile extract, 0.2 part of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.2 part of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 0.6 part of arginine ferulate, 3 parts of taurine, 0.3 part of glutathione, 0.3 part of tranexamic acid, 0.03 part of potassium methoxysalicylate, 4 parts of nicotinamide, 1 part of D panthenol, 0.5 part of butanediol, 0.25 part of caprylyl hydroxamic acid and 0.3 part of triethanolamine; the weight portion of the ginseng is 15 portions.
The method comprises the following steps: (1) fully stirring and uniformly mixing the antioxidant water replenishing solvent to obtain a mixed solution 1; (2) adding the whitening and freckle-removing solvent into the mixed solution 1, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution 2; (3) the ginseng is dehydrated and then immersed in the mixed solution 2. Making into skin care composition.
Example 3
Preparing antioxidant moisturizing solvent, whitening and freckle removing solvent and ginseng. The antioxidant water replenishing solvent comprises 5 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.25 part of carbomer, 0.1 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.3 part of carissone, 0.2 part of pullulan and 80 parts of water; the whitening and freckle-removing solvent comprises 1.5 parts of erythritol, 2 parts of trehalose, 1.5 parts of babassu seed oil glyceryl polyether-8 esters, 1.5 parts of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 1.5 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.1 part of mint leaf extract, 0.1 part of geranium extract, 0.1 part of chamomile extract, 0.1 part of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.1 part of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 0.3 part of arginine ferulate, 1.5 parts of taurine, 0.15 part of glutathione, 0.15 part of tranexamic acid, 0.15 part of potassium methoxysalicylate, 3 parts of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of D-panthenol, 0.25 part of butanediol, 0.15 part of caprylyl hydroxamic acid and 0.15 part of triethanolamine; the weight portion of the ginseng is 12 portions (about 8-12cm young ginseng).
The method comprises the following steps: (1) fully stirring and uniformly mixing the antioxidant water replenishing solvent, heating to 80-85 ℃, and preserving heat for 20-40 minutes to obtain a mixed solution 1; (2) cooling the mixed solution 1 to 40-50 ℃, adding the whitening and freckle-removing solvent into the mixed solution 1, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution 2; (3) before the ginseng is dehydrated, the ginseng is firstly added into a salt or potassium permanganate solution for cleaning, then is scalded and washed by water at 80-100 ℃, is placed under the environment of minus 15-25 ℃ for quick freezing, and then is soaked into the mixed solution 2 by keeping 60-80% of water in a vacuum dehydration mode. Making into skin care composition.
Comparative example 1
Preparing an antioxidant moisturizing solvent and a whitening and freckle removing solvent. The antioxidant water replenishing solvent comprises 5 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.25 part of carbomer, 0.1 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.3 part of menthone and 80 parts of water; the whitening and freckle-removing solvent comprises 2 parts of trehalose, 1.5 parts of babassu seed oil glyceryl polyether-8 esters, 1.5 parts of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 1.5 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.1 part of mint leaf extract, 0.1 part of pelargonium graveolens extract, 0.1 part of golden chamomile extract, 0.1 part of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.1 part of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 0.3 part of arginine ferulate, 1.5 parts of taurine, 0.15 part of glutathione, 0.15 part of potassium methoxysalicylate, 3 parts of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of D panthenol, 0.25 part of butanediol, 0.15 part of caprylyl hydroxamic acid and 0.15 part of triethanolamine.
The method comprises the following steps: (1) fully stirring and uniformly mixing the antioxidant water replenishing solvent, heating to 80-85 ℃, and preserving heat for 20-40 minutes to obtain a mixed solution 1; (2) cooling the mixed solution 1 to 40-50 ℃, adding the whitening and freckle-removing solvent into the mixed solution 1, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution 2; the skin care composition is obtained.
In the above examples of the present invention and comparative example 1, the mass per 1 part is specifically 5 g.

Group C20 consumers tested the skin care composition of example 3, 95% of the consumers considered the skin care composition to have whitening effect, and 96% of the consumers considered the composition to be capable of spot lightening. After being tried by 95 percent of customers, the skin oxidation resistance is obviously enhanced. The composition is considered by 99% of consumers to have a moisturizing effect, and the skin care composition is considered by 98% of consumers to be capable of supplying skin nutrition.
Group D20 consumers after testing the skin care composition of comparative example 1, 30% of the consumers considered the skin care composition to have whitening effect and 39% of the consumers considered the composition to be capable of spot lightening. After being tried by 43 percent of customers, the antioxidant capacity of the skin is obviously enhanced. 61% of consumers believe the composition has a moisturizing effect and 43% of consumers believe the skin care composition is capable of providing skin nutrition. Compared to example 3, comparative example 1 does not add pullulan, erythritol, tranexamic acid, and ginseng, so that the skin care composition provided in comparative example 1 has significantly reduced whitening, spot-lightening, antioxidant, moisturizing, and skin nutrition supplementing effects.
Comparing A, B, C, D the improvement of the skin on the back of four groups of consumers who applied the skin care composition, example 3 provided the skin care composition with the best whitening, spot lightening, antioxidant, moisturizing, and skin nourishing effects. The effect of example 2 is superior to that of example 1. The effect of example 1 is superior to that of comparative example 1.
Therefore, the skin care composition provided by the invention has the effects of whitening, lightening spots, preventing skin dehydration and hardening, enhancing the oxidation resistance, supplementing skin nutrition and the like. In addition, pullulan, erythritol, tranexamic acid and ginseng have important effects on the skin care composition to play the effects of whitening, lightening spots, resisting oxidation, moisturizing and supplementing skin nutrition.

the antioxidant water-supplementing solvent comprises, by weight, 1-10 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.1-0.5 part of carbomer, 0.01-0.2 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.1-0.5 part of menthone, 0.05-0.3 part of pullulan and 70-90 parts of water; the whitening and freckle-removing solvent comprises 0.5-3 parts of erythritol, 1-3 parts of trehalose, 0.5-3 parts of babassu seed oil glyceryl polyether-8 esters, 0.05-3 parts of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.5-3 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.02-0.2 part of mint leaf extract, 0.02-0.2 part of pelargonium graveolens extract, 0.02-0.2 part of golden chamomile extract, 0.02-0.2 part of sophora flavescens root extract and 0.02-0.2 part of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 0.06-0.6 part of arginine ferulate, 0.5-3 parts of taurine, 0.05-0.3 part of glutathione, 0.05-0.3 part of tranexamic acid, 0.01-0.03 part of potassium methoxysalicylate, 1-4 parts of nicotinamide, 0.1-1 part of D panthenol, 0.05-0.5 part of butanediol, 0.025-0.25 part of caprylyl hydroximic acid and 0.05-0.3 part of triethanolamine; the ginseng accounts for 5-15 parts by weight.

The skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant hydrating solvent comprises, by weight, 3-7 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.1-0.2 parts of carbomer, 0.04-0.08 parts of sclerotium rolfsii, 0.1-0.3 parts of menthone, 0.05-0.15 parts of pullulan and 80-90 parts of water; the whitening and freckle-removing solvent comprises 0.5-1.5 parts of erythrose, 1.5-2.5 parts of trehalose, 0.5-1.5 parts of babassu seed oil glyceryl polyether-8 esters, 0.05-0.15 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.5-1.5 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.05-0.1 part of mint leaf extract, 0.05-0.1 part of geranium extract, 0.05-0.1 part of golden chamomile extract, 0.05-0.1 part of sophora flavescens root extract and 0.05-0.1 part of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 0.1-0.4 part of arginine ferulate, 1-2 parts of taurine, 0.1-0.2 part of glutathione, 0.1-0.2 part of tranexamic acid, 0.015-0.02 part of potassium methoxysalicylate, 2-3 parts of nicotinamide, 0.25-0.75 part of D-panthenol, 0.1-0.3 part of butanediol, 0.05-0.15 part of caprylyl hydroximic acid and 0.05-0.21 part of triethanolamine; the weight portion of the ginseng is 8 to 15 portions.
3. The skin care composition of claim 3, wherein the ginseng is fresh ginseng, each fresh ginseng having a length of 8-12 cm.

A method of preparing a skin care composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 comprising the steps of: (1) fully stirring and uniformly mixing the antioxidant water replenishing solvent to obtain a mixed solution 1; (2) adding the whitening and freckle-removing solvent into the mixed solution 1, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution 2; (3) and (3) dehydrating the ginseng, and soaking the dehydrated ginseng into the mixed solution 2 to obtain the skin care composition.
5. A method of preparing a skin care composition according to claim 4, characterized in that: the step (1) specifically comprises:
and (3) fully stirring and uniformly mixing the antioxidant water replenishing solvent, heating to 80-85 ℃, and preserving heat for 20-40 minutes to obtain a mixed solution 1.
6. A method of preparing a skin care composition according to claim 5, characterized in that: the step (2) specifically comprises:
and cooling the mixed solution 1 to 40-50 ℃, adding the whitening and freckle-removing solvent into the mixed solution 1, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution 2.
7. A method of preparing a skin care composition according to claim 6, characterized in that: in the step (3), before the ginseng is dehydrated, the method further comprises:
adding Ginseng radix into salt or potassium permanganate solution, washing, scalding with 80-100 deg.C water, quickly freezing at-15-25 deg.C, and vacuum dehydrating to retain 60-80% of water.
8. A method of preparing a skin care composition according to claims 4-7 characterized in that: after the step (3), further comprising:
and (3) immersing the facial mask paper into the mixed solution 2 containing the ginseng to disperse the mixed solution 2 into the facial mask paper, and sealing and storing to obtain the ginseng facial mask.
