Description

Foundation cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical industry, in particular to foundation cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The emulsion cosmetic mainly comprises two systems of 0/W type and W/O type. As is well known, the W/O type body system has good antibacterial performance and beautiful appearance, and the performance makes the W/O type body system more applied to cream products such as foundation cream and the like. However, at the same time the W/O type systems have some inherent disadvantages: a very high oil phase is required, and a refreshing formula cannot be easily prepared; in addition, wax macromolecular grease is mostly required to be added as an external phase to increase the viscosity of the emulsion and improve the stability of the emulsion, so that the skin feel of the product is poor, the stability of the formula is greatly influenced by the change of temperature, and the regulation and control difficulty of the formula design is greater than that of an O/W system. For example, most of the prior foundation cream products form a continuous closed oil film on the skin through a wax macromolecular grease external phase and then by combining with lipophilic titanium dioxide added into the product, so as to achieve the purposes of resisting water and sweat. However, the skin feel of the product is not refreshing enough due to poor air permeability of the oil film, so that the product always gives a sticky feeling, and the sealing property is too strong, so that sweat is easily discharged from pores of the substrate, and the oil film is impacted from the bottom layer, thereby causing the adverse effects of 'makeup' and 'powder removal'.
At present, a large amount of studies have not been made on W/O type systems in which wax-based macromolecular oils and fats are not added as an external phase. Further development is still needed on how to select a proper emulsifier for the W/O type emulsifying system so as to obtain a foundation cream formula which has good stability, no greasy feeling, good water resistance and difficult sweating and make up.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention aims to provide foundation cream with good stability, no greasy feeling and good water resistance.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a foundation cream comprising the following components:
Figure BDA0002305168880000011
Figure BDA0002305168880000021
the covering agent is titanium dioxide;
the emulsifier comprises the following components in a mass ratio of 1-4:1 of a nonionic W/O emulsifier and a nonionic associative polyurethane;
the aqueous phase component includes water and a humectant.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the foundation cream, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing the phase A components, heating to 50-70 ℃, and cooling to 35-45 ℃ to obtain a phase A;
(2) Mixing the phase B components, and homogenizing to obtain a phase B;
(3) Dispersing the phase A in the phase B, and homogenizing to obtain a mixture;
(4) Adding the phase C component into the mixture obtained in the step (3) and mixing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention selects non-ionic liquid W/O emulsifier (especially EASYNOV) TM ) With nonionic associative polyurethanes (in particular Avalure) TM Flex-6) are matched together to be used as an emulsifier of the foundation cream, and other materials are combined, so that solid oil such as wax and the like is not required to be added as a stabilizer, the greasy feeling of the product can be greatly reduced, the water-resistant property of the product is improved, and the product has good powder dispersing capacity. Furthermore, even if bismuth oxychloride is added, the emulsion has good stability, good slippage and adhesion, smaller and more uniform powder granularity and distribution are provided for an emulsion system, and a bright and healthy effect is provided for yellow skin of Asian people due to the pearl effect of the bismuth oxychloride.
